Tranquility is my favorite spa in Westchester! I always feel so pampered, and when I'm in the mood to treat myself, the services are worth the money. I've tried other massages in the area and nothing even comes close to Tranquility. The relaxation lounge with snacks, teas, and magazines is warm and inviting (pre-Covid). The steam room is clean and comfortable. I could spend half a day there unwinding. Couples massages are a great experience as well. I would recommend buying a package when they are doing a sale (facial + massage + body treatment) to save some money.

I've been here other times and experienced the sweedish massages which Natasha in the past which was awesome. Today I booked a deep tissue massage & reflexology with David, he made my first deep tissue massage experience AMAZING!!!! I felt so relaxed walking out, can't wait to book again with David, very professional.

So happy to be able to get a massage after quarantine. Safety measures are in place. You wait in your car until your appt time. No shared locker rooms or spaces. Wear a mask when face up. Highly recommend

If you are looking for a calm and peaceful atmosphere with great massages, I highly recommend Tranquility Spa. I have been going here for the past 10 years and always enjoy a relaxing Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage. The parking situation is easy and accessible and the staff is always extremely friendly and professional. It has all of the amenities that you could ask for from a peaceful waiting room with hot tea, fruit infused water, cookies and dried fruit to a relaxing steam room. The steam room is a great bonus after a relaxing massage! With private showers, lockers, plush robes and personal care products, you really get the full spa experience. If you are looking for a professional, peaceful environment, Tranquility Spa is the place for you.

It seems like the owners of this place put a lot of thought into creating a very nice atmosphere and luxury feel. Reception staff and surroundings are just great and make you feel pampered and professional. But at the end of the day the massage has to deliver and this one was simply amateurish at best. I hate to mention a name but it's the only way you will filter out the professional from the amateur. Her name was Evalise and not sure if this was her first week or something. I encourage the owners to go and get a massage themselves from this one particular masseuse as quite frankly it was so below average, the only thing I could think about was hoping that this massage will end quickly. I went in for a deep tissue massage and even when I spoke to her and encouraged her constantly to go as hard as possible on my back and my neck. During the massage, again, I kept telling her to go harder but she kept petting me, which I hate! This was basically a modified Swedish massage and the girl had absolutely no feel or energy in her fingers where anything she did felt remotely good. It was rough it was unpolished and it lacked finesse completely. I truly hope the owners of get this corrected as this was the most unsatisfying massage I have ever had. Good luck.

I go to Tranquillity Spa to see Elsa 4-5 times a year for hydra facials, couple of days ago I got Laser Genesis treatment for anti-aging, and my skin feels and looks amazing, Elsa is the best esthetician in Westchester.

Max is amazing! The ambience is peacefull and the messuese even more so. A definite great spot to release some tension at least once a month. 5 minutes in the steam room after a great massage will have you feeling new again.

Use to be great..I ve been going to tranquility for years. There used to be a mature woman who is the best masseuse by far I ve ever experienced. I never had to tell this woman what was wrong she fell it out it was incredible. I regularly use massage for therapy. Have gotten massages around the world. She long retired and moved out the country but I continued to visit the spa. The masseuses are all pretty good and are very nice. Called to book for a couples massage for an hour and half was directed to visit the website. I ve alway booked over the phone and been helped by nice people before. Receptionist wouldn t take one minute to help me get booked. Guess they don t want my $400 dollars. If my receptionist were to treat a potential or existing clients like that I would get rid of em..It s a shame it was convenient. On to the next. I rarely have to write a negative review and usually don t. Still clear give your money to people who want it.
