I never write reviews for stuff, so that is definitely saying something. This practice is so unprofessional. I have been dealing with kidney and bladder issues for the past 3.5 months. Took a urine sample for them and scheduled an ultrasound to see what s going on. I had to wait over a month and a half to be scheduled for this ultrasound just for them to call me and tell me they accidentally booked me during the week of their ultrasound tech s vacation. I had to reschedule for a whole month out. I am now going on 2 months without any sort of resolve. I am beyond frustrated and hope they can learn from this.
To ultimately top it off, no medicines have been prescribed to me despite obvious infection and disease of my kidneys.
My anger is unfathomable with the practice.
