From the monthly calls I get from Channing to discuss our reviews and visibility, to Stephanie who handles our website, Maria and Kelly that create and distribute our social media presence, just top notch. I've been a customer of TMG for longer than I care to admit (30 years) under various company names. I reached out to our sales rep. Kathie Knauer, yesterday. She was willing to help me get new pictures posted for our 5 properties and expedited my request to Aislynn Roberts. Aislynn also responded
quickly and as late as Friday afternoon @ 5 PM.

PS Our redemptions have picked up in the last month in 3 locations. Really good news in a pandemic with fewer travelers.

I love working with Travel Media Group! They provide an awesome level of customer service that is hard to find. I feel like Channing and Benjamin are an extended part of my team...they are genuinely interested in how we are doing and offer immediate assistance whenever I ask for help. Hands down, they make my job a lot easier!

Please dont use them at all, it does not lead to anything. You will end up losing money and not get any help once you sign up. They will respond that we have other clients to take care of.
