Venture was a good place to work but now the two companies are one it all sucks. Unitedhelthcare. Is the cheapest they could find we had bluecross now junk a $5,000 copay damn the company's dont even care about its driver's

I was an owner operator there for a month. I was told that I would make 64% or $650 a day. What they didn't tell me was that I would actually make 64% OF $650 a day. BIG Difference. I couldn't even make the truck payment let alone buy health insurance or pay any of the other bills that come with owning a truck. My dispatcher Tom Herbert was great, most of the day shift dispatchers seemed to have their heads on straight. The night dispatch on the other hand has the combined IQ of a houseplant In my opinion. If you want to come work here do so as a company driver, and don't try to call the office after 1600.

I've been working here for just about 2 months the money is great the staff are awesome and most of all I'm home daily and on weekends couldn't be much happier with the transcorr environment thanks to all the staff

Guys in shop were wonderful, but really no miles to survive on. I was asked to keep live loading and unloading International paper in Cayuga. IN with excessive detention time that was never paid with only 80 loaded miles. I would have stayed if they had paid by the hour a fair liveable wage for a local driver.

I leased a truck to transcorr for 8 yrs good company.

Cancelled load on me after my driver been stuck for 10 hours at the shipper, didn't pay anything and were extremely rude. They are liars.

I will explain in a timeline what happened with a load we pulled with Transcorr. On the way to deliver the load we had trailer electrical issue and a flat. I understand its our fault the load was delivered late. When I called Transcorr to make them aware they was upset and rightfully so to be. I asked what they wanted us to do about the delivery time. I was told by a rep that they would advise us when they heard from the receiver now when I called them it was 8 am est. I called back at 11 am same day and they told me that they have not heard from the reciver about a time and that the receiver was upset so just basically wait for Transcorr to call us back. At that point I just called and set it up myself and had the driver arrive when they opened to be fit in. He was unloaded at 810 am next day. About 930 a rep from Transcorr called and wanted to know if the driver was in route to deliver and I asked how would we know the appointment time to be there when I was told to wait for your call and now you are worried about the load. Well all I can is Transcorr is lucky we took it upon ourselves to make it happen.

I have been working here for a little over 2 months. You really couldn't ask for a better group of people to work for. I have never been turned away from anyone I have spoken with unless it was to get some one else to tale better care of the issue at hand at the time.
