My Son just Got there and saidthe staff is very caring and he said it was a very good place. I am Happy That Samantha in the office called me in very good timing. They care about patients there. Thank God.
Seems very understaffed. They dont even have someone to make appointments to visit patients like they are supposed to or it takes an overly extended amount of time to return a phone call. Case worker is nice but seems beyond overworked. The rest of the staff has contradicting answers to question and are very unknowledgeable. They make you waste time calling over and over again and then give attitudes about it after they're the people who told you to call back in 15 min, 30 min or after 5pm.
Well, calling is always very complicated because they don't have people who speak very few Spanish and obviously always busy promise to call you back and they never do it and in 3. O. 4. Ocations have reduced English and very annoying people. Why they did not understand. Nothing of my bad English but anyway. It is only a reference of the service to the telephone because in the facilities no. I can give. No comment
This is the worst place to ever work at they over medicate there patients and the staff is horrible no type of team work there everyone is against each other never work for this company ever
