Very bad company good at skimming sales stay away !!!!

Work as a publisher with Tradetracker for several years. Top company!

Falsely send invoices for services that have not been performed. Called four times with the response that they thought it was strange and idd probably was wrong they would immediately call back with a solution. You guessed it never called back. Also emailed four times (to multiple email addresses of their company) and no response to that either.
They can neatly send the reminders and defaults by email.

In short: worthless company that smells like scams

Staff do not take us seriously and do not respond or badly. Appointments are not fulfilled, e-mails are not responded to.

Internal communication does not seem to be in order either. Appointments are not passed on. Appointments that have been planned for months are canceled. And the list goes on.

We are done with it ...

Waste of money. We spend close to 1,000 on affiliate marketing with Trade Tracker. According to them, and based on comparable companies, they expected us to get between 17 (in a bad month) and 150 (in a good month) sales. In over half a year we had about 10 sales, representing total sales value of < 500 (not talking about profit). Special attention from our dedicated sales agent had no effect at all. A lot of promises, but no delivery. If you are an entrepeneur, please save yourself the money and don't hire Trade Tracker.

We have sent a newsletter with an Affiliate link in it. This link turned out not to work, in short, hundreds of visitors were forwarded but no leads. Apparently they don't do tests. Someone from Tradetracker would follow this up, but I don't hear anything. The other emails with Tradetracker went quickly and pleasantly, but this is a huge downer.

If you want to take the next step to another (better party) after years of cooperation, they will keep you to a strangulation contract. These best people don't allow you to do business with any of the affiliates affiliated with tradetrackers for 24 months.

Please choose another party and certainly not for Tradetracker. !! Be warned!!!!!!

Make promises they don't keep. They keep you on the line with all kinds of nice talk. None of the transactions were correct. Software works badly for which they also charge ridiculous amounts.
Administration is not sound. Commission is charged on own test purchases. They are inflexible and rigid.
Network of affiliates they work with is of a very low level. After having worked with them for a year, this has only cost money and caused annoyance.

Never again ..
not looking for a solution, but busy with filling their own affairs do not think long term.

As a customer had a very bad experience with Tradetracker. Please don't start. There are plenty of other parties who are doing the same and better. A worse customer relationship is not possible. One-way traffic, not thinking along and only collecting. Just because of the notice period you should not start! They trap you !!

Never do business with this company, they are too focused on making money. If you don't deliver that to them, they don't really care whether you earn something or not. In addition, the CEO is a rather special thinking person and staff turnover is bizarrely high.
