Very attentive and patient customer service. I spoke with treasure coast on a few occasions before I decided to make my initial investment. I was a little nervous at first. I had never invested in gold or silver before but after speaking with two different account executives and doing my own due diligence I felt comfortable finding a long track record of being in business over 15 year's as well as being licensed bonded and insured with an A+ rating with the BBB. I feel confident knowing my metal is secured in TDS Vaults with in Brinks depository and I can buy or sell at any time I choose. I received my title of ownership of my bars and coins directly from the depository a week after my initial investment. The market has increased a little bit in value since I purchased. I am glad I finally made the decision to diversify a portion of my portfolio outside of the of stock market.
