Very poor. Need to get some people there that speak English that can actually get an order right

Having had the pleasure of serving the air-conditioning and refrigeration needs of South Florida as an employee of Tropic supply, I have nothing but amazing things to say about their leadership, their depth of knowledge, and their total dedication to their customers, and their customers customers! From Tallahassee to South Dade, I count on Tropic for all of my air conditioning needs as well as the refrigeration needs of my customers! From Hector to Ishmael to Carlos and Harry thank you all so much!

Great company to shop at for a good quality A/C unit

They know what they doing best parts for air condition I wouldn't go anywhere else

A great place for HVAC contractors who's looking for AC parts however we wish that they have the parts available that you can pick yourself they do not have much tools or sales

Great staff. Guys are quick and friendly. Prices are always fair.

Definitely not a good supplier. I do not recommend this place to buy anything. All is overpriced and customer service doesn't exist. People working there are a joke "Manager" doesn't know anything about the business and is basically the worst AC Supplier company in south Florida.

You better check in google the other companies next to this one before and you will notice a big difference in prices and customer service.
