Trees Dispensary Review

Trees is my favorite. It's the only one I go to. The staff is super friendly and the bud is great!

Trees giving you problems for Bent I.D.'s? go to silverstem up the road of lowell. literally 2 min away Also green solution, and buddy brands.

First off, before i get into what this review is about. i gave them a 2 only cause i need people who may be going through the same thing as me with the "bent" i.d. Also Id just want to say how professional the staff are and how amazing the product is as well at trees. I have no ill feelings to anyone there and their product has kept my ptsd 90% under control.

Story: The day they opened I have been shopping at their place as they were close to house i bought to flip and was living in at the time. The specials were great, all smiles and greetings around. the place was very white and plain until the put the concentrate trees up and god the wood work inside. the look of the dispensary is amazing, and the music is bouncing keeping the patients entertained while they wait for their meds.
Anyways fast forward a few months i forgot to go to the bank before i went in. So i ran across to my bank which is wells fargo, got there and realized my wallet wasn't on me. in a panic i retrace my steps. I found it on the cross walk coming from the store but unfortunately it was ran over by a car which bent my i.d. it did not "CRACK" the id. Anyways i went back in and immediately had problems getting back in when i just left cause my id was now bent. I asked to speak with the general manager who truly is an amazing guy) and we spoke and we fixed things for a bit. Everything went exactly how he said it would "they are going to give you a hard time until you fix it. Keep in mind i had open heart surgery that i woke up during due to complications. and now i have one year to live as i am now on the waiting list for a heart. god willing ill be able to stick around and see my kids get big, but i am not going to go to the DMV and go through the process of getting something that doesn't need fixing. I have gotten my passport, flew on airplanes, and even gotten pulled over with my i.d. in its current state and i have never once been questioned for my I.D. (because its not cracked it bent= 2 very different things) it scans it shows my eyes crack doesn't go through any words. Anyways i am just a customer who bought a gram of shatter a week. my story doesn't matter. Today they finally gave me the boot and i left calm and respectful. i called silverstem told them the story and they told me to head over and the looked at my i.d. and they say everything is good to go. I am sad i have to leave my favorite dispensary TREES because something so small. But no time to be sad because time is not on my side. i am just happy to have found some other place FAST where they understand and are not such sticklers for picture perfect i.d.'s

Beak-ups are hard. Especially when there was no reason to.

I have been shopping here since the store opened. The quality and service of this club has deteriorated. My last few visits have been unpleasant, long lines, no product, and when I voiced my concerns to one of the managers, I was given a pathetic, knee jerk, generic response. I will still frequent the establishment, because of some good people that work there. I will be searching elsewhere though. It never fails, whenever I find a good thing, the word gets out and it gets ruined.

These people have redeemed themselves ten fold, more than I could imagine.
They are back to being my #1 dispensary.

This is the best rec dispensary in the metro area period! End of story! The quality of their products and the customer service is impeccable! I cannot say enough good things about this place! Shout out to Karl, Riley and Kyle! You guys rock!

Great product and great service. However, ordering online and picking up during peak hours is pretty pointless. Its equivalent to being at a gas station behind lotto players or Walmart next in line but the cashier needs a manager. The last person in the main line has always beat the online ordering line every one of the handful of times I've tried it. Always takes less than 60 seconds to process my order but it feels like 60 minutes for everyone else in front of you.

This is my regular spot to shop. To skip the long lines I order online and I get to pass right through it. Some of the bartenders are kinda slow though. For example tonight I have a girl $101 in order to not get a bunch of ones for my $50.50 order.. She gave me back two 20s a 5 and five 1s. Really? She literally gave me back the same 1 dollar bill. It really peeved me since I don't carry regular wallet. *end of rant.

Changing my review to reflect what this business has become post COVID-19. I ordered some wax online that was gold/orange in color on their website. Due to COVID-19 they will not let you see concentrates in person prior to purchase (understandable). I asked the bud tender if this wax was close to the color advertised on the website. She said yes, the wax you ordered is a nice gold/orange so I bought another one. What I received was extremely dark brown in color and nowhere close to what was advertised. This isn t the first time this has happened post COVID-19 but it will be the last. You have lost my business permanently Trees Dispensary. I will not be coming back.

I have been a regular here for a year and spent an outrageous amount of money here. No more. I drove the 30 minutes through rush-hour traffic on a Friday to give them yet more of my money. My driver license expires today, And somehow the manager on duty did not understand the way expiration dates work. Your government issued ID is good THROUGH the expiration date. Meaning that that ID is good until 11:59 PM ON the expiration date. They didn t let me in even though according to the DMV themselves (who I called to verify) my identification is in fact valid at 3:30pm ON THE EXPIRATION DATE. I went to the dispensary two blocks away and thankfully THEY understood how government-issued ID expiration dates work. BYE TREES!!!

Just tried to access site but couldnt browse menus bc it's to early. I work nights an dont get to get out enough to make orders what's wrong with me seeing what you got this early? So what I wanna place a possible pre order is you could be doing better

Some of the best quality bud and prices in Denver. $15 eighths and $30 quads of some top shelf quality marijuana. Can't beat it! And they always have such a great selection. I myself am a huge fan of the diesel strains and they always have at least 1 diesel strain most days of the week. My favorite place to go besides Kaya.

I have loved Trees since day 1 and in my humble opinion they are getting better. Nice staff, some strains they have most of the time but what s awesome is there ever rotating new strains, always something I ve never tried before. Go there. Spend your money. Smoke the Trees. Then see if you don t return again and again

I've given you 2 5 star reviews now. However just came in and yall shorted my ounce reweighed at my house not even 28 grams... tall tryna cut it to close to 28 when an ounce is actually 28.35 grams sheisty and uncool give me what I paid for rather not find a new dispensary

Used to me my go to spot...they recently Uo their prices...which no longer makes them the best around for the price...the priduct is good, I shop based off price...

The reason I'm giving a 3 star is because alot of times when I go in I wanna know more about the strain and the budtenders personal experience but when I ask about it I get told to go look at the table. So the staff needs to be more helpful and knowledgeable about the product. And the last reason is you're parking. Half the time your tiny lot is full and there's really no where else to park without having to park in someone front yard

Had to update my original review. This spot is awesome! Great prices on quality bids! I had a shake oz that was really bad but they were nice enough to exchange it for me!!! The managers there are nice and respectful! My bud tender was super nice and helpful as well!

Worst dispensary I've ever been to. Overpriced, poor selection and the flower is straight sand. Just moved into the neighborhood and their dispo neighbor's up the street in the so called "Boutique" have similar poor selection of products and just as high prices. If you can travel more north there are much better options that can save you time and money.

This place used to be good but now its terrible, they lie about what its testing at online so make sure you check in the store because it says one thing but its lower then what they say online, can hardly hear them because of how loud they all talk. Very unprofessional, they do not try and resolve the solution. Prices are ridiculous for product thhat that doesn't even get you high.

Always a friendly and informative staff. Parking can be a little bothersome, only when they're busy. Best selections in town and always always has at least 2 different strains starting at only 5$ a G.!.

Trees used to be my go to rec shop but their prices went up and quality went down. How can you as a business feel ok charging customers $360 for an ounce? That is outrageous. I have not paid prices for an ounce like that since 2007 and thats no joke. No discounts for med card holders either. A lot of other places with fire for so much cheaper.

We used to shop here all the time until today. One of the worst customer experience I have ever had. Prices are getting outrageous and I've been shorted a few times since it's already weighed out. Now they have either discontinued the $108.00 oz or the budtender didn't know his job. Either way time to move on.

Great place signed up for rewards membership can order online and skip the line staff is always awesome great flowers and plenty of other good stuff always a great experience wish they had more locations..... Jennifer has taken care of me a few times there with great service...

The only dispensary I go to anymore, even though I'm 25 minutes away now. They have amazing prices and great staff that is personable. I've been going here since they opened a couple of years ago. Lines are long but bud is cheap. Go before 2pm and don't go on Fridays - you're less likely to sit in a huge line.

Wow ok for real ,listen up people I have some words about this place so check it out,when you go in BAM ! Homie is right by the door waiting for your ID quick and easy,next you don't have to wait in some room on couches with other strangers looking at each others faces whenever they yell "next" ,no ,you get you browse their selection of fine product with no pressure no rush no stress you then have a convenient notepad and pen to write down what you've selected before you even get in line so there is no need for that last min. Regretted decision because you felt rushed,once in line I was at the counter in no time ,my budtender was pleasant and chill it was nice he wasn't too pushy with the customer service stereotypical "how are you?" or "how is your day?" you don't care and I'm not gonna be honest anyway because I know you don't care, some would say he was rude I say he was awesome ,he got me my Kenny F. Powers wax rang me up and had me gone in about 2-3 min. And with PTSD all I want is quick quiet uninterrupted selection and service this place delivers 100% I will be back and I'm sad I don't live closer but it's probably a good thing lol

Pretty decent dispensary but I wish they would do something to benefit people who pre order. They use three registers to help walk ins and only one for pre orders. They still have to weigh everything and take payments at that register, therefore it's three times slower to wait to pick up a pre order then just walking in and getting in the regular line. Imagine walking into a restaurant where you made reservations but they seat 3 parties with no reservations before they seat you. It's backwards. It should be the other way around until there's no pre orders. Then everyone would pre order and use your kiosks more, making it easier for you and more convenient for the customer. I know you stay busy and all but you could be making even more money if you really wanted to.

Very nice selection of organics and genetics. Wide variety of wax, edibles, and nectar. Touch-screen monitors allow you to browse their products. Good prices. Open 8am to 8pm daily. Nice place.

The prices seemed to have jumped ... Its nice to see prices get jacked during hard times....even the cheap stuff unfortunately...no longer worth a trip. Maybe if they didnt give me so many prepackaged half empty containers. Now to find a new place.

Loved this place. Been going there over 2 years. The employees and manager were awesome. But now when I go there's a language barrier. Its very frustrating when the new employees and manager there don't try to help me understand what they are saying. I'm very disappointed. Their ADA is not accessible.

Have been coming here since March, prices have continuously increased and when asked why no one could answer. Preorders are a joke, you order online and the last two times the order was wrong but now they won t let you change online orders. Only good thing about this place is the Wells Fargo across the street && the fact that you can order online. Parking sucks too.

Best priced and smoking bud around altho they uped the prices on sale oz still the best option in town. Picked up a oz that had resion balls all in the oz on the sale oz never seen that before its fire. Best dispensary in town by far.

Just went in for the first time.. People were excellent! Very friendly and welcoming...However, I have to give three stars because the quality of the bud was not that good. It was still very moist (needs to be cured longer) and it was harsh on the throat not only from the moisture content but almost as if they werent flushed properly. They are pretty new so I'm hoping this can be constructive criticism

Unfortunately if I please in online order and it's not ready by the time I get there I will only get half of what I ordered instead of the full order since you can't do your job Online orders are placed for convenience Not if I feel like doing the order or not because now your losing money
