I'm updating this review. See below for the original. We had a frustrating experience for a time, but it was eventually resolved and didn't ruin our Staycation, so I'm changing my 1star into a 3star. We'd go back again.

This review is for the hotel. Eagle Suite is very nice, but when we arrived, the TV didn't work. Not a huge deal, but I do want to watch something when we go to bed. Front desk tells us to go up to the room, call back down to request a maintenance guy come up, and then wait.
It's been an hour, they couldn't tell me how long it will be. Woman at the front desk had some attitude blaming the cable company for the problem. I don't care who's fault it is, i just want a solution that doesn't require me to be in the room for hours waiting with nothing to do because the TV doesn't even work. Give me a time to go back to my room so I can at least play some slots or grab a drink. Something.
Well, I guess it gave me time to write this review.
