This place is just awesome. I've tried to find bad food here and its just doesn't exist. Awesome atmosphere, and to food that is just amazing. The bagels are outstanding in the morning, and the Korean food is just top notch. Serious, this place is is magic.

Local seafood was prepared well, tasted great, wonderful service as they were waiting tables that night. Manager was making sure everything was the best. Beer was great too. I felt the entree were pricey, but very fresh. Did not like the slaw much as it reminded me of slaw for a hot dog, where I like my slaw course and tangy. I will go back to try other seafood dishes. Yum.

This is an absolutely beautiful venue! That's unfortunately the best part of our experience. We are big fans of Dank Burrito from visiting them at the beach, unfortunately that has not translated to the Raleigh location. I was so excited to get some Dank Burrito near home but the tacos were not as they were described on the menu board and were missing components. In addition the food was cold. We also tried an empanada which was pretty decent however our friends' empanadas consisted of raw dough. Our friend also got curry from the Indian place where they microwaved his naan bread instead of cooking at the way it should be. Who in their right mind thinks microwaved bread will taste good?

In addition to the disappointing food, there are no trays to transport your food to your table so if you go with children be prepared to have to balance your food plus theirs, plus your drinks. I very much wanted to love everything about this new food hall, but it just needs work.

Great spot for foodies. From Empanadas, Chinese Noodles, Indian Food, Oysters and good ole American Burgers. Good for the whole family in East Raleigh. Great atmosphere and great decor. I love it I strongly suggest.

I heard this was a must stop in the Raleigh area and it did not disappoint. My family and I met for breakfast to grab bagels. A family friendly environment. Very spacious and clean. I ll definitely be stopping by to try a new vendor soon!

It's a work in progress. We found the people friendly and there's a better flow than in the other Raleigh food hall where you just can't move for people queuing.

Good beer choices both inside and out (out being the Burial outpost). Obviously mostly focused on IPA, which is the current craze, but there were decent saisons, porters and stouts for those who aren't hop-heads :-)

Locals Seafood - we tried the grilled fish sandwich. The bread was ultra soft supermarket-style rubbish and the striped bass that was on it looked more like red snapper to me. The fish was quite tasty, but drenched in tartar sauce. I also wish that folks would not put lettuce in hot sandwiches, it's just not good. Rather use spinach or arugula or put the greens on the side. Plus with all the good bread made locally, there's no excuse for bad bread! Not exciting for an $11 sandwich without sides.

One more issue - every time you pay for food that you order at the counter and pick up yourself, and bus your own table, you are presented with a tip request with the minimum non-custom amount being 15% !!! I'd pay this for actual sit down service if it was decent. Tipping is for service, people.

I think this is an exciting development and can't wait for more tenants to open. This part of Raleigh is looking so much better than it did a few years ago. Cool spot to hang out and have a nice beer with friends, but I'd rather go to a real restaurant for any food beyond a snack. My star rating is for the whole place, not any individual vendor.

We stumbled upon this place when looking for dinner after a day trip to the science museum. It was perfect to take two small kids to run and play while the parents enjoyed a good beer and awesome street food. We tried something from three different vendors.

I love this space! The vendors who have opened so far are wonderful and I recommend them all. The only thing I find odd is how many families bring their very young children here. I realize this isn't the business's fault so I wouldn't take a star away because of it - it's just frustrating sometimes if you want to get an afternoon beer and there are toddlers running loose around you.

Smoothie addition to the business please? Restaurants mess up on my name as to the phone game from ear to ear due to customers talking and rattling in kitchen; hamburger joint changed a female name first letter to a gentleman first name. I had to look at the Hamburger and what was on the order receipt to notice they changed mothers name from Beth to Seth!!

2/9 UPDATE: Well, we went back, and I had every intention of updating my review, but based on today s experience, a 1-star is still warranted. Arrived at BW bagels at 800AM on the dot (based on hours posted on Instagram) and we were still 22nd in line. As the minutes passed, the line got longer and longer until it wrapped around the bar in the back. There were many people taking photos because it was, in fact, pretty unbelievable that a space that isn t even finished could garnish such attention. After the owner s response from my first review, I thought for sure the service issue would be resolved, even partially, but it wasn t. There was only ONE cashier and the gentleman in a hat helping her was allowing what appeared to be his friends/family/neighbors to skip folks in line as they came directly to the bar and were given free bagels. They exchanged, I love you s which would have been sweet and not supremely annoying if we, ordinary folk, had not already been waiting 40 minutes to order. Guys. When the line is that long, offering coffee, or having someone walk the line to take orders really would have gone a long way. However, the most obvious fix would be to open a second register. You know, like all the other food hall vendors do. All that being said, the bagels are good. Great and worth the annoyance of a 40 minute line? Absolutely not. Head to Bruegger s instead.

Oringal review: We came at 950AM and were told benchwarmers only had 20 more bagels left so they were going to run out by the time we made it to the front of the very, very long line to order. Service is incredibly slow and the staff doesn t seem to care that folks are waiting for food. Hoping service gets better when the space is done.

Local Seafood is delicious. Lots of tasty beers. We when on a rainy night. Place was packed. Will be back to try out some other options and the out door seating...which I assume exists...not sure. Did I mention it was pouring the night we went? We walked there and Lyfted back. Fun time

I can't tell you about the whole food hall, since I've only eaten at Locals Seafood, but they are awesome. Today I had the crab roll. I thought it looked small when it came out, but I was so full after eating it that I'm glad it wasn't bigger! My friend had the fish & chips, & wow - what a difference fresh fish makes! (vs the usual pub version.) Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys seafood. Can also say they're being extremely diligent about cleanliness right now.

Cute food hall with a good selection of varieties. Parking can be tricky if busy. Had tacos from dank burritos. Jerk chicken. Great flavor and spicy. Plenty of seating. Great place for a casual meal or drinks with friends.

Update: management contacted me and we are working to see if their new and exciting venue will be a fit for our venue! Thank you, Nick!

Trying to contact Transfer to possibly host a large party....phone number is not in service and two attempts at contacting through the Contact on website has not given me a response. Very disappointed! Would love to connect

I love these food halls! The Korean stalk was awesome, the bulgogi fries were so freakin good. Also hit the Indian steak, was disappointed with how fatty the pork was, but flavors were decent. Empanadas were really good. Wish they had a bit more outdoor seating, but they seem to be doing a good job with Covid cleaning protocols.

Still under construction so not that many vendors are open yet. On the upside the architecture is cool and it is not that crowded. Watch your head if you visit the loft area as there is a steel beam that encroaches quite a lot at the top of the stairs.

Cool place with several dining and brewery options. Parking is on street and around building which can a little limited, just keep that in mind. Unique mix of food from bagels to cookies to empanadas to seafood.

The food hall was clean and well organized. Plenty of seating. My order (beef bulgogi) came up quickly and was obviously fresh. Beef was good, and the salad was fresh and crispy. Not a large portion for the price though. Worth the walk from downtown.

I really enjoyed this place. I love food halls because I can go to different restaurants, so this time I went to 4 different places! Everything was spaced out nicely so I never felt crowded. The negative thing I can think of is that the bathroom stalls were a bit claustrophobic. I'd definitely return with my whole family!

I witnessed one of your employees not practice social distancing from others and acted very unprofessional towards anyone entering the parking lot even yelling at other workers doing their job at another building . If this employee is very essential to have at work he should be more productive then sitting on a stool yelling at bystander's and the manager should handle his employees action's. Rudeness can go along way.

Still under construction at the time of this post. But great location. Being 3 blocks from the heart of downtown Raleigh. The only downside is that they are on Monday. That's the main day I can come downtown. They have a great variety of food options. And a Bar!

After my first visit I ll be back. Great variety of restaurants and cozy atmosphere. I ate at Bul Box and highly recommend it. There is something for everyone. It s a mall food court on steroids. Easy parking and more restaurants are being built. Try it out.

This place is fantastic. It's warm, inviting, friendly, has great food choices with more to come, and I can't wait to see what this place will be like in the next 1, 5, 20 years. This is a gem of Raleigh, and even though it's pretty popular and crowded, yet has ample space, I do worry about how they will manage crowds in the future. For instance, for comparison I went to Morgan St Food Hall, which was a starkly different place...a truly uniquely unenjoyable (horrible) experience. Everything that TCFH is, Morgan is not. Transfer has Wifi, parking, good food options, good seating, friendly staff, and is relatively quiet. By contrast, Morgan (on the day I went) was having a DJ blaring dance music so loudly - he was outside but it was pumped indoors too - that you literally had to scream to be heard. People were being loud, obnoxious, and generally inconsiderate. Not only will I not be returning to Morgan St, but I will actually advise against people going. By contrast, I've recommended TCFH to many people and been several times. As an introvert, it's just a nice place to be, to relax, to get work done, or just enjoy yourself and decompress. I met with the GM there and he's wonderful.

I never write reviews like this, but TCFH is actually bringing something to the table (no pun intended) - they're contributing to Raleigh and giving back to the community. If Morgan St is your thing, fine, but it is not at all comparable and was a truly awful experience.

Thank you to everyone at Transfer Co for what you've done and given us. Congrats on the success and I look forward to returning often.
