The absolute worst experience of my life. I've had two Craneotomy's the last being April 7,2016. I was having a seizure. Was being taken from Renton to Swedish hospital in Seattle. In major traffic. Stopped traffic. And would not turn there lights or sirens on. Told me it was against the law. Which is a complete lie. If you value your life. I would recommend NEVER!! Using Die - Med. they are a disgrace. And absolutely don't care about your well being. The so called EmT named Justin Claassen. Is a joke. That was a complete dereliction of duty!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience! Had to get my father transported from Harborview in Seattle to Post Falls, Idaho. Nurse was watching over my dad carefully the entire time & was very thoughtful with me as well.

We were quoted a much higher price from the other ambulance provider before Harborview realized that TriMed was contracted. For a 6 hour ambulance drive, I can say that the care was top notch & professional.

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I ve had nothing but excellent experiences with all of their staff in the field as well as with their office staff. Always very accommodating even with last minute changes to my schedule.

Considering the traffic nightmare these amazing people have to navigate day in and day out, they do an amazing job. Hands down best ambulance and medical transportation company around!

ZERO stars for this group- They literally have me traumatized from ever riding another ambulance again. I have severe anxiety attacks and while being transported I was tied down to the gurney- I needed to vomit and they would not let me turn to my side or give me a bag. when I could no longer hold it...I threw up and then got kicked in the face twice with a big black boot from and older white man with gray hair(I think his name was "Guy") . I couldn't believe it. I honest to goodness hate this company.

If you feel like you're being mistreated by EMTs in an ambulance, it's probably you, not them. If you can drive yourself or have somebody drive you, or even take an Uber, then DO IT. Ambulances are not there for convenience, comfort or to get seen more quickly. They are for people who cannot safely get to an ER any other way without risking LIFE, LIMB, or EYESIGHT. Anything else is an abuse of resources.

Using the lights "because it's taking to long," IS against the law. For them to use the lights and sirens you have to have actively be deteriorating, e.g. heart attacks, gunshot wounds, strokes.

Also, ambulances are BUMPY. They are heavy vehicles with lots of extra weight from the equipment they carry. They aren't made to have a nice leisurely comfortable ride to the hospital. They are made for people with SEVERE conditions to receive life-saving care.

A cut on your chin DOES NOT require an ambulance. It barely requires more than urgent care. You DO NOT NEED an ER for the flu. for a boo boo, because you're feeling sick, or because your arm hurts. Take a damn car to the ER.

Before you start naming EMTs and publicly shaming them, realize that EMTs/Paramedics don't get paid well. They, like everybody else in healthcare, are severely overworked--and primarily BECAUSE of people who call 911 and go to the ER for a boo boo and take up hours of work from EMTs, nurses, techs, and doctors. If they treat you like you're not their #1 priority...you probably AREN'T.

I wish to comment specifically on the young man who transported my 93 year old father from Swedish Hospital to Kline Galland Rehab facility on March 29th, 2017. His name is Gary Strand. He was kind, personable, efficient, and careful. Thank you Gary for the exceptional service.

Absolutely satisfied and so very pleased with
the drivers, Jared and Hesham. They were timely, cautious, capable, respectful and so very kind
to my 91 yr old, debilitated mother. I highly recommend this service.

I had a wonderful experience, i didn't call them for a scratched chin or try to force them to run lights and siren when it is against the law, just because i might be impatient. These guys took excellent care of me and arrived as quickly as they could seeing as they have no control over traffic or when the call is directed to them. It's a thankless job especially from those that waste their time on boo boo's when they could have just driven to a clinic rather than waste EMS resources.

Tri-med cam to pick me up to take to Valley Hospial because I couldn t breath. Of the 3 oxygen tanks not one of them work.

It was under my assumpsion the ambulance techs are suppose to check all of the equipment prior to putting the ambulance in use. These two techs didn t. I had asked for medic 1 because me back that had rod put in 8 1/2 weeks ago and that I couldn t breathe

I think these fleets need to be retired and the employees trained better

My son had to be transported by Tri-Med twice in the last year. My son is autistic and does not always react well to changes in environment, especially when he is not feeling well. The EMTs who cared for my son on both ambulance trips were exceptionally kind and compassionate. They helped my son feel safe and they eased my stress and fears, as well. Tri-Med truly sets the bar for service excellence and I am forever grateful.

Just violently cut off on 405 by ambulance number 704. No turn signal. No warning. Just violently lane change and slamming on the brakes. Nearly cause 3 cars to slam into the back of him
I wonder if he saw the smoke from the tires locking up behind him. I wonder if he realized that someone behind him nearly got crushed by a semi truck that couldn't stop that fast. But I doubt anything like that mattered. Or he would have followed the law, used his signal apparently and checked his mirrors to make sure he wasn't causing a seriously dangerous situation.

Unprofessional and gross. Didn't seem to care at all, took 30 min for one to arrive. They dropped me multiple times trying to carry me out. Driver took the long way around to accumulate more mileage to the hospital. Constantly hitting bumps and curves, swerving all over the road. Sat with a laceration on my chin that they basically ignored and let me bleed all over myself. I am truly disgusted with Tri-Med. If it were my son in that ambulance instead of me I would have been worried for his life. If you have any other options at all besides Tri-Med I urge you to use them. Even if it's having a neighbor drive you, there is nothing that Tri-med is going to do for you other than roughly pick you up and drop you off.

Tri-Med recently transported my elderly mother from Highline to our home. Mom was a bit scared. The crew had to navigate our split level and take her up multiple stairs to get her situated in her room. Alexis and Jordan were calm, careful, and compassionate. I really liked the way they thought through every action before taking a step and made sure they were in alignment with each other. They were great with my Mom. I am grateful for them. Please pass along my kudos.
