Sheraton Society Hill Hotel Review

Best fitness center I've seen in a while. Real nice rooms. Great location. 100-percent would stay here again next time I'm in town.

overall our stay here was really nice. Our rooms was clean. The staff seemed pleasant. And it was in a nice area of the city to be able to walk around without feeling like you're going to be mugged. My biggest problem is that I ended up paying for parking when I booked the hotel about 5 months before my event. And I did not remember that. And I paid another 40 bucks for parking when I had already paid for it. I wish the staff would have notified me when I checked in to remind me about that.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. The parking situation is expensive though $50 to valet or the garage which is about $24 a day. Check out Han Dynasty restaurant walking distance from hotel great food!

Great fun, lovely experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a great spot if interested in the historic district of the city.

No coffee, $50 valet that isn t there and can t be reached. Apparently this hotel just makes people want to wake up mad, no coffee available before 7 and no coffee makers in the rooms. Definitely don t stay here.

Rooms are very nice comfy beds and clean. friendly staff the valet is the bomb. Water pressure on the 4th floor blows

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. We felt very safe staying here. Use the off-site parking - cheaper and super close. Only disappointed that the dining services weren t open for breakfast and lunch. We were hoping to grab something quick and easy for our toddler for lunch one of the days we were there and that was a little easier said then done since most of the restaurants in the area don t open until 3. Regardless, would definitely return.

I arrived in Philadelphia earlier than expected and was delighted to learn early check in was available. We got to our room and it was still dirty, with hairs in the bathroom and the furniture had a white powder all over it. There were multiple stains on the carpet. I called customer service and they found us a new room. Again, it was dirty. I have traveled extensively and have stayed in many hotels and have only had to ask for a new room at a hotel once prior to this. This was my first time requesting a new room twice. While waiting for my third room, we basically were waiting in the second room with all our stuff unpacked while the housekeeping staff cleaned a third room for us. The third time was the charm but I couldn't believe it. The location was great and the staff was accommodating of my request for a new room which is why this place gets two stars. Wouldn't stay here again.

Great hotel for the night life atmosphere. Bars amd restaurants are in walking distance. I really enjoyed my night out in old city with my hunny!

Loved the hotel, room was clean and spacious. Great location, staff was friendly and check in and check out were easy. The room had a safe and a coffee machine but no refrigerator. But, I do believe that one can be provided. Breakfast was good, real eggs! Plan ahead when it comes to parking. Parking is expensive in the city. The hotel does not have free parking. Call ahead for rates. I liked the hotel and when I return to Philadelphia I would stay here again.
