Terrible care for newborns. Uneducated. Had to go on Google to answer one of my questions and avoided to answer questions as to why my baby was coughing and sneezing. Didn't even give him a mandatory shot.

Absolutely ridiculous, my mom called asking a question about her medications since she was having surgery and she was told they would leave a message for her doctor and they would call her back, they never did for a few days. No call still even when the surgery day came, so I called and told them it was important and to please contact her doctor to know what to take, and their answer was that her doctor had been off for the past 2 days and they didn t have her phone number to reach her, and they left a message and if she saw it she would call, but there was nothing they could do. What kind of doctors office doesn t have a doctors phone number, and not call back patients specially when it s an important matter. Very disappointed! And horrible customer service.

Absolutely disappointed with their service. I have called to make a few appointments and each time they have called me back to tell me to reschedule because they set me up with the wrong doctor and i have to wait another month for them to see me. They take about an hour and a half to call me on the day of my appointment. Once they call me I have to wait even more for the doctor or nurse to see me.

Called 3 times to ask a question. The operator kept saying I was Next in line but I was on hold for over 30 mins. Decided to go in person. I was Waiting for someone at the front desk to call me over. The girl asked me to sign in after I told Her I ONLY had a question about a prescription for my grandmother. Waited like 15 mins, no one called me and decided to leave. The only reason we had my grandmother switch was bc they speak Spanish but the service sucks.

5 star's.. I haven't enough words to describe how helpful they have been for me. Medical and dental department are both a delight! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, funny but I now enjoy my visit to the dentist and Dr's..

I went for a immigration physical the doctor was very nice the issue is who ever takes care of receiving files , fax and asking for medical records are not doing their job I waited over a month to be seen agin and wen my dead line came around and I asked to get priorities they sed sure we will schedule you this week 8-14-18 so wen I called back the next day to schedule since I was at work they told me he was on vacation And would not be back until after my deadline I have called this office for months trying to get a update to see if they got a hold of records from a other office which I had to end up faxing it myself since who ever takes care of it is not doing their job they have. Poor communication skills and never keep you updated you have to bug them to get things done if you come here seeking a immigration physical please be aware you will be treated with no basic customer service and lack of acknowledgement. I wish I could get a refund since I missed my deadline due to lack of communication on LCH part

I Love the service they provide. The staff is very helpful and very warm. They have the state of the art technology as well as an onsite pharmacy. They see patients of all ages and are open 12 hours most days so one can accommodate their appointments around an occupation. The facility is clean and newly renovated. I very much enjoy going here.

Service is great. I never waited longer then 10 mins. To be called. The staff is great and dr . Ceppa takes the time to really listen and address my medical needs. I higley recommend them to everyone i know.

In December of last year, our Nana (98 years of age) moved from California to live with us in Kennett Square. LCH (La Comunidad Hispana) was recommended because of its excellent service. What a pleasant surprise to have discovered quality affordable care so close to home. Their professional staff helped us by reviewing medications, determining current health concerns, ordering tests and evaluating Nana s general well being.
In addition, LCH recommended we see their staff counselor to guide us in adjusting to our new lifestyle. We also had assistance reviewing Nana s qualifications to apply for services through the Department On Aging. Legal advice was also offered. LCH addressed many of our needs as a family.
Our family is impressed by LCH s dedication to detail. Each phone call was returned by their staff who recorded our questions completely and accurately. Our concerns were answered in a thorough and timely fashion. We highly recommend LCH and applaud what they offer the residents of this community.

We had a speaker, Ms. Jones come to London Grove Meeting for our Simple meal a few years ago. She was very informative and we learned a lot. We have helped on several occasions. We are so happy for their presence in our community. Great job everyone!

Friendly helpful staff. Ive been coming since i first was unemployed and they helped my family both medically and socially in getting insurance and assistance. Now years later, im employed and better off but still make lch my chosen medical provider. The staff have always cared for my needs.

My parents keep getting their appointments canceled or rejected, saying they can come in only for emergencies. My moms heart medicine has been out of refills for a month now and she keeps going to talk to them with no resolution.

Sept 2020. Reception was unsafe with a family of 4 ..only one mask worn of 4 family members. (I stepped outside for a half hour to avoid any C19 exposure.) Another 1/2 hour alone in exam room.
