The Techs were super nice, but follow up was lacking! Heck, I put a call in over two weeks ago for service and never heard back, then a couple techs walk in without a heads up from the main office. It appears to be the way a lot of companies are doing business these days.. and Its unbelievable to me. a little communication people..
