I am completely disappointed in my experience here...

I am completely disappointed in my experience here today, this is my favorite dispensary, so I came by as usually and got greeted by the door, this dispensary is very friendly. I saw a long line so I decided to put an order in on their online order computers which are there for a reason... I was previously told that if there isn t something online that they have in the store I can write the name of what I would like instead just to make sure the weight and price are the same and other that product and just inform them when I get to the register because it s an in-store order so they do not have to repack or anything. I got to the register and was given a serious attitude by sharissa and was almost scolded for doing so but I was informed by two other employees in the past that this was ok. The manager walked over and said the policy changed which is completely fine but instead of making someone feel stupid maybe the better approach was to notify me of the new policy without rolling your eyes... I spend a lot of money here I am here twice a week at least. Everyone here is very nice but to let an employee act and speak like that and laugh when I said there was an issue is very unprofessional and makes me think they do not care or take their customers seriously. Absolutely terrible experience from the employee and manager. Which walked away... this is usually a great place and great dispensary but I will not come and spend my money somewhere, where an employee for whatever reason is permitted to act like that.
