We are very pleased with this practice my husband sees Dr Patil there and he is very pleased with him as a Dr.. the staff was extremely nice and helpful when we have questions and need prescription refill they get it placed for him .. I highly recommend this practice ..

Have had the worst time with them.
Extremely long wait times.
I always show up early and end up waiting at least an hour after my scheduled time.
Calls with less than a 24 hr notice of an appointment. I am disabled and have to find rides so this makes it impossible to get an and keep an appointment and then have to wait 3 more months. Sorry but you are fired. I will never go back.

Dr. Rayan and his colleagues are excellent. Both my wife and I have been under his care for many procedures and serious issues over our lifetimes and received nothing but the finest care in the area. He and his staff are extremely professional and efficient in all they do. Years ago, my wife had a modern successful procedure performed in his Uniontown office way before any other urologists new what the procedure was. We have always had minimal wait time in his office and his staff always treats us with the utmost respect. We highly recommend Dr. Rayan as one of the top urologists in the tri-state area.

I never write reviews for stuff, so that is definitely saying something. This practice is so unprofessional. I have been dealing with kidney and bladder issues for the past 3.5 months. Took a urine sample for them and scheduled an ultrasound to see what s going on. I had to wait over a month and a half to be scheduled for this ultrasound just for them to call me and tell me they accidentally booked me during the week of their ultrasound tech s vacation. I had to reschedule for a whole month out. I am now going on 2 months without any sort of resolve. I am beyond frustrated and hope they can learn from this.
To ultimately top it off, no medicines have been prescribed to me despite obvious infection and disease of my kidneys.
My anger is unfathomable with the practice.
