Nicely maintained private beach in otherwise messed up Sihanoukville. Lot of casinos in neighbourhood. Restaurant, cafes, car park.

Lovely quiet clean beach, great breakfast buffet, comfortable firm beds, nice pool and beautiful sea. Only thing I'm afraid of is that they are building humongous hotel next to this resort which will flood this beach with way too many people in the future spoiling the tranquility of the place.

A huge hotel complex with its own casino, swimming pool, pool bar, sandy beach, spa u. Sauna area, fitness room, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels free of charge, live music in the evening, bar, free shuttle bus into the city, but it is only a 4 star hotel u. no 5 star hotel

The sea water and beach are clean. Big swimming pool good for kids.

The sea is polluted, the town around the hotel looks horrible, garbage around. The hotel itself is reasonable but strongly recommends not to get to the town itself unless as a stopover to one of the islands

Cool place, very comfortable and comfortable rooms, excellent infrastructure, great service, beautiful spacious garden, huge private beach. There are several paid restaurants and beach bars on the property - generally due to high prices they stand empty. I give a minus for the lack of all inclusive or even JB option. Prices on the spot are very high for Cambodia. Happy hours were the only opportunity for a reasonable price drink. Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure around the hotel, because the whole city is under construction. There is nowhere to go, there are no attractions.

Good Resort with a private beach but construction is going on right now

This is a fairly modern hotel with a large, deep swimming pool and a range of bars and restaurants. The prices are fairly steep, but reasonable considering the type of hotel. Rooms are large and the beds are comfortable.

Breakfast didn't live up to expectations, being held in a rather dingy room with older furniture. Overall the staff were excellent. There was some confusion in which we ordered an airport transfer for $40, but they tried to charge us $48 on checkout. They quickly changed it back to $40 though, which we appreciated.

Beach oasis in what has become a really dirty city. Huge resort with a large maintained beach complete with a small boardwalk and manicured grounds. It was next to empty when I visited, but during rainy season that may be typical. Beautiful pool with libations and food offered outside. On the downside, check out was very slow and the lobby is open air, and prices are resort prices not the bargain prices this area was known for in years past. But if you want a great beach resort experience, it absolutely delivers.

A totally average, expensive and bland hotel.

Awful, expensive food. Stale and suspect looking breakfast. Staff are polite but, for the most part, idol.

Terrible quality of room. Our bathroom had brown tap water. A complaint was made and nothing was done about it.

This private (and totally characterless) beach is not worth the totally average experience that is Sokha Beach Resort.

Excellent hotel, fully consistent with the stated level. She came here to relax in solitude and absolute silence. The vast territory of the hotel allows you to be here without the need for an exit to the city. Where, as it is known, construction is underway now and is noisy and dirty. Restaurant Lemongras is a wonderful place by the sea with a romantic atmosphere. Spent 9 days in the hotel and honestly did not want to leave. I recommend to everyone.

Most operated 5star resort ever ..run down no service and just terrible product. For an extortionate prices

The price is not expensive, there are all kinds of facilities, meals are delicious, I want to go to the beach to sunbathe ~ please early, holiday paradise.

Beautiful hotel. Cheaper rooms a little run down. Meals are very nice but expensive when compared to the price in town. Fantastic pools and beach with a complete gym facility. All hosts within the hotel are very friendly and helpful

Great clean beach. Just bathe on the left side (there is no waste sewage of the city).

I have been hanging out for a few days, but there is no other choice in Sihanoukville. If you want to relax, choose here.

Amazing beach, some great restaurants. Service is great.

A huge resort, with private beach, 3 swimming pools, tennis, casino, conference rooms ... The buffets around the pool are nice. The restaurant "Lemon grass" is on stilts over the sea. The resort is so big that small golf cars offer transfers. The beach is very clean and monitored. Many services are offered.

In the hotel itself is excellent, but the city around is now in good condition: solid construction

Hotel in a large park by the sea and a small lake.
The staff is charming, the Cambodian menu is spectacular worthy of a great chef, refined decor and mix of subtle tastes, for a sweet price.
The rooms are spacious and the bedding is good.

Sokha Although the room is old (the truth), the private beach and the restaurant on the deck are so great that they don't count the rooms. Sokha's room of course is so old, I think that are famous for private beach, clean, comfortable and relax, so I would'n argue the room. It's great to have this journey.
