Had a nice stay here recently. Our room was clean and comfortable . The pool was dirty and wasn't cleaned once during our entire visit. Nice playground and landscape.

Nice place to stay for pleasant trip. But cellular network problem.
If you do not like trees or mountains, you will not like this place
Front desk lady was nice & welcoming, easy check in, got a good rate for the night, however , our room wasn t cleaned from the last person/ people and we arrived two hours after starting check in time , the room wasn t what I expected it was outdated , had an odd smell, but honestly if it had been ready for my husband and I it would have been okay for the night and looked comfortable and clean other areas other than like I said the stuff from the last visitors & besides the odd smell, the lady offered us an upgrade to a king room, ( not the suite) but it was very clean, spacious, no smell lol, the most comfortable bed ever omg ! I could have stayed in it forever , they also offer shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, face , and body bars that actually smelled pretty good . I actually used a little of the lotion. The tv in the living area and bedroom area worked great , the WiFi wasn t the best , but wasn t a big deal, the bathroom area was pretty nice it actually had an area for the toilet , shower , and a sink then outside of it another sink and spacious area for your things which I loved , it came with a fridge and kuerig coffee maker , no microwave though , the area is pretty & quite , they have a playground, grill , picnic area , pools inside and out hot tub as well, some areas do need an updating and I hope they do and maybe expand it some it s honestly got even greater potential for business but again I like that it was quite . I feel maybe the cheaper rooms aren t kept up as much and I feel they should be kept up as much as the more expensive ones . Everyone deserves to get something comfortable , clean, and safe regardless of what they can afford . My husband and I do plan to return .
Great rate for an excellent clean room. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
The place was filty. Lock on door didn't work. No service at desk. Stains on floor .. I had to go elsewhere at last minute. Real nightmare.
It's a very nice lodge. The rooms are neat and clean. The outside views are also great.
Shower was a bit broken and there weren't many outlets, but otherwise very cute, affordable and clean.
Great find away from the traffic. The hotel was clean and nice. The pool was awesome also.
This was honestly one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, it felt more like a bedroom in someone's home, not a hotel room!! We stayed there acouple nights in July and we loved it so much, we are going back at the end of the month. I was actually hoping to stay in the same we stayed before??
The room was very clean, beds were comfy and it was very peaceful outside. Not overly priced and the staff was very nice!! Plus they welcomed our dogs with open arms and treats :) Definitely recommend.
We had our men's church retreat here. Love the scenery! The rooms were spacious and the conference area was great! Friendly staff.
We love staying at Tremont Lodge away from all the traffic & hustle & bustle! It's easier to get to Cades Cove & plenty of bike trails! Amy is an Awesome manager & the staff is very nice & helpful! I would recommend this place to everyone.
Great room but the ceiling fan was literally just hanging on by the wires.
Neat lodge located minutes from Cades Cove and Pigeon Forge. Good service and reasonable.prices.
We took a trip to TN to house hunt. This was by far the worse "lodge & resort" I've ever stayed at. We stayed at two quality motels that charged 1/2 this amount and it included breakfast.
The exterior finish was peeling, caution tape on several locations on the balcony. Internally there were water stains on the false ceiling tiles, rust on door hinges, baby toilet, beds that you fall out of because they are so soft and a fan in the sleep area to keep you cool. They even charge an extra $21.96 for pet cleaning...even though we have a service dog.
This place charged us over $200 for a room that wasn't worth more than $79.
It's not worth the cost to stay at the place...find somewhere else to stay!
In need of some "freshening" and some repairs. Clean but poorly lit inside and out and a King Suite without a table, 1 chair, no coffee pot and limited housekeeping was not worth the price.
This hotel is great for families; it is like one huge park with playgrounds, walking/biking paths and pools. The rooms themselves are undergoing the slow process of renovation so some are older and kind of dirty but the newly done ones are great! I would recommend this hotel over most of the others in the area!
Look before you book! You re going to have little or no cell service here, it s the mountains. Not a big deal, there s WiFi right. But let s be clear. They have one WiFi for the entire resort that is being used by every cell phone, tablet etc. there. Making internet useless. Now if you need to call someone with no signal and no WiFi you re looking at driving towards Maryville til you get lucky. They re aware of this problem and have a cheery too bad so sad attitude about it. Unacceptable!
It was a very nice place to stay. It was very quiet please and a nice indoor pool and hot tub
Good place to stay for fair price. Front desk guy is awesome friendly. Our 2 bedroom suite was nice but would have been awesome if it had 2 bathrooms. Still great place to enjoy the peaceful side of the Smokies.
Was nice with the in room real wood fireplace. Would have been much better is the shower drained properly.
We came for a weekend. This place is beautiful with lots to do around it like horse back riding, zip lining. Also about a 20-25 min drive to pigeon forge. Great customer service and friendly staff. Indoor pool and hot tub. The lady at the front desk was so helpful. We definitely will be back next year.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms had alot of charm and were clean and well maintained.
Our room looked like it was part of a cheap motel. Walls were thin so it was noisy.
No breakfast
No pool or jacuzzi poor wifi
Price was very reasonable considering the last minute reservation. Room was very clean and large. Workers were very friendly and always solved any problem quickly.
I took my entire college class to the Smoky Mountains for a two-day field-trip. Laurie, Samantha, and the rest of the staff at Tremont Lodge went above and beyond expectations to meet all of our multiple needs and wishes, including providing a place for my students to give presentations, enjoy a Dutch-oven cookout, and even roast s'mores over a campfire. It was SO MUCH BETTER than a plain old classroom!
We'll be back next year!
Great beds, clean, a bit disappointed with maintenance (rust in bathroom, messy caulking etc), no phones in rooms and cell service is spotty at best.
Clean. Under construction/renovation. Comfortable lodging at a reasonable price.
Most comfortable bed I've ever laid in. Nice rooms.
Very quite atmosphere, rooms comfortable & clean. Close to everything but still that nice mountain feeling.
Room was ok. Staff friendly. Would stay there again.
Hotel staff were great and the king jacuzzi suite was very clean.
We just had our wedding here this weekend and it was amazing! We had people from all over the United States come in for the wedding and the hotel was more than accommodating! Our reception was at Tremont and they were willing to do whatever we needed to make my day so special! They even kept the pool open late so we could get in after the reception :)
