I have called n called n called they haven t been picking up the phone at all. I have complained to them about my air that constantly goes out n also its mole in my kids room. They haven t slept in the there for about a week now they getting sick again. They said they was coming right back but didn t to fix the mole. I have took pictures n videos of this mess. We currently stay here at the moment.

I love working with this company. Lynetta is the bomb. I love working for her. This is the 3rd time I've worked for her because she knows her business and she appreciates the hard and thorough work I do. I appreciate her for thinking about me and giving me this opportunity to work under her again and for this company as well.

I wouldn't recommend anyone renting any property where these people are involved. They don't know how to treat their tenants that are actually paying out of pocket, but oh that foresure money (housing or section eight) they love that money. So if you re paying out of pocket take your money elsewhere that don't value that type of money.

I made this review on May 18, 2021. I was informed someone from corporate would get back with me within 24 hours. Let's just say I'm still waiting. Called back on May 20, 2021, asked for someone to talk to or email address to send my complaint to. The person who answered was rude told me he couldn't give anyone information out and he would forward my information to the president of Trinity. We will see my next step is Attorney General office. The owners & Trinity need to live out here to understand what's going on. Oh, let s not forget the District Manager Mandy blocked me from emailing her claiming that's not her email address, which corporate gave me. Then she wants to give me a email address completely different. I thought that when you work for a company that your email address ends with the company name. All the schools & business I've dealt with does. I'm not stupid by a long shot!

How long does it take for you to truly look into this matter? I still haven't heard anything from this company. I've put in 2 requests for a air filter and was told they are trying to get some. Really, what's so hard about going to the store and buying some? Y'all want rent on time. Trinity Multifamily and the owners are so sorry!

I am not a resident at CHAPEL RIDGE OF BENTON...but my rating is 2 because I know a couple of people out here and I'm out here on a regular basis. One person's unit been neglected by previous management and maintenance for years (they are nervous with the new management and maintenance. So this particular tenant don't put on request out of fear they may get neglected, ignored, or blamed for preexisting issues. This tenant has had issues with the unit from the start) and the other person have a newer, remodeled looking apartment. This tenant can get in at the end of the other managements time as office manager, but something's wrong with the A/C.

I know the question is.. SO WHY WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED? New office managers/staff and maintenance. New management should not be looked at and held to the same standards or blame for the results of previous management. They should be given a chance not prejudged based off of a previous staff member. I also loved it here years ago when they were under Lindsey's management back in '06-'11 and loved it.

Considering I've been around here for literally years.. I find it hard to believe they will not rent to tenants in bankruptcy. I see the people that they do rent to and know a many of them have criminal current backgrounds, but bankruptcy is an absolute NO. I pay my rent on time and have done so all through the pandemic (no matter what). I have a family and can't take a chance at them being on the streets because someone tells me I don't have to pay my rent (nonsense). They've allowed people move in here that has brought chaos and literally bringing it down, but someone in bankruptcy has a stain that's not acceptable.. I am beyond confused.

Getting the pleasure of working for Trinity has been great! They value not only their residents, but their employees as well. This has been shown to me by Lynetta Johnson. She truly values her employees, and takes the time and effort to ensure each of her properties is taken care of. I am grateful to have a manager who is investing her time, energy, an knowledge to me. A huge thank you for all she has shown and done for me thus far!

They have managers who specifically work to appease the slum Lords who own the businesses. Not to accommodate the residing tenant's who have been neglected by the previous owners. Rating is a zero because it's all based on looks not actually fixing anything. I worked for them and was fired for doing my job. I asked what the problem was. Was told " I just don't fit". Their aim is to use the residing tenant's to help foot the bill for appreciation of the property then raise the rent and force them out to appeal and rent to a clientele with higher income. Evil at it's finest. But making sure they don't fix specific issues for specific residence's. Mostly low income older people on fixed income and blacks.

It's been a great pleasure to work with Lynetta for the 3rd time. I love her attitude and professionalism. She knows what she's doing. We get along every well together. She loves the way I do my work. She knows I'm every thorough when it comes to making residents happy. This company is a great company to work for

I stayed in the Tanglewood Apartments that they managed, and I really felt like I was welcomed and at home. From the beginning the office managers always treated me with fairness, understanding, and they went above and beyond in helping you when they could. I appreciate their professionalism and clarity in communication. I especially want to thank Mandy Flournoy and Jose who were there the longest and have remembered me by name almost from day 1. Thank you all again for a great experience! The only real feedback I have is the timeliness in communication- sometimes notices were given with same day responses needed, or contact made with the office may not be responded to by the office for weeks. Otherwise, very good.

Had an issue with my apartment flooding. Lynetta Johnson was able to get somebody dispatched very quickly who resolved the issue. Everything was fixed in a timely matter and I was followed up with the ensure everything was taken care of. Very happy with my experience.
