Wow ok for real ,listen up people I have some words about this place so check it out,when you go in BAM ! Homie is right by the door waiting for your ID quick and easy,next you don't have to wait in some room on couches with other strangers looking at each others faces whenever they yell "next" ,no ,you get you browse their selection of fine product with no pressure no rush no stress you then have a convenient notepad and pen to write down what you've selected before you even get in line so there is no need for that last min. Regretted decision because you felt rushed,once in line I was at the counter in no time ,my budtender was pleasant and chill it was nice he wasn't too pushy with the customer service stereotypical "how are you?" or "how is your day?" you don't care and I'm not gonna be honest anyway because I know you don't care, some would say he was rude I say he was awesome ,he got me my Kenny F. Powers wax rang me up and had me gone in about 2-3 min. And with PTSD all I want is quick quiet uninterrupted selection and service this place delivers 100% I will be back and I'm sad I don't live closer but it's probably a good thing lol

Trees is not the closest dispensary to my home, nor the second or third, but it is by far the best. Quality, price, service, selection etc. All amazing.

Don t bother pre-ordering from here. They don t fulfill orders and will often run out and sell what you had ordered if you don t get there quickly enough. This has been the the case with my last three orders. When I mentioned this to the budtender one standing by responded rudely We don t fill orders until you get here . Which hasn t been my experience in the past or for others in the pre order line. Why even have a system if you don t honor or use it? This is becoming a pattern here.

Side note: Parking here is such a hassle you might as well walk or don t bother going at all they probably ran out of what you re looking for.

Best Selection at quality and price. Cant go wrong.

Everybody inside was super friendly from the person checking IDs to the bud tenders. Megan was really knowledgeable and told me about all the different perks they offer. Will be back again!

Always a good selection of strains for both flower and concentrates. The staff is very engaged in conversation and making sure you're satisfied with what you're getting.

Used to love this place but was repeatedly turned away for "I'd" problems and every single time it was the same lady. First she told me my I'd had expired then when I showed her she was wrong she would get mad and say I don't feel comfortable taking your I'd because I can't see the expression date clearly. I have never had any problems before and it has happened 3 times with the same lady.i don't know why I would continue to go here when I could be turned away any day she is there. They have great weed and it is to bad a worker is turning away business for now reason. Would really like to come back but don't see the point.

These guys don't know the difference between trimmings and shake.
Yes, the shake Oz. Is a good deal.
But rather than run out, they suppliment with ounces of leaves. Just garbage.
9/10 last visits have been offered pure leaves.
JUST SAY NO.
Was even tricked today. Called 5 min before arriving. Was told shake was Super Lemon Haze.
Got to store and was offered an ounce of member berry leaves.
Have some pride.

Best dispensary I ve been to hands down! Membership program is definitely worth it and will help save a ton not to mention they have great product always on hand! Levi was the best and recommended the perfect hash for me.

The staff at the shop is immaculate they are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I have never came across such an amazing group of people, thank you for always being so professional and being so helpful. Shout out to Roman, Eli, and Jaz! They are amazing at their jobs, always making sure everything runs smoothly. Another shout out to Josh, Devin, Mark, Paul, Alyesse, Will, and Aleanne, these budtenders are awesome they go out of their way to ensure that you know exactly what you have purchased and you're happy with what you've purchased they're always polite never rude always ready to help the next customer in line and they are always extremely nice to each other which makes for it a great environment to be in.

For the last 3 times I have been there the bud tenders have been rude... This last time I went, I was asking what the strain of bud I was inquiring on tested at because last time I bought an ounce, lithe last didn t tell me it tested in at 12% and ai wanted to get my moneys worth this time... He basically told me the percentages didn t matter and he had a line he needed to tend to... asked me If I wanted the ounce or not... I felt disrespected seeing as I ve been coming to this same dispensary for almost 2 years... customer service here definitely needs a step up...

Fun environment, made me feel very welcome, and was a positive ambience overall. It was easy to look around, pick a strain, and not feel overwhelmed with choices. I would recommend this place to others.

I love that they have everyday deals on flower - and the strains on sale (BEST prices I ve seen on real, fresh, non-shake flower!!) rotate, sometimes multiple times in a day from what I understand. They let you smell it on your own in the storefront too, so you aren t feeling like you re holding up a line to genuinely browse. I m not into wax and the other stuff yet, but folks can check that out before hitting the purchase line as well.

Fast and friendly service as soon as you walk in. There was a long line but a short wait, and the cashier, Marsh, was more than happy to assist me as well as answer all my questions. The product is A1 for those who love good flower and good prices !

Yeah, they're good. Probably the most competitive prices I've seen in South Denver. Big selection. Friendly. Only problems - their parking lot sucks! and is hard to park in, and they also get super busy. Long lines. Order online first is the only way.

Co-owner of Portland branch is violent and unstable to say the least.

Express lane took 20+ min and was significantly slower than the walk in line. Dude check in IDs acted like it was our fault somehow?? Baffling. Decent place otherwise tho

Contacted Trees today regarding a product for my bad knees. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be going here! The service is excellent.

Austin (AJ) was a fantastic budtender. Well informed, knowledgeable about the products, and helpful. He took great care of the three of us (all recreational) and guided us to everything we wanted.

Great selection and prices. The 25 minute highway trek is worth it every time

Went to pick an oz up twice in the last month, sold in 8 8th pre weighed canisters. Both times it weighted out to less than 20 total grams. You know you're supposed to weight it without the canisters unless you zero out the scale right? I was going to let it pass the first time but the second time one of the canisters was EMPTY!

Barely filled up my oz jar at home and the quality was dry trash I wouldn't give my worst enemy. I will never shop here again.

Loved this place ever since I found it and now live close so I always go here. I usually get their grab bag deal and I m never disappointed.

Since the Pandemic started, the prices have went up and the quality has went down. You cannot see the buds before you buy as it is all prepackaged now... Bud is riddled with seeds and lacks potency.

They pick out the best buds to put on display but the cannabis they get out of the big jars when you buy it is not as good. It's kind of misleading. There were seeds in it even. I was disappointed.

I shop here at least once a week and I really love coming here. I'm usually running a million errands or something so the express pick up and online ordering are great for me cuz I usually know what I want. Little shout out to the bud tenders a see the most, Mark and AJ y'all are awesome!

First time in and was impressed. The lay out is unique and super efficient allowing people to take their time looking at (and smelling) samples of their product while others who know what they want can jump in line. Meagan was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The race fuel and banana kush we tried were delicious. A little on the pricy side but do have daily specials. Will definitely be back

I've been going here for months now. It's always a quick in and out for me but I'm always overhearing good information from the chill and, most importantly, down to earth staff. You never feel like you are talked down to or being "jargoned" over. I'd recommend and have recommended Trees to anyone looking for good info and good product!

I ve been to a lot of different dispensaries, rec and med, and I can genuinely say this is the best dispensary I ve ever visited. Consistent 11/10 customer service from every single employee. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, friendly and just overall amazing. Even in our current world, they re always so friendly! As a fellow customer service worker, I know it can be difficult. I truly appreciate it! It s hard to stay positive, but these guys are absolutely killing it. If you ever have the chance, pop in and pay them a visit! Well worth the trip for quality bud and service!!

What inclined me to write this review today, was something I witnessed while I visited this afternoon. They had a patient come in who was blind, and there were no hesitations to help guide him where he needed to go! In these times, that is truly valuable. They clearly care deeply about their customers. While they have also done a fantastic job at making the store safe to the public, practice social distancing, etc, they still manage to keep it a friendly, warm, inviting environment! Kudos to each and every one of you. You ve got my business for life!

All amazon drivers are 21+. Stop asking for IDs. It s a waste of time when the drivers have over 200 packages to deliver a day. Stop asking for IDs or order amazon to your home. Thanks. Also recommend other dispensaries that are much friendlier and cheaper!

My husband come here regularly for the last year and we love it but lately they have been changing everything that we like about trees It was very personable and professional and they always told you what the shake Oz was so you knew before you made the drive, but it was subject to change depending if it was busy but they would remind you this when you called. Now there not as friendly, they don t tell you the shake name anymore and honestly there not as professional as they once were.

I am completely disappointed in my experience here today, this is my favorite dispensary, so I came by as usually and got greeted by the door, this dispensary is very friendly. I saw a long line so I decided to put an order in on their online order computers which are there for a reason... I was previously told that if there isn t something online that they have in the store I can write the name of what I would like instead just to make sure the weight and price are the same and other that product and just inform them when I get to the register because it s an in-store order so they do not have to repack or anything. I got to the register and was given a serious attitude by sharissa and was almost scolded for doing so but I was informed by two other employees in the past that this was ok. The manager walked over and said the policy changed which is completely fine but instead of making someone feel stupid maybe the better approach was to notify me of the new policy without rolling your eyes... I spend a lot of money here I am here twice a week at least. Everyone here is very nice but to let an employee act and speak like that and laugh when I said there was an issue is very unprofessional and makes me think they do not care or take their customers seriously. Absolutely terrible experience from the employee and manager. Which walked away... this is usually a great place and great dispensary but I will not come and spend my money somewhere, where an employee for whatever reason is permitted to act like that.

Today is the first time visiting this location and not having a good experience. We ve come here plenty of times, with the same way of shopping and knowing what we look for when we buy. The only question asked was to see another container of the same kind as we usually do, which I didn t know was an issue to pick what I d like to buy. And then my change back was shorted. I guess for tip? Not worth the further drive anymore for bud.

The staff here are rude, disrespectful and unknowledgable. Questions are discouraged as it seems to anger the staff who respond with an increasing amount of irritation with every question.

Avoid this place!

This is our go to dispensary they have so many products in each category it makes shopping there exciting. You can order online and pick up your order, or go in see the products on display and talk to the knowledgable employees to then buy your products at the counter. Very convenient, great prices, and awesome quality product. Definitely recommend!

Had been going here for a little while now. I always heard about some small displeasure here and there but kept going. I ordered online today based on the menu info and basically it was the same weed Id bought a month ago (which was weak) readvertised and sold as an oops sorry.... Its not 30% its 17%...

You really get more than what you paid for. The staff there is great! And Trent was very knowledgable and knew exactly what I WANTED.

If you get a half be prepared to receive it in eights, and ask to look at it first because if you are expecting big buds in those eights you are mistaken. Also if you have the time drive another hour doubt to Pueblo and save yourself some money on some better buds. Cheers.

Thist place is great! Nikki was awesome and answered all my questions and took care of me! The website is pretty good, but doesn't really convey what they have in store to online. Other then that I love coming here! The lines aren't too long and the staff is always friendly!

Really use to like this place but they have recently given me different flower instead of the one a asked for, given me less than what I payed for and closed the door on me 10 mins before close. The quality of the flower has gone down as Well.

Laney was very patient and made sure i was satisfied with my flower before purchasing. They dont make you feel rushed. Atmosphere is great and they have good deals. Bottom shelf flower is 106 an ounce after tax and quality is top notch always a good high. Wouldnt know unless it said bottom shelf.

Beautiful store, ample parking, no waiting room, it is a walk-in and browse type setup with express kiosks. I ended up just getting a small amount of flower but it was a fantastic 1 solid nug 1/8th that Tim recommended. 33% was what it was testing at. Definitely one of the nicer stores i've ever been in. Staff was super friendly, looking forward to shopping here in the future! Welcome to the neighborhood!

Great flower if your looking for something strong they deff got it if your look for something mild they got that too.....also the prices are decent....some times it can be packed but luv the place

Have only been going there for the last year as it's close. The overall quality of the flower is unpredictable. Some visits I came home with some really quite good bud for for price.
Today, though was the second visit I came home feeling cheated. Something is up when you pop open your OZ and you're greeted with that dry dusty weed smell that might take you back to the days of illegal quarters of seeds in baggies, but the bud jar in the store smelled okay. Are you guys hiding dry old bud in the jars with fresh bud to get it out the door or what?
The location is close but not close enough, especially considering the other hassles specific to this location like parking.
