So I am right now living Orient Height.The project management here name Monique have been doing nothing!!!! The latino people that lives in the same building as me had been harassing me and my disability daughter. I have call police and have police report. But have been getting no way. I have been leaving voicemail and still nothing. It have gotten worse and now I am scare for the life of my daughter and I!!!!!!

Our tenancy started out great, but has ended badly to say the least. My husband was attacked with a Machete on a CITY OWNED SIDEWALK, they had the nerve to say that it happened on the Port Landing property and they ve been working on the eviction since it happened a few months ago. They didn t even have the decency to call and check to see if my husband was okay, how he was doing. They DENIED the right to explain what happened, depriving of civil rights and liberties. The bottom line and nothing but is the main focus. Playing favorites with tenants, and letting them get away with everything and the kitchen sink, but crucifying the ones they don t favor. Vindictive and retaliative define them if you disagree.
Do not even think about living at any of their properties I don't care how desperate you are for a place to live. They don't fix anything on time, have terrible pest issues, god awful staff, and an extremely incompetent corporate office.
Their properties are infested with roaches. The plumbing is faulty. They do not keep up with the common areas. The staff in the leasing offices and corporate do. not. care. about the tenants. They have terrible response times (if they ever get back to you at all) and you have to get loud and borderline barbaric to get anything done. Living at one of these properties is sure to affect your mental health (and not in a good way)

This review is for 50 Centre St/Enso Lofts in Brockton MA. I am a former tenant with this company. I lived in one of their properties for about 3 years and it was one of the worst living experiences I ve ever had. The management for the property changed about 3 times over the course of me living there, and with each change they became more lazy and less responsive. Right from the very beginning I had issues with noise from neighbors until I moved out. The management did nothing about noise complaints, theft, and other suspicious activity. My intercom was broken the entire time of my tenancy. They claimed that they had security nightly when I first moved in but the security was always changing and short staffed. I ve had to get police involved in multiple situations because they did nothing to help. The tenants are not vetted properly and management is aware that people bring drugs/weapons into their property. They d sneak questionable people into the building past security and they even attacked me at one point and nothing was done. They just send notices but they do nothing to change the issue. Management was very flippant and dismissive with complaints and simple maintenance requests. The craziest part is since I ve moved out, they have delayed the return of my security deposit significantly and I ve been ignored numerous times when I ve called to get my money. Even after I ve left, they still intend on being unprofessional. And the corporate offices are not responsive nor do they care to address the issues with their staff. I have forwarded my complaints to the proper legal channels. Their buildings LOOK nice but it s a facade. So many others moved out because of similar issues as well. LOOK ELSEWHERE, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Professionals who care and take time to address all questions. Trinity has been thoughtful of its communities safety and well being. They have been extremely responsive and caring during this Pandemic.
