Had a great time at Transfer Co Food Hall this evening. Love the laid-back atmosphere, and dinner at Locals Oyster Bar was fantastic. Looking forward to my next visit!

I cant wait to go back. Quality of food was much higher than I was expecting.
The Empanadas are the best in RDU. Great service and great food. Met the GM of the property out greeting guests and he s incredible. The guys behind the bar at Locals seafood, Rob & Martin, are some of the best bartenders I ve had in Raleigh! We can t wait to come back. Love the open floor plan! Thankful this spot is in Raleigh.
Great food! We had dank tacos, benchwarmer bagels, cookies and beer. #phat
Very cool and hip place to be! I would come back and try more places!
An enjoyable place with a good variety of foods. Should be able to satisfy nearly anyone's appetite and thirst.
Used to be a favorite spot not much going on there now.
Such a great spot. Fish sandwich at Locals Oyster Bar so fresh. The diced pickles and mild tasting lemon sauce were perfect additions. Great weather day meant outdoor patio eating.
Pros: new spot, looks clean, plenty of seating area, nicely organized (tables and chairs) and structured (markets on the side).
Cons: lack of food choices. Hopefully more food vendors move in.
Great location with a large variety of options. Consistently difficult to find seating for a crowd of 4+.
**WARNING** Don t waste your time or money!
Oysters and shrimp were all chopped up on the po boy. it was mostly bread.
Fries were too salty.
Peel and eat shrimp were covered in red dye and were clearly frozen shrimp.
Overall the food hall is great. Clean. The support staff kept the tables turning and clean. My only complaint is the BulBox is NOT authentic. The website specifically says authentic. I was highly disappointed. For the cost of their food and portion size they aren't worth it. False advertising.
I had Seafood shrimp and clams hot butter fresh lemon. Sour apple martini everything was delicious
Parking is very limited here in this area but great spot to have food and enjoy the city views
Very eclectic food offerings something for everyone
Excellent repurposing of an old building. Group I was with tried food from almost every vendor and was very happy. I had fresh raw oysters from Local that were shucked well and had great flavor. Also had a variety of empenadas and enjoyed them all. Finishing with a round of beers at Burial was a great end to the day
This place is amazing. Really good bagels at Benchwarmers.
Great place! Eateries are all awesome, Burial makes amazing (if expensive) beer. Locals Seafood now has an open fish market in addition to its kitchen, Benchwarmers makes great bagels. You have every reason to check this place out. There is also a parking lot behind the Hall.
Great place with a great aesthetic. And vegan options!!!!!
Love the atmosphere, great food options, only wish they added more tables on their back patio there is definitely space!
I went there not for food but for a pop-up yoga class. It was unique. I wanted to get breakfast after but they only have one breakfast place and the line was insanely long. If you want breakfast I'd skip this place. It's better for lunch as there are more options.
Perfect place to go with a group. You can get burgers, Indian, deli, seafood, wine, beer, ice cream, and so much more.
It's a happening place - diverse, all ages.
Put on your mask and come on down!
Fresh homemade pasta or mozzarella, yummy ethic fast food or just brace yourself with a cold, artisanal brew.
Great choices
Transfer has the perfect blend of restaurants. We've been five times now, and we've tried just about everything. It's all been great! The hall itself is bright and open, and there is plenty of seating. It's always clean and welcoming. It doesn't hurt that our favorite brewery, Burial, has a tap house there, too.
Something for everyone--neat historic renovation turned functional food hall. Lots of seating options, good light and decorating, tons of diverse food and beverage options, parking available. We especially love Captain Cookie and Dank Burrito, but all of the vendors are truly worth a try!
Just OK, needs to tie BBQ and Burial Tap room together indoors.
Best part is the oyster bar. Downside is that there's no coffee available on a Sunday afternoon
Good was excellent. Need more staff to clean tables.
My husband I went there at lunch time to hit up Captain Cookie and the Milkman, we read the times wrong online (since everything is still being put together), but the guy was there and sold us cookies! SO nice! Such great service!!! We cant wait for the rest of it to be opened up! #captaincookie #milkman #TransferCo #raleigh
Love the space. Che empanadas was excellent... onion and cheese and caprese were awesome! Staff at Che were very friendly and welcoming. Bul Box didn't meet my expectations. I didn't like the spicy tuna poke bowl at all... hardly any tuna flavor and I'm not sure if it was parsley or kale but there was way too much and it didn't fit as part of a poke bowl. Also, the kimchi and pork dumplings didn't have any kimchi flavor to me and they seemed overcooked and dry. I did get a great drink there...melon creamy soda. Local seafood market seemed promising but the batter on the fish collars was too thick and under seasoned. Overall, the space and Che are the only reason I'll come back for.
Nice selection of food vendors. Outdoor seating too
Loveee this place! Plenty of seating and great variety of food options! Nice view of downtown from the windows. Full bar has specialty drinks and tasty beer options. Family friendly place, I ll definitely be returning!
Cute Space. Got the Empanadas from Che which were delicious! Definitely would recommend you spend the extra 50 cents for the hot sauce. Excited to see what other food options come here but for now I'd still rather go to Morgan Street.
Pleasant uncrowded space. About 4 restaurants, a couple of bars, and a cookie & ice cream vendor.
What a delightful experience! Everybody there was happy and gave us great service. And the food was fabulous. Thanks for whoever made the empanadas.
The food choices here are great! Dank Burrito being my favorite. Can t wait to try the other places. Parking was plentiful, atmosphere was very nice.
Love this place! Had delicious empanadas and then went to Local Seafood for a Calabasas shrimp roll. So yummy!!
A new hip place to get lunch with friends when you can't agree on what you want to eat and a nice place to grab a bagel and some coffee on the way in to work.
Awesome historical space with renewed life. So far all good food. Great place to meet friends.
Lots of different options, just be prepared to open your wallet. I had the Carne Asada burrito from Dank Burrito, very fresh and tasty!
I love the atmosphere! The food vendors are amazing, and have awesome food! If you haven't gone then you need to!
It's a good place but a limited choice of restaurants. I prefer Morgan street Food hall
I had the lunch at locals I had oysters and shrimp delicious..That starter sauce was made with dill is was different and delicious
Benchwarmer Bagels has the best bagels, and Dank Burrito had some pretty amazing burrito bowls
Fun food hall, a little busy on the weekends, especially the bagel restaurant.
This place is still expanding and growing with amazing new options and so many great foods to try. Dank Burrito is a favorite and Captain Cookie is worth the price-but if you go for ice cream cookie it s probably all you ll need to eat all day. Great indoor and outdoor seating and there s parking!! There is something for every one with more to come!
A really nice chill place to eat and get a good drink.
It's a place that I just found after living quite a bit in raleigh but definitely worth it. Different foods variety and drinks along with dessert shop just makes it a great place to go on hangout with mixed group of friends. You could also go for casual date/hangout (not the first one, haha)
Transfer Co was a great experience. There is still a lot of expanding and construction going on but there are empanadas, seafood, ice cream, cookies, beer/cocktails, and a nice large outdoor space to relax in. Burial Brewing is next door and Long Leaf Swine BBQ is building there as well.
I and Love and Food. Try the bulgogi place, so great.
The concept and ambience is amazing. Variety of options in terms of cuisines and also diets!
A nice ambiance. The food isn't necessarily the greatest though.
I have eaten at almost all the options and the butcher and oyster bar really stand out. It's a lovely property and well polished. A great way to spend an afternoon. I am hopeful they will land some more local hot spots in the future.
Awesome place and food! Better than Morgan street for sure!! Cant wait to go back!
Best bagel sandwich ever.- Staff very attentive and polite.
Fantastic place to go get lunch or brunch. The fish market has a whole fried fish option which is absolutely perfect for groups!
Cool place with some awesome restaurants inside - Benchwarmers makes the best bagels south of NYC and Alimentary is an awesome Italian deli. Still open with COVID restrictions. The up stairs loft was super cool.
The food hall was a great place. Packed with different cuisines and offered a great ambience.
Absolutely loved your venue! Met my son there where he treated me for an early Mother s Day dinner! The food was delicious and the staff were outstanding!! Gary, Mandy and Travis were very attentive and knowledgeable!! Awesome place! My husband, a fisheries biologist, not only was impressed with the excellent locally sourced seafood but also with the beer selection. His favorite was The Great Return IPA - commemorating the return of the Atlantic Sturgeon to the James River! Fantastic place!!
