Trees Dispensary Review

Always huge lines, no parking, and their flower isn t flavorful, every strain I tried taste similar to dirt. But convenience wins! Location is the only good thing about this dispensary.

Levi was awesome! He had a lot of great information when I came in.

Decent pricing, weed smells old. No difference in smell between strains.

This is the best dispensary in the area. I've tried at least five around the way. They have a lot of options for people on all budgets. The product is A1 but, I can only speak on the behalf of flower. Customer service was extraordinary. All of the staff seem to take care of their customer but try to see Levi. Very knowledgeable and happy to assist. If you're looking for great deals and great product than this is your new dispensary. Trust. It's definitely my new spot.

Trees is the Bomb. The customer service is great and they have great prices. I wish the selection was a bit better but they are new and I'm just grateful they are so close to downtown Littleton.

This has some of the best flower in the Denver metro area and the staff is always helpful. The only downside is the rarely have straight sativa. Why?

Pretty disappointed that I called in asking if they offer industry discounts and the girl over the phone said yes of course we do! Just to find out they do not. Would have saved the drive and went somewhere else. Typically a decent spot just a very undertrained staff

Best dispensary in town. Place is always hopping. Product is always good. Prices are fairly reasonable. The staff, well they are absolutely fabulous. 150% customer service. And they stayed open during the pandemic. Thank you budtenders for working during this awful time. I could be on here all day praising them. Just go and check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Staff is rude af, im a med card holder but came to see what they have since they have been in the area awhile now. Will never go back uninviting very rude staff dont like the setup either the weed on display is dry and dont smell anymore since its left out all day. Terrible experience. Had been overcharged went back to fix it and was told that not everyone has 20 mins to browse and nothing could be done by an employee named Nathan. I had just drove for two days from Missouri I found that very rude. Manager gave me my refund. I wouldnt bother unless u want 50 dollars in overcharges

***update* 4/2/2019** this location sometimes has real bud strains that taste great and smell great. For the last 3 months this place standards have been diminished. Its synthetic bud, doesnt smell like anything, taste chemical, makes you cough which is not a good thing especially when you cough and it makes you puke. This place is like all the rest in Colorado, not selling bud up to a standard. Please wish they would bring in some organic real bud.

Best special that I have seen yet. Easy to see from the street. There is a great selection to choose from at great prices. Very friendly and informative services. Nice looking building with a good clean environment. No long wait. Good spot for a quick stop. I will be coming here a lot. Check them out, you will not be sorry.

I have been shopping here since the store opened. The quality and service of this club has deteriorated. My last few visits have been unpleasant, long lines, no product, and when I voiced my concerns to one of the managers, I was given a pathetic, knee jerk, generic response. I will still frequent the establishment, because of some good people that work there. I will be searching elsewhere though. It never fails, whenever I find a good thing, the word gets out and it gets ruined.

These people have redeemed themselves ten fold, more than I could imagine.
They are back to being my #1 dispensary.

I have been going here since it opened but recently I ordered an ounce of my favorite strain on line and went pick it up 20 minutes later and they sold my ounce to someone else. They attempted to substitute for a different strain with less potentncy. Totally bummed waited months for this strain and was genuinely excited to pick it up... I have turned on several people to this place and the employees are great. Just won't be coming back for a while I will be spending my money elsewhere for now.

I have gone there 3 times now and came out more informed about product and felt they were willing to anwcer questions!! Today Roman cleared up any questions I had about wax and doing dabs!! Thanks for all your friendly help!!

Called before driving 40 minutes to this dispensary. I get there and waited another 20 minutes in line and they told me they are out of the product I called about. I specifically said the quantity I was looking for and come to find out they didn't even have enough at the start of the day. It would have been nice if the lazy person I talked to on the phone would have checked considering the budtender said they took the deal down the night before.

Switched prices on shake oz went in with enough money for the old price which they still do just before 2pm now the price changed Monday it's Wednesday the manager said there's nothing he can do horrible service and obviously does not care about customer satisfaction

This place won t even let you pick by the strain anymore. All you can pick from is if it s indica or sativa. You ask the staff why it is that way and they just say it s because we say so. Don t bother with this place! I hope they are all unemployed in the next month.

Whether you need a butt load of good weed for cheap, a butt load of good sap for cheap, some supreme dank you've never heard of before and have it become your new favorite, and even want to feel special by ordering online and skipping the line, don't go anywhere but here! I've overheard people from Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, Montrose, Fort Collins, even Nebraski and Wyoming will trek here frequently to score their smokin' deals... So a quick trip down US-85 is worth it for me! Thanks for making good weed as cheap as street again, Trees! I loved this dispensary when I first started coming here. Their prices were reasonable for Quality flower. But the last time I went in to make a purchase they told me they didn't have any Shake ounces or any Indica 1/8ths@15.00. The only choice I was given was purple punch for 29.00 out of the door. Never minded to tell me that it was only testing at 16 and it doesn't get you high it's like sawdust. And the person I spoke to was very rude, again, another first. So today I went on line to put in an order for an oz of shake. They took a completely smooth online process into complete chaos. When I went to my shopping cart again I was shocked because the ounce was 43 and in my basket it was 63. So which do you go by? So I tried to call them multiple times and all I get is a busy signal. I and I'm trying to be understanding with the whole website thing understand they have to jump through hoops to meet Colorado regulations, however to not be answering your phone to help customers understand these guidelines and address the glitches in your system is not good business. I expect much more from this dispensary. I also noticed that their prices have went way up. Most of us have been laid off or had our businesses turned upside down and luckily enough for you you're able to keep going however we cannot afford these prices right now and while we stay at our homes 4 weeks on end we need something to keep us sane. And be able to address chronic pain. Which will drive you crazy along with being cooped up in the house or apartment or whatever. I hope my next visit is much better.
After I put my original order in for an ounce of shake I got to thinking... I thought wait a minute I'm going to put in another order 4 a half ounce of regular bud and see if they answer me. Originally I requested the ounce of shake at 10:22 in the morning. I was never contacted at all about that order. However I did get a response at 5:30 p.m. about the more expensive order. Again no phone to call anybody, no way to reach anyone. So now we have to wait all day and at the end of the day get a response... and only on the product that is overpriced do I get an email to pick up. I'm sorry but at 5:30 and closing at 6... number one, I don't think I could make it there that quick. Number two, by 5:30 I'm a little irritated and I am extremely irritated that I never received ANY response on the ounce of shake. I guess we see what's important to this dispensary. I doubt I will ever go back. What a huge disappointment. I will be taking this issue to a manager. I have spent a great deal of money there. And to me this kind of service is absolutely inexcusable.

I drive a considerable distance to get to Trees. Thier flower is simply the best in the area. Fresh, potent, and a nice variety. I am Med and they only do rec but it's still worth the extra amount because they have good stuff. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable.

First time in and was impressed. The lay out is unique and super efficient allowing people to take their time looking at (and smelling) samples of their product while others who know what they want can jump in line. Meagan was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The race fuel and banana kush we tried were delicious. A little on the pricy side but do have daily specials. Will definitely be back

One of my fav dispensary as far as prices, product and environment, the place is amazing BUT sadly one of the girls that work there makes you NEVER wanna go back. Rude, unprofessional, bad mood and mouthy darker lady with long hair shouldnt be working there.
