Trees is my favorite dispensary! It's always so clean and looks amazing, as well as the staff being both friendly and knowledgeable. Britt helped us out today and she was great!

The last 3 times I have gone in there has been something wrong with there system And I have not been able to make my desired purchase. They don t throw you any love for the inconveniences. They just say come back next time.... like thanks for the mutual respect of people s time. Sad sad place

My favorite dispensary ever, I hate going anywhere else. Have a few bud tenders that I absolutely adore but James is my favorite. He's so nice and can answer all your bud questions.

Bought two pre rolled joints and neither could be smoked, just tasted like paper. Had to dissect them both to get the flower and not completely waste our money.

Trees is wonderful. Great customer service and friendly staff. Prices are perfect, and quality flower. A must check out ! Service is quick, even when they have a line of 10 people tress staff is very quick to help each person, and you are never rushed.

Used to frequent here quite often as their $108 oz was generally pretty good for the price, some stems and seeds but for $108 not bad at all. Now DURING a pandemic in which many people have lost jobs or lost partial income they have decided to raise their prices despite being as busy as ever and not to mention the quality of the bud has dropped dramatically. So now you pay $133 for their "special" that isn't even up to par with what they used to sell for $108, just stems and seeds testing at 16%. Generally you get shorted 2-4g as well since they give 8 eighths which are never 3.5g, generally closer to 3.3g, they assume you won't weigh it. Sleezy and disgusting scheme to build a customer base and then raise the prices on your regular customers and to make it worse they did it during a time that many can't afford such a price increase. Never going back.

First time trying to come to this dispensary, waiting in the long line for 35 minutes for them to tell me I can't shop because I don't have phone service. Horrible customer experience and especially during the current crisis. Turning someone away because their phone is off is unacceptable. DONT COME HERE, SUPPORT OTHER DISPENSARIES!

Most of the flower recently purchased has a ton of seed shells and stems. I needed to deseed the weed. This is Never fun!
Especially when most of the flower is seed shells and stems. So frustrating.

Weeds high priced for having as much stems as it does plus the fact that they give you eighths to equal what you want. Last time i went in i got home and weighed my weed and it was 3 grams short of the ounce i paid for which was over $200. If you dont know how to weigh it maybe just weigh it in front of the customer so they can help. the employees are awesome so i keep going. Lines are always long so expect to wait.

I ve gone twice on my trip so far and the customer service is amazing and quick, everyone who works there is kind and helpful plus the product is top quality

$225.00 an ounce? Are you kidding me? You can go down the street to The Health Center and purchase an amazing ounce for $99.00. You can even mix and match your ounce up to eight strains. Consistent great quality as well.
The owners don't really care about customer satisfaction since they cant even respond to the reviews from unsatisfied customers.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! I was treated horrible today considering my birthday was yesterday and I asked if there was any birthday specials. The response was well if you would ve came on your birthday you could have gotten a discount. And my point is I wasn t upset about not getting the discount, I just felt disrespected By the way he said it with an attitude. If he s not going to have a good attitude then he shouldn t work there. This USED to be my GO TO spot, but after today this will be the last time I ever step foot in that place. There s a lot more other places that have good bud and service as well! Couple good strains. They get the order wrong alot, and short your 8ths. Watched a guy fo it in front of me. Said 3.58, weighed it at home barely 3 grams. Really don't think I want to use this place anymore. Weed always look good online but when you get it, it looks completely different. Their concentrates are garbo too.

This place used to be good but now its terrible, they lie about what its testing at online so make sure you check in the store because it says one thing but its lower then what they say online, can hardly hear them because of how loud they all talk. Very unprofessional, they do not try and resolve the solution. Prices are ridiculous for product thhat that doesn't even get you high.

Always huge lines, no parking, and their flower isn t flavorful, every strain I tried taste similar to dirt. But convenience wins! Location is the only good thing about this dispensary.

Good product, good service, but why in any world are you weighing out every order.... your making your customers wait 5 times longer than needed. Don t understand why you can t have jars ready for your guests when they come in. There is no reason for a guest who preorder to stand in line for a half hour.... and the preorder isn t even ready.

Their bud is great. Just wish on more options for concentrates.

Look at this Banana Punch! It was pricey....but waaaaay worth it. Good bud is usually not cheap.....cheap bud is usually not good.

trees is my go to!!!! its not the closest but defiantly worth the extra effort!! they've got prices for anyones budget, and the flower is fantastic! budtenders are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable and welcomed . i HIGHLY (see what i did there) recommend everyone go check them out .

Good product initially. Like most dispensaries that sell wholesale product it wasn't long before every strain & tier I tried was tasteless. Somehow it looks and smells good usually but the lack of flavor means no potency or high in my experience. Other than the decline in quality of product the staff is wonderful & the location is great.

Eli hooked it up.... Very knowledgeable about ALL the products. Friendly and clean environment, will definitely go back.

Don t miss this awesome dispensary

They have some sort of structure in the ONLY handicapped spot making it difficult or impossible for disabled customers to come in.
I've called and complained multiple times that being in a wheelchair this is incredibly frustrating and they don't care at all.
I don't care if most of the clientele isn't handicapped and isn't affected by this, the handicapped spot is there for a reason and to block it iwithout a thought or care is abilist

We used to shop here all the time until today. One of the worst customer experience I have ever had. Prices are getting outrageous and I've been shorted a few times since it's already weighed out. Now they have either discontinued the $108.00 oz or the budtender didn't know his job. Either way time to move on.
