They need to clean the bathrooms and more food choices

People were friendly. Buffett was great and the slots they had were fun to play.

i have never been so disgusted staying in a hotel room my entire lifei'm 49 years old, we cheched in and found several cob webs in cornsrs of room, heater/ac conteol unit vents has not been cleaned in some time,penny under chair, unknown substances on side of bed post, dirty chair and ottoman wirh several stains, ceiling has several gross dust bunnies hanging down, very gross,bed spread has cig burn.......several photos's taken , if needed, not worth $160.00 a night tbats for sure., we even slept in our cloths fie the night. Management very responsive to complaint and took care of situation with room credit.

Great place to escape too. They treats veterans well. Nice hotel. Can get smokey. Slot play better than Vegas no ow. Buffet is decent.

Newly remodeled and really dope good luck gambling though waterpark was all right for the kids The Adult Swim area with the swim up bar that was nice I like that

Brand new hotel. Very comfortable room with great shower. The casino was very smokey and is spread out, but had a large select of machines. Eat at the buffet but it was not enjoyable. Everything was cold! The salad bar was very nice. Too bad the hot food wasn't up too par. No carts are available for you luggage.

I don't gamble so I'm not actually in the casino for that so I can't tell you much about that business part however we do go to the seafood all you can eat crab buffet on Thursdays and that is totally amazing definitely worth my almost hour drive just to eat crab and turn around and go back home I love it

Priced to high. You are already taking my money in the casino and then you charge me 172.00 with 28.00 in taxes and fees for a basic room we barely spent time in.

It's not as Fun as it used to be. Always spending $ and not even getting a little $ back to make it fun and wanting to stay longer. Can't understand why my husband and I never get any promotions that other people get and we are there every week! We will be finding other places to spend our money.

We stayed in the Wolf Tower that seem to have been recently updated. The rooms were very nice. My only issue was the check in process. The staff seemed underprepared and did not give me instructions on how to even get into the elevator. I needed to swipe my room key for it to work.

Huge Casino. Easy to get on slot machines. Friendly people.

Yum, smoke and desperation can mingle with a water park and buffet

I would recommend going to Treasure Island. We bought the Romance Package at the Treasure Island Resort. The room had a bottle of champagne and beautiful flowers. The Lagoon was fun time, and we even won a little money at the casino. The only downside was the crowd. During the day there was a long wait to eat at the restaurants, and gamble.

makes me feel like a kid again but with adult privileges.

We've been going down there for years and usually have a great time this last time our rooms weren't ready till 5 o'clock an hour after they were supposed to be ready. Some people did not get rooms until hours after check in time. The water park is fun for the kids. Over all a ok experience.

Went for brunch, food was good. Prices for kids were too high especially having to pay full price for 11 year old girl. 18.50 for an 11 year old.

Slots were a bit tight... Marina folks were very helpful and knowledge... Customer service was excellent as always... Hotel rooms were comfortable and clean.

DO NOT GO TO TREASURE ISLAND! Complete waste of time and money. I have won 10 jackpots over $1200 at Mystic Lake compared to 1 in this hole! To top it off, we received a free hotel room but upon check in was told I had to go to passport club and print a damn COUPON (in this age of high tech, who prints coupons anymore!!) even though I had all confirmation numbers with me. When I go to passport club, was told it was in my wife's name!!!! So, then she had to walk over!! Then she tried to check in but couldn't because the room was in my name!!! Unbelievable!!! ONE HOUR of wasted time. This sh!thole will never get my business again.

The room service was terrible. The food was rediculously over priced. I got a chicken spinach wrap. It had no flavors. There was no sauce, or seasoning. The Walmart delli taste better, and that stuff is left on the shelf for days.

TI has not handled the pandemic well. Smoking is allowed, which essentially defeats the purpose of anyone wearing masks. The free drink stations have been removed and replaced with vending machines charging $2.00 for a bottle drink. I never once saw anyone cleaning a shot machine. Very few sanitizer stations were available. They did, however, have a promotion going where everyone was guaranteed at least $4.00 in slot play so I guess that pays for 2 beverages? I knew you can do better, TI.

Staff in the Arcade is wonderful the way they work with kids.

Favorite casino in MN. Great atmosphere, entertainment, hotel rooms, slots, food, and more. I've always had a great time at Treasure Island. Highly recommended if you're looking for a fun time around Red Wing. The only complaint I have is that you can gamble at 18 but not use the adult pools/hot tubs.

Enjoyed bringing my son for his 18th birthday! It was busy, but not to crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful. (I forgot there is smoking all throughout, so this is your reminder).

Terrible like most anymore the good days are gone in gaming.

We went early for breakfast and to play a little bit. The buffet was the best we have ever had there. Will definitely do the Sunday breakfast/brunch buffet again!

Went bowling, awesome pizza. Bar was closed on Sunday afternoon bummer. Wish they had service like they used to...

Pay a little extra and stay in the Wolf tower and get a Play & Stay package. A relatively inexpensive way to spend a mini vacation if you re trying to get away from the city for a bit. Compared to city hotel prices this was nice for how cheap it is. The bed was amazing. Pool bar was nice and bowling was also fun. Would come again.

They would not page a diabetic person so we could make sure he had taken his meds. They page their buddies but won't page an elderly diabetic

We stayed for 2 nights. Our stay was very enjoyable. There were many options for entertainment and food. Everything throughout the property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was an argument over a parking spot that started just after we arived but security showed up within a couple of minutes. The only complaint was that the casino layout is weird making it hard to find your way around. And all of the restraunts were throughout the casino so you have to wander through the Smokey casino to find them.

The soda is no longer free. No temps taken for COVID. Nobody...and I mean NOBODY was winning. I understand the point of trying to make up for lost revenue but we will be going to Mystic Lake from now on. I have been coming for years and it makes me sad.

Was like a zombie apocalypse movie due to the covid-19 BS!! $700 GAIN walking away!!

Treasure Island is one of the two closest casinos to the Twin Cities. Rooms are clean and comfy. Tradewinds Buffet gives a lot for the money. Will go again soon!

I'm updating this review. See below for the original. We had a frustrating experience for a time, but it was eventually resolved and didn't ruin our Staycation, so I'm changing my 1star into a 3star. We'd go back again.

This review is for the hotel. Eagle Suite is very nice, but when we arrived, the TV didn't work. Not a huge deal, but I do want to watch something when we go to bed. Front desk tells us to go up to the room, call back down to request a maintenance guy come up, and then wait.
It's been an hour, they couldn't tell me how long it will be. Woman at the front desk had some attitude blaming the cable company for the problem. I don't care who's fault it is, i just want a solution that doesn't require me to be in the room for hours waiting with nothing to do because the TV doesn't even work. Give me a time to go back to my room so I can at least play some slots or grab a drink. Something.
Well, I guess it gave me time to write this review.

Went to see Jeff Foxworthy, great show which is why they got 2 stars. The seating is is reason for not getting more than that. I consider myself normal sized and have never had a problem fitting into seats before and this includes airplane seats. The only thing I can say about the seats there is thankfully there were empty chairs in my row because everyone one around me (me included) couldn't fit on just one of those seats even if I was paid to. So if you go there and you aren't small or a child don't plan on being comfortable. If the show is crowded you'll know the people next to you intimately by the end of it whether you want to or not.

The hotel at buffalo tower is worn out. The wall paper is peeling in the corners, the furniture is old, there are no USB ports, no alarm clock, no mini fridge, and no microwave. The rooms weren't dirty and they come with the standard mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. These are no smoking rooms. The TV works well. Guests partied loudly between rooms into the hallway from midnight to 5am, security didn't stop it.

Hotel staff and my room were wonderful. The fact that they allow smoking in the casino was slightly annoying, but hey, it's a casino. This is the second time I've stayed there and the second time I've been impressed.

Lots of new fun slots...pay out was great...room was comfy ..24 hr grill added a bunch of new items priced right left with $2500 more than I walked in with!

We always have a good time even when we lose are money, which can be frequently. Whether it's bringing the kids for fun at the water park, arcade and bowling, seeing a concert or just a fun night in the casino, we enjoy it.

Food in the bowling alley was over priced and not as good as last year. They changed the whole menu.

Overall, my experience here was pretty good. The people at the front desk who check you in were very nice. The pools are amazing, and I recommend that you check out the lazy river. However there were a few bad things. You have to go through the smoking portion of the casino to get to the restaurants. We had dinner at the buffet, which is super expensive. The food at the buffet wasn't that good. Another thing is the hotels 2 waterslides weren't on when we went. We asked the lifeguard and she said they came on at 7PM. So we came back at 7 and they never came on. We asked another lifeguard and he said they would be on in a few minutes, but they didn't come on.

It was very nice and clean. The people work were kind to me, and to everyone. The Pow Wow was amazing to watch as well.

1st time. Big casino for area, but needs more parking. Especially if you are staying at hotel. Valet was full, they did have shuttles, but doesn't help driving around looking for spot.

Tado steakhouse was very good.

The buffet was wonderful with lots of different foods to choose from. Very open and easy to navigate the buffet. The casino area has clear pathways so you don't run into people. There are lots of different machines to play as well. There are multiple bathrooms and drink stations throughout the casino in case you need them.

Kid Rock concert performance was 5/5 but the lawn seats were ridiculously oversold and in no way was it enjoyable. I will never buy lawn tickets again at this venue. This because the fence and concrete walkway, separating assigned seating and the lawn ticket area was not maintained. Security started off telling folks to stay off the fence and concrete walkway, to get back to the lawn. We showed up early , with chairs at the front of the lawn area, only to be over-run by drunken stragglers, when security failed to maintain the area. So if you're going to TI, spend the silly money on assigned seats......or stay home.

New hotel rooms and water park are amazing..
Very comfortable!

Loved the modern lobby and swimming area. The small water park contains a lazy river, 2 hot tubs, pool bar, 2 slides and a pool. Rooms are dated, drab and could use some renovating.

This is a bum ass casino. Don t waste your time. Mystic Lake is worth the extra 30 minute drive. Hotel rooms are dirty. Found and killed a cockroach a foot away from my bed. Service was below standard and some of the dealers made off color remarks that made me loose interest in the game. Definitely would recommend Mystic Lake if you re passing through the area.

Room was comp'd an a elegant dinner in the steakhouse! Had a good time on a small budget!

Food there has really gone down hill, used to go there just for the food. And of course gamble Abit. But now you can get better food from a truck stop

Went here for BoysIIMen Concert.It was an awesome experience!! The event center was a great venue for a concert. Big enough for a good crowd but still an intimate setting..We will be going back in March for the elements known as Earth,Wind & Fire!!!

Room to room was quiet, but hall noise could be heard in the room. Very nice, clean, and spacious. You get your exercise walking. Good food and great service even at the banquets.

The casino was awesome had alot of fun however my stay in the room was the worst!! I'm sure the bed was way past its life span. Not to mention the pillows were terrible. I have stayed there before and had a good room. This time was bad and I couldn't sleep.

Went to see Little River Band got a room for two nights. Room was ok but parts of it we're beginning to show age shower area, and wood chairs at the table in our room, also watch the pricing on the rooms they tried to change the price to a higher amount, even though we had the room booked months in advance, and was quoted a price. When we checked in, they tried to hit us with a higher price.....

Casino is ok. Heard rumors that they pay a fine at the end of the year instead of having the machines pay out correct odds.

Lagoon is pretty fun.

They had a great DJ however we couldnt barely find a place to sit and gamble Saturday night and they took away a lot of the good action games

Vanilla Ice was there for the i love the 90s tour!!!

I like the new addition to the hotel but it is not cohesive with the other 2 wings.

Long time, frequent customer here (10+ years) . Believe me, I have followed the changes here very closely and would have to say this casino is either extremely greedy or is going through a dire financial situation. It's very evident when you see changes that penalize good, loyal customers. Infrequent, casual customers would not see this as they have nothing to compare it to, but the end results are the same.

I find there is no entertainment value coming here any more. The slot machines are are so tight a person with a few hundred dollars will be lucky to play for more than an hour. Absolutely no pay-outs worth anything, which has been the case for well over the last year. The new convenience fee to replace the complimentary room is another indication of hard times. Who else does this? The last time I had a room I ordered breakfast room service and it was $50+ for 2 people with gratuity added to the price. The food arrived late, cold and it came in a paper bag, A FREAKING PAPER BAG.

Another indication of financial trouble is their "Shopping Spree" promotion last year. My partner and I were shorted "earned" points to the sum of 9000+ points combined. Those points had a value of roughly $600 in gift buying power. When I complained I was told that the points I had seen on their kiosk did not necessarily match what the casino had on their computers. Then the promotion manager actually told me that they were over budget on that particular promotion. After he looked at the situation more closely he agreed there was indeed an error and we were finally offered $50 each in slot play that we never did receive. As a regular customer I have come to know some of the other regular customers who complained of the same thing happening to them.

This casino has gotten so bad I thought I'd "tell the world" here. Knowing what this casino used to be and what it has evolved into is something I want no part of anymore. It used to be so much fun. Right after I finish writing this review I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask them to take me off of their mailing list. I'll be sure to update this review if that happens.

In regards to adding slot play to our cards.. It's not the $50 in slot play that I'm worried about, it was the rip-off of our "earned" points. We were offered $50 each for over $600 worth of merchandise. You know how much we spent to accumulate that amount of points. Check your records, you'll see I'm telling the truth. You'll also see another transaction we had which I didn't even mention here. If you'd like I can post the pictures. And now YOU want ME to ask for it? How insulting. You have my phone number. You lost 2 really good customers.

I felt like this was out in the middle of nowhere. Thank goodness they had valet parking because it was -18 and the parking was full everywhere. The valet was pretty timely and very quick for the car to be returned.

Staff was friendly. Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Water park was small but a nice addition. Pools were warm and the adults only sections were a huge plus! Tahoe restaurant was delicious and the buffet had a great selection. The spa was too notch!! Massage with Denise was amazing and the linens were so nice I looked at the brand to see about getting them at home! (Soft, warm and no old oil smell!)
Casino was nice. Had a great selection of gaming. The bingo hall was one of the best I've ever been in. Roomy with a great smoking/non smoking area, multiple soda machines, small restaurant, close bathrooms, multiple light boards and monitors, personable & attentive staff and a great sounds system all for a reasonable price with nice payouts!
Bowling alley was nice and had a decent arcade. Great specials during the week make for a cheap evening. Unlimited bowling for
$10? Yes!!!
Only complaint is the property layout is choppy and a little hard to navigate. And there is not a lot of clear definition of smoking vs non-smoking areas on the gaming floor.
Otherwise a good time and we will gladly be back!!

Best casino near the twin cities! Buffett is excellent, cheap drinks, live shows, new slots. Always a great time.

Everything was ok the only suprise was that a free hotel stay as the coupon says is no longer free it is actually $20 a night which isnt bad but why say it is free just say it is 20 a night stay
