PDP Couriers Ltd Review

got message from PDP "unable to deliver the parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery" Im in my living room waiting for that parcel... this how you business? shame on you PDP

the address is not correct TW137HF. I searched this location and we found it to deliver a package .

My experience is of one of their driver bad driving. My daughter and I were just out in bucksburn Aberdeen on our ponies. When the PDP van came up behind us. Instead of reading the hiviz sign on my back saying. Please slow down. As there was parked cars at one side of the road. We started trotting past to get to a space to allow the van past. But although I put up my hand to tell him to wait. He persisted to go past very close and fast. On passing he was pointing at his watch. Im sorry but when is loosing 2 seconds waiting more important riders safety. I do hope you can trace this idiot of a driver as he obviously need to educated on the

Terrible and very upsetting experience with DPD couriers, the delivery man lied, said he had delivered my parcel and also that I had signed for it. So I never had my goods or the money, I sorted it out finally after about 5 phone calls, and threatening to go to the Police, and the driver for dpd also forged my signature. I was in tears, I rang the Co Op where I purchased my goods from, Nathan who I spoke to said it was sorted, but we both think something very dodgy was going on with the two drivers,as they said I had had two parcels, both were TV's, I have ordered a new TV, but it won't be delivered by DPD Couriers for sure. I would like to get to the bottom of this, but after all the stress I went through today 2/5/16. I am really drained, can't you trust any one these days ??

Unfortunately PDP seem to trawl the bottom of the ocean to recruit their numbskull delivery drivers., with no social skills or any basic knowledge of how to assist when a parcel cannot be handed to the recipient direct.
Absolutely atrocious service, and certainly a company I would recommend to anyone.

I have not had a problem before today. Driver tried to make me sign for a parcel that was obviously empty. I opened it in front to show him, but he insisted I sign so i put the box on the step and shut the door. He continued to bang on the door only gave up when I refused to answer

beyond useless, they said a message, what to do if you are not in, i say deliver to a specific neighbour, i get a message saying they will deliver to that neighbour...then i get a message saying i wasnt in, and a photo of my front door...so wish this company would disappear
