Great Product. Two neighbors/friends told me about their wonderful experience with the PowerXL, I decided I had to try one. Wow, talk about great tasting foods and effortlessly cooking. I highly recommend this product to everyone. I had a minor issue, and dealt with the company -Tristar. They were professional, quick to reply to my concern, communications were great, and they satisfied my needs. What more can you ask for. Buy one, give it a try, I have not used my BBQ grill since.
If I was able to rate this 0 stars I would. I purchased a Airfryer grill pro 5 months ago,the unit stopped working. I called customer service they asked me to find the receipt and call them back. I found the receipt and called them back they told me to find the box and pay for the shipping and wait for a replacement. I told them I didn't have the box and it would be very expensive to ship it back. This airfryer is 5 months old and doesn't heat or cook. For the price of this it should last more then 5 months. Horrible customer service.

I bought PowerXL Air Fryer and loved it until I ran into some issues with the basket grate that came with it not long after purchasing. After leaving a review detailing the issues, Tristar reached out to me offering to send me a replacement part. I was VERY please with the initiative they took to rectify the situation.
I bought one of their air fryers. Nice air fryer but a part wore out in less than 2 months. I contacted their customer service department and they're terrible. They have only a 30-day warranty period which is ridiculous. So they are not going to help you if something goes wrong. Very customer-unfriendly especially when most other manufacturers nowadays will go to great lengths to help you solve your problem even if they have to send you a part for free and keep you as a happy customer.
Hard to actually believe in this day and age a company could be this terrible and treat customers with such disrespect. Bought a Power XL and love the thing. Problem is 3 weeks in all the non stick coating has started to peel off. Seeing as how they produced the thing, you'd think they have replacement parts. Long story short, 3 hours with 3 different people with 3 different "policy" interpretations in total on the phone and they do not have any parts for what they sell. Told me only way to resolve is for me to pay shipping an ship back. Told them they sold me a product that apparently was not quality control checked and is defective. I will not pay to ship a defective product back to them for a replacement. Not only would they not send a new one u til they have this back, they want me to. Pay shipping. Will be filing complaint with AG in NJ and with BBB. Will never buy from them again.
I have purchased Copper Chef products for several years now. These products include, but are not limited to pots, pans, lids, baking sheet, utensils and others. I was so pleased that I discarded ALL of my other NON Copper Chef products in my cabinet. I love that the lids are so versatile and fit more than one item, such as my boiling pot as well as my smaller pots and pans.
I was so pleased with Copper Chef that I had to ask myself only one question...."WHY DIDNT I MAKE THESE SIMPLE CHANGES SOONER?" Copper Chef is so reliable and so very easy to clean. I love them.
HOWEVER, I did have an issue with one item, my baking sheet. It seems as though it stained so quickly and there is no way to clean it without ruining its integrity. I wish it was as reliable as the rest of my set. It also seems that it doesn't sit flat in my oven. Its too bad because I just love all the other products I own.
still wondering about instructions on using power x l griddle. there were no instruction on using the griddle but my pancakes turned out flat,not like when I use a skillet. I am not sure if this company puts the coppershef brand skillets but they are no good after a few months uses and stick terribly. The powerx l Grill appears to be great but was seeing all the bad reviews on some so we shall see.Guess I was the only one who bought the supposely free(around $20.00)to ship it.I will agan review the power x l grill after I use it for a while.Also when I first turned the griddle on it shut off,maybe just a glitch but it is ok,guess.
I want to thank the manufacture of an awesome and healthy product... I loved my 1st one SOOOO much i bought my father one... he uses it at least 4 times a week... 1 more thing... if you find your airfryer door won't close properly... Take a tiny piece of duck tape and apply it here... it works... here is a pic of the repair
I give customer service 1 star . The product is good works well unfortunately the customer service experience has ruined it all. I purchased Air Fryer 2 years ago works great but something came loose I purchased 6 year replacement plan and they want me to find box and pack up and pay for shipping and then wait 6 to 10 weeks for replacement to show up if they deem necessary . Not flexible at all they don t care about customers only selling you upgrades .I do not recommend based on customer service alone!
