We hired Tri-State Roofing after seeking 6 bids from other roofers. Tri-State was our last candidate - and as you can imagine - we were tired of the sales pitch; we knew what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. Needless to say, Michael showed up with the exact product and got down to business. No frills, no sales pitch, just honesty and transparency. Once we signed the contract, they went through great lengths to squeeze our project into our timeline. During installation, the crew was AMAZING. They were professional, had open communication, cleaned up EVERY NIGHT, made sure all nails were picked up (we have children and dogs) and they genuinely had a good time working. We enjoyed listening to the crew laugh and listen to music as they worked. The project was completed on time, as promised and turned out beautifully. They even coordinated a third-party to install powder-coated gutters which were amazing as well. I have nothing but amazing words for the entire office staff, sales folks and installation crew. I'd use them again, if my roof wasn't going to last me 50 years :)
