I joined the Tranzonic team a year and a half ago. This company has made so many changes for the better for everyone. We are continuously learning from each other and care deeply for our team members. We want to express we have "one message" to our team. This company really lets you "own" your position. I am excited to see what the future holds for this amazing company.

I have been with the company since the Fall of 2017 and have seen many transformations across the Knoxville Facility. Improvements and investments in training, communication, equipment, safety programs, employee events and celebrations and also investments in the the office and break rooms. The employees are a great bunch of people, a variety of those who have been there 15 years to 15 weeks, working as a team! We even have a softball team in our 2nd season!
Ive been working here for over two years now, and for those who are unprofessional, discourteous, and lack in general work ethic, this place is great!!! For those who actually do their job, this place is awful....high expectations from a few while the vast majority dont get half their job done, but thats okay to management because they can ask you to do it for them. Generally lacking in decency and fair expectations...

We are so thankful for Tranzonic! We were able to keep it doors open during covid because of this company. We were able to get cleaning supplies and masks so that we were in compliance with state rules. Thank you so much for being there for us!
Delivered to Westcott Blvd and then was told to take if 14 miles to another facility on Midpark Rd. The place is dead. No truck traffic and can't hear any forklift traffic. Arrived at Midpark location at 1045am. Was told that my appointment is at 12:30 and although there is nothing going on it appears they are going to make me wait until right at 1230, maybe later. It is 1217 right now. It would not be too bad but there is nothing going on here. They can keep this location for someone who is hell bent on schedules regardless of nothing to do.
You must see this for yourself. It's unbelievable. Tranzonic Companies Knoxville has made an amazing TRANZformation. The plant is spotless and very easy on the eye. The employees (ALL OF THEM) are polite and welcoming. And - - they take care of each other. The Leadership Team GETS IT!!! You win with people. Check it out. Again, unbelievable. #BETTERWAYEVERYDAY
