In my personal life, I like to think of myself as easy going. But in my business life I am ANYTHING BUT. As a small business owner, I do NOT have time for mistakes, or oops, or I thought.... My staff AND my clients are counting on me to get it right the first time, and they aren't forgiving if I don't.

I've been with Triton over 5 years now, probably closer to 10. We transitioned with them from regular hard line phones to VOIP, and then from one VOIP system to another as our business needs changed.

Both were difficult transitions for ME but Triton got it done. They didn't quit until everything came together correctly.

You can't see the future, you can't plan for everything because there are too many variables and nothing is perfect. But you can pick a Vendor who will work WITH you, who won't quit until it's right, and who's dedicated, hard working, available, and helpful. I've called these guys on the weekends and they are there. They get it done. And they don't make me feel bad for being needy, demanding, and frantic.

Once I'm through the transition and it's all smooth sailing, it's easy to forget the struggle and just move along happily with systems that are working EXACTLY the way I wanted. Again, becasue Triton didn't stop until that's where I was sitting.
