Bhubaneswar only 5 Star Hotel. That really feels 5 star. Love the environment here. Very peaceful and calm place. Staffs are great too. If you want to have a nice time in Bhubaneswar then this hotel is the best. (If you want to stay in a 5 Star) Good keep it up to Trident Staff.

Well, coming from the Oberoi stable, I had a very high expectation but it turned out to be more of a mixed bag. I had been to their "restaurant" for lunch with my family. The starting was utterly dissapointing as there was no valet parking. Atleast, that is what was communicated to us by the front guard. For a place which charges a minimum of USD 14 (INR 1000+) per main course dish, this came as a surprise. And, then we asked the waitress if she could recommend any seafood based soup. Which was again an utter dissapointment. It was more of watered down version of Tomato soup with boiled chunks of fish/prawns etc. Utterly dissapointing yet again. The waitress was also not interested in taking a feedback. Lot of the staff members in this property needs training. Her exact words were - "This is how we do it". The other dishes were really good - be it the Mutton ghee roast or the prawn Malai curry or the prawn starters. It was really good. Kudos to the chef.

Although I had a very brief stay but observed that staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good night stay..

Excellent service, very polite and courteous staff. Cleanliness 110% . Definitely a chic place to dine in but when it comes to food I found it okay nothing exceptional about it. If you like to have a dinning experience I would recommend it but not for its food. I visited the Indian speciality restaurant "Chandini" . Cost per person around Rs. 2000/- without any drinks.

Right from booking to the hotel to check out, I did not find any difficulties.Staying in Trident, Bhubaneswar was one of my best experience among the same rating hotels anywhere in India. Their services, room cleanliness are extremely good. Swimming pool was very well maintained and had an enjoyable experience with their guides. More over my spouse and children had a comfortable stay in your hotel. Definitely I would like visit your hotel again.

Two ratings simply for the fact that the basic things we would expect from a restaurant was not there. The naan was not soft at all and was very hard to break. The mutton was again very chewy and overcooked. Their cream of chicken soup was very good but that's about it. Hospitality is very mixed, the receptionist of the restaurant was pretty rude but the waiter taking our orders was very sweet and welcoming. Not a good experience overall!

An exotic and romantic hotel with sprawling campus. Decor is brilliant.

We tried the restaurant here and were impressed. The menu is good and offers options in continental, North Indian, Odia cuisine and so on. Yes the prices are on the higher side however it's worth spending for the quality of service and food. The chef met us and checked on the food which is quite personal service. The food is yummy and substantial. No worry about parking as they have ample of space in the campus the decor and ambience is well done. One can order alcohol over here which is definately a plus with the food. Please give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Star Hotel having Classic Staffs, Pools and Spa... May become 7 star in 22nd century

Trident being a 5 star doesn't gave that filling though. What I felt TV channels are connected to local cable rather being connected to digital TV. Swimming pool doesn't remain open after 6 pm. Then how can tourists relax after their days work. Breakfast option is not that cozy. I found a lot of South Indian flavored foods. However the courteousness of the staffs is awesome. It helps you deal with the shortcomings

Pathetic, inefficient and unprofessional are the only words that come to my mind! The front desk staff just added an extra zero to the billed amount and proceeded to charge me one lakh more than what my bill was. Then they messed up the reversal and the morons were trying to "credit" a debit card with the money - not having the brains to figure out that it is linked to a bank account and can't actually be "credited" like in case of a credit card. Its been more than three weeks - I am still following up and not getting anywhere...

Nice and quiet hotel. Located at a convenient distance to the airport and important tourist locations in Bhubaneswar. Staff was nice and polite. Overall, good stay.

Probably the best of hotels at bbsr especially when it comes to conferences, meetings... Had attended one office ceremony and the experience was pretty satisfactory...Nicely maintained greenery surroundings and food quality is awesome... loved the time spent over here...

Trident Bhuvaneshwar is the best hotel when it comes to hospitality, comfort and hygiene. We stayed for two nights in January. The staff took personal care to ensure we had a pleasant stay. My daughter fell sick on way back from Bhitarkanika. Chef personally prepared Khichdi and home made food for her. The staff arranged for fruits etc anything my daughter felt like eating. Architecture is beautiful and the rooms are cosy and clean. I strongly recommend families with kids to stay here.

Probably the first proper 5 star hotel in Bhubaneswar. The place has been tastefully designed and decorated with some interesting paintings from the erstwhile princely-states era of Odisha. Food (dessert in particular) is really good.

Stay is good, however buffet breakfast has less variety. The staff behaviour including the gate security is really good. Customer is truly treated as King!!! All the very best to Trident. Hope you increase some varieties in your buffet breakfast..
