Tristate Exteriors Review

We had tristate do a significant roof replacement at our property about 5 years ago. Recently i noticed there was a large leak in the roof of one of my out buildings. I called them, they said they would send someone out, the tech called me the day of the appointment and said he wasnt going to make it, and that he would call back to reschedule. I waited a week and didnt hear anything. I called them back and this time they had a tech come out a couple days later, he agreed it was a warranty issue and said the office would call to schedule the repairs. Two weeks later I called them again, and they came out a few days later and did the repairs finally. They did replace the rotten plywood, time will tell if the repair was thorough.

Damon was very knowledgeable. Gave me lots of information for when I'm ready to purchase!

Tri-State roofing did a wonderful job on our roof. They were totally professional, timely and friendly, and our new roof is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work.

From start to finish we are very happy with Tristate. Work was completed just as promised. I cannot for the life of me remember the two sales guys names but they were quite thorough in explaining everything. We could have gone with a less expensive roof or a different company but I'm glad we didn't. Ricardo and his crew of two got the tear out done unbelievably quick. All problems found were quickly fixed and the new roof installed on the second day. They even helped me install some new rake/fascia before quitting time on day one! This was great for a three man crew. I'm not totally ignorant about roofs and I think the one they installed was about the best I've ever seen! I highly recommend Tristate. We hired Tri-State Roofing after seeking 6 bids from other roofers. Tri-State was our last candidate - and as you can imagine - we were tired of the sales pitch; we knew what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. Needless to say, Michael showed up with the exact product and got down to business. No frills, no sales pitch, just honesty and transparency. Once we signed the contract, they went through great lengths to squeeze our project into our timeline. During installation, the crew was AMAZING. They were professional, had open communication, cleaned up EVERY NIGHT, made sure all nails were picked up (we have children and dogs) and they genuinely had a good time working. We enjoyed listening to the crew laugh and listen to music as they worked. The project was completed on time, as promised and turned out beautifully. They even coordinated a third-party to install powder-coated gutters which were amazing as well. I have nothing but amazing words for the entire office staff, sales folks and installation crew. I'd use them again, if my roof wasn't going to last me 50 years :)

Tri-state did a great job with our roofing project. We have a flat roof and they were able to install a torch-down project in a quick turnaround at a competitive price. The only issue we had with the project was the initial estimate process took long due to a salesman approach and there was a lack of communication at the start of the project. Other than that the work done was excellent and the follow up communication was great!

Best roofing company in tacoma "highly" recommended!!

Tri-State was the least expensive and offered more bang for the buck (new gutters, flashing, etc.) than our other estimates. We did see several reviews saying their jobs had been underbid, so when we met with the salesman, we asked lots of questions, read the contract, and thought we had covered every contingency. We signed a contract for a re-cover with the understanding that if they found anything that needed to be replaced there would be additional costs. Initially, we were told the job would take 3-4 days, and be scheduled about 6 weeks out. We were scheduled much sooner than expected and were thrilled.

However, when the crew arrived they immediately began a tear-off not a re-cover. We did not know this at the time. We could not see what they were doing. Shortly after they started we were informed that all the plywood needed to be replaced. Then, we were told the facia was bad and had to be replaced. Then, we were told our skylights were bad and had to be removed or replaced. We saw the wood and agreed it needed to be replaced. We knew the skylights were leaking and decided to take them out. We agreed to the change orders. We have a very large roof. The additional materials and labor almost doubled the cost of our initial estimate. We were shocked. How was this possible with a re-cover? We found out later that the contract was not marked properly by the salesman and that the crew had been told it was a tear-off from the get-go. This mistake was not the crews fault. It was the salesman s fault.

After all that the reason for the high star rating? While we are not happy with the huge cost increase, we are glad the mistake happened only because they found the rotted wood which would not have been found with a re-cover and would likely have caused problems down the road. Cesar and the rest of our roofing crew were polite and professional. Although it won t be tested until it starts raining again, it looks very well done. Other people we had contact with at Tri-State were also professional and easy to work with. We worked extensively with Rudy to help us come to an agreement on the unexpected high cost and change orders.

That being said, if we were doing this review on just the salesman, the rating would be much lower. His bid was horribly low - by many thousands of dollars - and the job took 7 weekdays to complete. The salesman also told us we didn t need to be there, yet we ended up using vacation time so one of us was there every day yes, partly because our dogs freaked out having strangers around the house and hearing all the noise but mainly because it turned out to be a much bigger, more involved job than it was originally supposed to be. There were questions and change orders that needed to be dealt with daily; and the crew needed access to our backyard, and inside the house to access our decks and deal with the skylights. So, while we are less than impressed with the salesman, we are pleased with the rest of the Tri-State employees we worked with and the job they did. We still have the final inspection to come and a minor issue with a down spout, but hopefully, we now have a roof that will last for many years.

I called the company to schedule an appointment for an estimate, the first question was if it was a rental. The second question was if I want to save money on the roof product, to which I responded yes. Then I was told that the company sells a quality product and I should look somewhere else for a roof installation. Basically, it sounded like I cannot afford the service. I was shocked!!!! According to the reviews the installation crew is fantastic, how about customer service during the initial phone call. They just lost me as customer. I would not recommend this company, they made me feel very uncomfortable.

Their door-to-door sales people do not honor my no solicitation sign. Will be reporting this company.

Far better experience than I've had from other companies on a site survey, Dan Edmonds wasn't pushy at all and allowed me to think. Explained things to me and even when i said i couldn't make a decision right now, was still courteous and explained my timeline. Think I'll probably go with the new gutters and a big part is the patience i was provided.

These people tried to charge my 70 year old mother and 78 year old step-dad $21,659 to reroof their house. They had signed the paper work. Then I came over to their how's and she was all happy she was getting a new roof and I was happy for them. Then I seen the price and I was furious that they would over charge elderly people like that I told my mom to cancel there order for the roof and luckily she did before these monsters could sink there claws into my mother and step-dads pocketbook. Unbelievable

Your company installed a new roof on our home last Sunday. We want to commend one of your employees. Al Barno was superb. He was the first person to look at our roof, and his recommendations were excellent. We were especially impressed that he showed up the day after the roofing job. He and his assistant spent 45 minutes checking the roofer's work and completed work on one of the skylights. Al spent half an hour with us at the post-roofing meeting. He also picked up debris that had fallen in the yard. We found him to be an agreeable, informative employee of your company. Give him a raise. Most people are not like him.

Tri State does a thorough job and provides superior workmanship. I have complete confidence in the quality of my roof and would certainly use this company again if I had a need of a similar job, My roof is absolutely beautiful and I am happy to have a rock solid 30 yr guarantee as well.

If I could post a negative number of stars I would!! Worst company to ever use! They hired contract workers that never showed up on time. Our roof had issue after issue, the wall of our home was ruined due to their shoddy work, they hired workers to fix it and didn't file proper permits. They over charged us. They left nails and roofing material in our yard. Their workers showed up late and hungover or still intoxicated. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Rocky and his team were amazing. They were friendly, courteous and friendly. I loved that they ALL spoke to me. They also did as I asked and let me know they would return on Saturday. I also appreciated that they answered my questions. I liked them. I also appreciated josh stopping by and his explanation of what was going on.

Mark and Justin were a joy to have in our home. They were easy to talk to and friendly. They kept noise and disruption to a minimum. The installation was fast and well done. They left things clean. I was very pleased with the work that was done on my new roof was completed in a timely manner in spite of the rain. The workers showed up every day and worked all day. However, they could have cleaned up a little better. I picked up quite a few tacks and scraps.

Scam! This company has it's door to door salesmen that collect all your information. Then you get a call from their office for a quote and they collect more information. Do not share any information with then, they will never show up and are not a real roofing company. Be leary of all there other fake reviews.

Answered the door to pushy salesmen. Gave them my basic info after they wouldn't take a passive no. That was 3 years ago AT LEAST. I'm still getting calls. I've yelled, begged, ignored, and threatened. I imagine I'll be getting these calls until I get a new number. If they every come to your house, don't close the door in their face, SLAM that thing shut and save yourself the endless calls.

We had a great experience with the sales representative and he was very knowledgable. The roof itself looks great but I do feel the project was rushed. We were scheduled during the week and they needed to cancel because they were running behind on a job, completely understandable. However, they rescheduled for Saturday and assured us they would be able to finish that day which seemed rushed to me. I felt the lead foreman was friendly but the team seemed like they were very unhappy and didn't want to be there. We didn't care if they had been scheduled the following week they informed us they wanted to come Saturday so I was surprised by their demeaner. The vents were placed incorrectly for our bathroom, one of the vents is completely blocked off so no air can even go through, the metal flashing was not cut. Clean up was also an issue. Obviously we understand that not every nail or staple can be found but there were staples and nails all over our back patio as though they didn't bother checking at all. We also had gutters installed and they did not remove the old plastic pieces that they left there after tearing off the old gutter they just placed the new gutters on top so now we have to somehow remove them to get the old plastic pieces off. I hate leaving bad reviews but we picked this company and paid good money for not only quality but because we wanted to make sure that we got a company that took care of our needs but I am not satisfied with this experience at all.

Tri-state Roofing is one the best companies we ve worked with. We went with this company to get our roof and siding replaced and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. We had many bids to choose from but the way Dan Edmonds presents his knowledge of this industry and the products they use helped make this decision a no-brainer. He was very informative and very personable which made us very comfortable entrusting him with our project. Not once did we feel pressured into buying anything we did not want nor need. He simply stated facts and delivered a presentation that won us over. Dan Edmonds is an amazing person to work with. He continued to reassured us that we were working with the best and they did not disappoint. Everything was done efficiently and in a quick timely matter. We definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking any kind of work done to their home.

I had a roof done by them in 2018 and they did such a good job that I called them again when I wanted new windows. Mark and Justin did the install very professional. Everything looks beautiful and they cleaned up so well you d never even know they were there.

Dan did a fabulous job explaining all the details of what was needed to get us a new roof. As first time home buyers it s a big step but we felt assured and confident that we made the best decision for our home! I had one of their sales men come to my door and ask about my roof. He was very knowledgeable and curtious. He first introduced himself as Damon and the proceeded to tell me about my roof and what was needed to be replaced. I was highly impressed about his knowledge of roofs and what was needed. When I do decide to have my roof redone I will definitely be calling tri state roofing.

This roofing service company has given me the best roofing for my new house. They were a team of highly knowledgeable and skilled people who just knew my requirements. The new roofing made my house look beautiful and I was thoroughly impressed by their workmanship.

Mike drove 2 hours to meet us at 6pm on a Wednesday night. He was exactly on time and very friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about their roofing products/services and did an amazing job of educating us. He answered all our questions and the sales pressure was very low. Ryan Thiel and Kaytlind Solecki were very professional, courteous, and responsive to our needs while inspecting our roof. The roof and gutters on the north side of our house are failing prematurely and Ryan & Kaytlind accurately and honestly diagnosed our roofing problems and offered suggestions for the fix along with detailed explanations of both product and process. We decided to purchase a 50-year GAF roof based on their recommendations and the impression they made on us as representatives of TriState Roofing.

Courteous, respectful, good sense of humor, excellent work

We chose Trisate Roofing because the price seemed fair compared to others and at the time of our estimate we were told our roof could be done in 3 weeks(which was a couple weeks sooner that the other places we received estimates from) So we hired them right away. Exactly 4 weeks(to the day) later my husband called to ask how much longer it would be because we were originally told 3 weeks. The person he spoke to on the phone was very rude and she laughed about it and insisted it hadn't even been 3 weeks since we started the process(which was a downright lie). So a week later they call to schedule and on week 6 our roof is finished. They showed up on time and actually worked quickly, the roof looks great. We are happy with the roof itself. However we were mislead by the sales person who did the estimate about the time frame the work would be done which is a big part of the reason we chose their company, and when my husband called, the lady on the phone was rude and laughed and lied which is very unprofessional and she definitely should not be talking to any customers, probably shouldn't be working there at all.

Mike did an amazing job walking us through the estimate process. Highly recommend him!

Mark and his son came out to do 18 windows on a 2 story window wall and spent just two days getting it all done. Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home and pets. I will call them again for the rest here soon and I can't thank them enough.

The sweetest father and son duo you'll ever meet! I'm so glad that we chose this company to install our windows....they were quick, kind, good natured, clean, knowledgable, did a BEAUTIFUL job and made the entire process very easy!

Dan Edmonds came to give us an estimate for a new roof. He checked the attic and the outside. He did not find any leaks but did point out a couple of deficiencies that I was already aware of. He took the time to explain the different types of roofing materials and the warranty behind them. Learned quite a bit which I feel was well worth the time.

TriState did a great job from the first point of contact knocking on our door to the amazing Lead, Hector, who worked with me when my availability schedule changed and they did a great job on not only the roof replacement, but also the follow up along the way. Will recommend them to everyone as they were honest and hard-working, which is refreshing these days. Keep up the great work!

We had a roof and windows done. Tri-State was great we couldn't be happier. The quality of the windows sell themselves, but if your lucky enough to get Mark, Justin and Luke to install you're golden!

From start to finish we had a great experience with Tristate Roofing. We were nearing the point of selling our home and were just getting a bid from Tristate for a new roof incase it came up in selling negotiations, but we were not planning to replace it initially. However once Joe, our consultant, met with us and listened to our questions he took the extra time to personally climb up and inspect everything about our roof, taking pictures to show us and give us a full rundown of its condition. After listening to a briefer than normal version of Joe's sales presentation about Tristate, which was fantastic, my husband and I ended up both making a complete 180 and deciding within 20 minutes to go ahead and take the leap to install a new roof with Tristate before selling. The roof, and a free solar tube, were all installed in one day, and now the finished product is absolutely STUNNING! So glad we opted to do the new roof with Tristate as it will surely enhance our sales price and curb appeal, as well as our peace of mind.

My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 was just in desiring more communication from the installation team leader throughout the installation. I felt it would have been helpful if he had had design/architectural knowledge/advice of where best the free solar tube could be installed, as well as just more communication before and after the roof was done. When the crew was done I was just given paperwork to sign off on and I had to pause and tell them I'd like to take a quick look first before signing off. It sounds like a full walk-through is a typical practice of Tristate, but it was just missed by my crew unfortunately. Fortunately however in the end, everything did look fantastic. Thanks Tristate!

Remember this name --> Brandon Wigington. He went above and beyond to explain the materials being used, the differences in warranties, and the complete installation procedure. He was able to show us our roof via aerial footage taken from a drone. His professionalism showed through in all the follow-up after the initial meeting, even though we ultimately chose another company to work with. I would feel confident going to Brandon with any questions. We have built a friendship that goes way past just getting an estimate.

Seatle's Best did a wonderful job on my home. My windows and siding couldn't have been coordinated any better!! Thanks to the office staff, I was educated quite clearly on how my installation was going to go. They sent me out a very detailed customer service packet along with my warranty info. The ladies walked me thru the process til our job was complete. She even gave me her personal cell phone number due to the install was going to go thru the weekend! The installers were very polite in their work ethics and clean up. My husband and I could not be any happier and we are even thinking about doing a roof in the spring!!!Thanks so much Seattle's Best!!!

I usually don't take part in doing reviews for companies. It's mostly because I am usually not impressed with most salespeople, being in sales myself. Brandon Wigington 5 stars to the fullest extent. This guy is honest and is not the average salesman. He knows his product and was genuinely concerned for me getting the best service and right price. I never told him this but I have received a couple of other quotes but with him truely being as genuine as he is, he has earned my business if all the stars align with what I'm try in to do. Just had an estimate with Dan Edmonds. I can't say enough good things about Dan. He has been the most informative and thoughtful sale consultant we have meet with. Tristate Roofing may not be the cheapest roofing option, but I know that they would be a company we could trust. I truly appreciate the extra time Dan spent with us on a Friday night and would recommend any one considering a new roof to give tristate a call.

Had salesman Sean come over to discuss roof and get a bid on roof and gutter system. We spent hours picking out roof tile and color and going over warranties. We agreed to go with Tristate and were just waiting to financing. We made that appointment a couple of weeks later and set up another appointment with Sean. He was 1/2 late and forgot all our paperwork and bid. He started going into his sell and I told him we had made all the decisions and just needed the bid paperwork so we could set start date. He didn t have it and he said he left it on his bosses desk. We told him to come back tomorrow with the paperwork and we would finish up. He no showed the next day. I called the office and told them what happened. His boss called me back to apologize and find the bid. He would come over himself to close the deal. He called me the next day 1/2 hour late to inform me that he couldn t find the paperwork and that it would be 13,000 instead of 10,000. How he came up with that if he didn t have the paperwork is questionable at best. I don t like grown men lying to me. I really get upset when those same men try to rip me off to the tune of 3000.00. Shady shady. Is this how you treat all the women you do business with? Will be taking my money elsewhere.

I would give them ZERO stars if I was able to! I Any comments posted here are from staff members of the company trying to improve their rwview ratings. The Manager at Tacoma location is extremely rude, argumentative, and disrespectful. Company is actively hiring new staff and it is clear why they are in this situation. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! If the individuals this company hires are this unprofessional, I can imagine the quality of the service they provide is HORRIBLE. Save your money and time by taking your business to a company who values their clients. I called her superior who proceeded to hang up on me regarding this complaint. I'M DISGUSTED! I've worked in the admin/customer service field for years and no one should be treated with such blatant disrespect. I called to decline an interview because I an already employed and the Tacoma office Manager decided to go out of her way to make EXTREMELY RUDE accusations to me about my personal life! I have no idea how Tri state Roofing is still in business. STAY AWAY FROM THUS DESPICABLE COMPANY!

After many bids/estimates to have our roof done by several roofing companies. We decided to go with TriState Roofing. Most of our bids/estimates were extremely high in comparison. It was decided that because of the condition of our roof (not leaking), just old, had 3 layers, and the fact that it was about 300 square (roofing term) - the overall cost was going to be high. We chose TriState - They did a great job, even in the middle of a very rainy day. They repaired damaged areas of the roof with no hassle or problem. Upon completion -- there were a few concerns, which were quickly addressed and resolved. Again, with no hassle. They cleaned up their debris as well as could be expected - and believe me, we have high expectations when it comes to clean-up from such a job. Overall, I think they did a good job on our roof. It looks 100 times better than it did and I have no more worries about whether or not it will make it through another season. Thank you TriState Roofing!

Out of the many roofing companies we looked at, Tristate Roofing was the most professional and accommodating. Not only were we able to get a great deal, but we were informed about everything (every step of the way). Any minor hiccups were communicated with me well in advance and proactive measures (by Tristate) were taken. We had the pleasure of working with Christina Singh. Christina made the process very easy (she is probably the major reason we went with Tristate). She went above and beyond what was expected! Everything was laid out from start to finish. All questions were answered! I Highly recommend Tristate Roofing!!

The sales rep Jay came out to give us a quote, he answered our questions and we felt very comfortable with him and very impressed with how Tri State does business. We got 4 other quotes all pretty close in price but decided on Tri state because they seem to care more

Their door to door sales kids came to my house and range the doorbell. They disregarded the fact I have several "No Soliciting" signs posted. When told I did not want a new roof, they proceeded to tell me they were not here to quote me for one...??? I told them to leave because it all seemed like a scam. The individuals looked like scrubby teenagers. If you're trying to sell door to door, at least dress up some and maybe even consider shaving.

Landon was very infomative. He was able to answer all my questions. He's a very nice guy and i would refer him to anyone needing a roof.

Thank you for the great experience and leaving my yard clean when done installing my roof! Workers were always polite and responsive in a positive manner too.

Linda Brown! That s the name of the sweet young lady that came to our home. Such a beautiful soul! My wife and I were honestly not up for another sales person to come pitch us an estimate on our roof. It s always the same: they come in, pretend to have our best interests in mind, and then upsell the entire roof, as if we didn t already know how sales works smh Expecting the same thing, we opened the door to Linda and we re instantly greeted with a genuine heartwarming smile! We let her in and just the interaction from that point on had us convinced, we loved her. She just spoke with all of her heart, which is just one full of love and compassion. Unfortunately we didn t buy from her, but not because of her or pricing! She was by far the most fair! She brought up some reasonable points and now we are going to wait, turns out we didn t need one as much as we thought, or had been told for that matter! All in all, Linda is someone we now love and will forever remember. We re even staying in touch. Thank you, Linda!

The door to door salesman was nice, but this company won't do any potential repairs under the roofing, so I won't hire them. Also, they require too much personal time and information just to complete an estimate. I always include my wife in all our family decisions, but when they demanded that she be present during the entire estimation process, that was a red flag. They said we both needed to spend up to 90 minutes with the estimator - why? I already told them the type of roof I want. How long does it take to provide us a cost estimate? I smell a rat.

We had a great experience working with Tristate roofing start to finish. The Rep who visited us and ultimately sold us our roof was super informative and friendly. He helped us find the roof that made the most sense for our house and budget. The rest of the process happened just like he said it would. Both of the crews that we had at our home & shop were friendly & hard working. Both foremen were great to work with. They cleaned up each night, which was nice so we weren't operating in a mess for several days. With any job of this size, there are always little things that pop up. The management was quick to make things right. This was the first re-roof that I've been a part of, and Tristate made it easy. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Jason came by my home about a week ago offering free roofing estimates. He was knowledgeable and although I declined he stayed respectful and friendly. I am not doing my roof anytime soon but I will recommend Tristate Roofing to friends and family.

Our experience with Tristate Roofing was great from the start to finish. The representative came to our house, explained what we needed done, gave us great options with colors and roofing tiles that would work best for our house. Installation was scheduled very soon after our initial meeting. The crew that came out to do the roof were on time, worked very hard and were very professional. We would recommend Trisate Roofing.

I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price, but being in the construction trades for the pasr 30 years, I was impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the crew working on my roof. They know what they are doing and not skimping on the details of installing a quality roof that I am confident will last. The crew was polite and respectful. They are also taking care of my property and surroundings. They clean as they go and are keeping us informed of any issues and the status of the work. Day one is stripping the roof and prepping for install of the new roofing materials and skylights. I will update again at the end of the job

Let me start off by mentioning I live in BREMERTON. One of their door to door salespeople came knocking on my door on a Tuesday that I stayed home with one of my sick children. I politely explained to her I wasn't interested as I just bought the house and the previous owners had just replaced the roof. I thought it odd that a roofing company would go selling their service door to door like a Kirby vacuum, especially since it was a time me or my neighbors aren't usually home and I don't usually have people knocking on my door that I don't know. But she was wearing a jacket with the company logo and was very professional, so I didn't think much of it.

About a month later on a Saturday, ANOTHER salesperson comes knocking on my door. He explains that they are in the neighborhood installing a roof. I explain to him my roof is still new, but he suggests that it might be helpful to have an estimator come take a look. Furthermore, he mentions that I could hang onto their information and call them in 3-4 years when I would need their services. At this point, I'm just letting this poor man do his spiel because I feel bad that he's working for a company utilizing an antiquated and ineffective sales tactic. I give him my information to set up an appointment for an estimator to come by later that week and he informs me that I will be receiving a call shortly to verify what he discussed. Okay no problem, he thanks me for my time and he is on his way. I get a call about 5 minutes later from his associate. She reviews the information I shared with the salesman a few minutes ago. We come to discussing the age of my roof, which is 2 years at most. She asks if I'm having any issues-- yep, you guessed it, no because it's still new. Her tone quickly changes to annoyed, and pertly tells me a roof has a life of 15-20 years. She promptly ends the call in a way that not so subtly tells me, "Thank you for wasting my time".

TLDR: A roofing company based in Tacoma comes knocking on my door all the way up in Bremerton, not once, but twice. I fall for the hat trick the second time and agree to an appointment with an estimator, even though my roof is obviously new. I get a call back shortly after cancelling the appointment, because it would be a waste of everyone's time.

Congratulations, Tristate Roofing, you are second to Comcast of companies I despise. Your people come knocking on MY door, then have the nerve to call me to tell me I'm wasting THEIR time. Next time you guys drop by, I'm letting my dog loose.

So we didn't end up getting a roof with Tristate, and this is why...
- They were TWICE the price of the other three bids we got (the other three were all comparable)
- They explicitly told me that they would only do a soft hit on my credit to run to see if I qualified for the loan to finance the roof.
- When I called to complain about the credit hit, the salesman that gave me his card didn't even hesitate to throw his colleague (two of them came out to pitch to us) under the bus
- They told us to call within 3 business days if we wanted to cancel the initial hold on the quote. We called, they then said we had to sign and fax over paperwork or drop it by.

I was not impressed with their cost. I was not impressed with their tactics. I was impressed by their banter and their setup. But beyond that, the entire thing now feels sleazy and uncomfortable.

Dan s presentation at Tristate Roofing gave a phenomenal presentation and was beyond personable; there was no trouble at all. I highly recommend Dan, I had a great experience!
