I loved this dispensary when I first started comin...

I loved this dispensary when I first started coming here. Their prices were reasonable for Quality flower. But the last time I went in to make a purchase they told me they didn't have any Shake ounces or any Indica 1/8ths@15.00. The only choice I was given was purple punch for 29.00 out of the door. Never minded to tell me that it was only testing at 16 and it doesn't get you high it's like sawdust. And the person I spoke to was very rude, again, another first. So today I went on line to put in an order for an oz of shake. They took a completely smooth online process into complete chaos. When I went to my shopping cart again I was shocked because the ounce was 43 and in my basket it was 63. So which do you go by? So I tried to call them multiple times and all I get is a busy signal. I and I'm trying to be understanding with the whole website thing understand they have to jump through hoops to meet Colorado regulations, however to not be answering your phone to help customers understand these guidelines and address the glitches in your system is not good business. I expect much more from this dispensary. I also noticed that their prices have went way up. Most of us have been laid off or had our businesses turned upside down and luckily enough for you you're able to keep going however we cannot afford these prices right now and while we stay at our homes 4 weeks on end we need something to keep us sane. And be able to address chronic pain. Which will drive you crazy along with being cooped up in the house or apartment or whatever. I hope my next visit is much better.
After I put my original order in for an ounce of shake I got to thinking... I thought wait a minute I'm going to put in another order 4 a half ounce of regular bud and see if they answer me. Originally I requested the ounce of shake at 10:22 in the morning. I was never contacted at all about that order. However I did get a response at 5:30 p.m. about the more expensive order. Again no phone to call anybody, no way to reach anyone. So now we have to wait all day and at the end of the day get a response... and only on the product that is overpriced do I get an email to pick up. I'm sorry but at 5:30 and closing at 6... number one, I don't think I could make it there that quick. Number two, by 5:30 I'm a little irritated and I am extremely irritated that I never received ANY response on the ounce of shake. I guess we see what's important to this dispensary. I doubt I will ever go back. What a huge disappointment. I will be taking this issue to a manager. I have spent a great deal of money there. And to me this kind of service is absolutely inexcusable.
