First off, before i get into what this review is about. i gave them a 2 only cause i need people who may be going through the same thing as me with the "bent" i.d. Also Id just want to say how professional the staff are and how amazing the product is as well at trees. I have no ill feelings to anyone there and their product has kept my ptsd 90% under control.

Story: The day they opened I have been shopping at their place as they were close to house i bought to flip and was living in at the time. The specials were great, all smiles and greetings around. the place was very white and plain until the put the concentrate trees up and god the wood work inside. the look of the dispensary is amazing, and the music is bouncing keeping the patients entertained while they wait for their meds.
Anyways fast forward a few months i forgot to go to the bank before i went in. So i ran across to my bank which is wells fargo, got there and realized my wallet wasn't on me. in a panic i retrace my steps. I found it on the cross walk coming from the store but unfortunately it was ran over by a car which bent my i.d. it did not "CRACK" the id. Anyways i went back in and immediately had problems getting back in when i just left cause my id was now bent. I asked to speak with the general manager who truly is an amazing guy) and we spoke and we fixed things for a bit. Everything went exactly how he said it would "they are going to give you a hard time until you fix it. Keep in mind i had open heart surgery that i woke up during due to complications. and now i have one year to live as i am now on the waiting list for a heart. god willing ill be able to stick around and see my kids get big, but i am not going to go to the DMV and go through the process of getting something that doesn't need fixing. I have gotten my passport, flew on airplanes, and even gotten pulled over with my i.d. in its current state and i have never once been questioned for my I.D. (because its not cracked it bent= 2 very different things) it scans it shows my eyes crack doesn't go through any words. Anyways i am just a customer who bought a gram of shatter a week. my story doesn't matter. Today they finally gave me the boot and i left calm and respectful. i called silverstem told them the story and they told me to head over and the looked at my i.d. and they say everything is good to go. I am sad i have to leave my favorite dispensary TREES because something so small. But no time to be sad because time is not on my side. i am just happy to have found some other place FAST where they understand and are not such sticklers for picture perfect i.d.'s
