Mindset of a startup and the lowest salary out there

Even that the company is more than 15 years in the business, the mindset of a startup is beyond damaging. The salaries are extremely low and there is no chance for a promotion. The C-level management is one of the worst you can imagine. The lack of responsibility in the management is on criminal levels.

I am happy that I decided to join Travian. Working environment is transparent and more emphasis on the team work. All the colleagues are friendly and are eager to help you. Also you don't need to worry about language as English is widely spoken at Travian. There was a standard three rounds Interview and I really enjoyed the process. I would recommend to everyone who wants to be part of Travian.
