My mom has been resident at Forest Oaks of since 2014. Woopie Oeykanmi has been a great care giver and friend for my mom. We appreciate everything she does. She even printed and framed a picture I sent my mom from our vacation in Hawaii.

Checked my mom with alzheimers in today. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. My mom wasn't happen but hopefully settle in soon and maybe make new friends. My office is very close and I can visit frequently.
All of the staff are very helpful, they are very tolerant, they are extremely caring of thier charges. They also maintain a helpful and understanding of relatives concerns and make every effort to accomodate them.
The facility is clean and well maintained.
The meals are varied, appear well balanced and nutritious. The residences are offered a selection of entriees at the evening meal.
My mom loves it here and the workers take excellent care of her. Womi, Nicole & Danielle are amazing med techs that ensure my mom is taking her meds and are always comforting her when she begins to get anxious. Rachel , Jill, and Jahane are some aids that really take great care of my mom. They help her to the dining hall and ensure that she doesn t feel alone. They also help her with lots of day to day tasks that she struggles with. I thank you ladies tremendously for your hard work and dedication. My mom loves you and appreciates all that you do.
Ann Miller is a very caring and responsible medical technician. I never worry when my sister is in Ann's care. She always gives her medications on time. Ann is always there with a smile and makes sure all the residents in her care are comfortable and happy. She not only takes care of the meds she is involved in their total care. She gives showers and makes sure everyone knows when it's time to eat! My sister really likes & trusts her as I do! She listens to your concerns and resolves them as quickly as possible. When you leave after your visit you have no worries because Ann is there!
I would like to give a shout out to some of the employees at Forest Oaks (ALF) in Spring Hill. My mom is a resident (11 months) there. It took my husband and myself almost a year to decide as to what ALF would be best for her. I believe we picked the right facility for mom she is happy and well cared for thanks to the employees.
Linda is the first employees we see when entering the facility. They are both friendly, informative and helpful to us. Both ladies are helpful with mom changing her hearing aid batteries and giving hugs when mom is down.
Next, (Ann, Dani, Barbarina & Theresa) the caregivers that work on the ground making sure the residents have their meds, bathing, dressing, toiletry and helping with all the things we take for granted. But mom can t do anymore. I have witnessed their understanding and kindness towards mom.
Hilda thank you for making mom s b-day so special today. You volunteered to help make this day special for mom.
Finally, Linda, Ann, Dani, Barbarina, Hilda and the event coordinator (sorry can t remember your name). Thank you all for your compassion, dedication and expertise. Mom is happy and well cared for thanks to all of you.
Wume has been my go to person since my mother has been there. She is very caring to all the residents. Always has a ear for me when i have any concerns . Wish there was more stars for her !

lindsey knowles was very helpful i went to Wal-Mart and kmart and Ive been with out my phone since October they could not help me get my phone working but i asked lindsey to help me and she came right in to help me call Sprint and get my phone working again and more than once i has troubles with my phone and reaching out to my family and detectives but Lindsey fixed the problem each time
Antonice is on 3-11 shift as a med tech always fun and right there for everything, always makes sure im not in pain shes always willing to do anything, always makes sure im feeling well she is one of the best on 3-11 shift
Neeka works 7-3 and normally not on my hall besides one day on my hall but while shes here she makes sure everything is A1, makes sure i behave and feeling well
Also Wumi Moonan is a great staff always smiling.love the residents.she gives compasionate care.i love her
and i can't forget Dani Hawk, she does meds on B wing at times. She always has a smile on her face always jokes around with us, and her music always puts us in a good mood.
gail, miriam, and pam in the cafteria are so kind and if you dont like the main menu then they would offer you anything you may like, always bending their backs in the kitchen for us, its greatly appericated
Beware of this place ! Most of the staff are rude, uncaring, and only worried about the money. My parent is a current resident and has been moved multiple times and the special dietary needs are never met. The overnight shift doesnt even have the capability to take sugar readings to ensure patient health. My parent has been sent to the hospital multiple times for UTI, falls, sugars, and cough/congestion. Lindsey, Mona, Steve, and Liberty treat my parent wonderfully, but some, specifically Audrey are so rude and uncaring its just sad to think that they treat patients that way.
My wife is a resident at forest oaks and has been for years and the staff is amazing from aids to housekeeping and maintenance but one person for years now has gone out of her way to make sure my wife is ok daily Amanda she is the housekeeper on bwing and a great one at that her boss Arthur is a terrific man who is always on the go I highly recommend this facility great staff great care
Forest oaks assisted living facility is hands down one of the best facilities in Spring Hill, they have the most kind, caring, compassionate resident care assistants. They make sure all needs are met to the best of their abilities and to make sure everyone feels at home. I really want to give a shout out to second shift and Wumi Moonan who s always putting in 110% to providing care and the quality of life to the residents. I can t thank you all enough for what you do.
Changes rules every week, always allowed to bring my grandmothers dog but it s supposedly a state law that you can t. While seeing another dog there...

My good friend and neighbor Daniel has been at this facility for almost 3 years, the entire staff goes far and beyond the in the cafeteria * Diane Bliss * Miriam Negron-Carti and * Beth Davis always make sure the residents are getting their meals and help with cutting food, they are awesome, etc. In B-wing where Dan is * Antonice Smith is amazing she has gone as far as when he was in the hospital to call me to check on him She cares. Can't say out of site out of mind for her to call & text me to ask how he was doing. Also * Ann Miller has been very caring and also on several occasions has called me with concerns for Dan. * Dani Hawk also works the B-wing section and is always so happy I love her music makes the residents happy too. * Linda Steel the receptionist does a great job and is always so willing to help residents and visiting family members. As I stated in the beginning the entire faculty is great I would highly recommend this facility.
Wanted to give a big thank you to Ann for the help you gave me when the hospital wanted to dump my mother in a taxi. I had no idea where she was and you got on the talkie walkie to alert all the staff of the problem . You are always very kind to my family and all the residents . Thank You.
Wonderful experience with the staff at forest Oaks! The housekeeper (Amanda) went out of her way for my mom, and the aids were very compassionate and helpful. The entire staff were very professional and caring. Giving a shoutout to these special people that helped my mom in their own special way. Thank you Lee , Mona and Art. Also Debbie, Kelly and the night crew of aids that were so wonderful the night mom passed. The Ward family is forever grateful to you all.

As a Home Health Nurse I have been coming to Forest Oaks for over 14 yrs now , the staff has always been warm and caring to their residents . Mona is honest and compassionate with the families and their loved ones that come tour , Forest Oaks feels like home to me !! Siobhan has done an amazing job organizing family drive by parades thru the parking lot for families to see their loved ones and other activities for the residents ! The entire staff have gone above and beyond to keep their community Covid 19 -free! My grandkids love to attend the activities that were open to the public before covid !!
Over the years I have encountered many long term care facilities and I must say that the staff at Forest Oaks genuinely cares and loves their residents. I know that it is difficult for the residents and families during the pandemic but the staff does everything they can to keep the families updated on their loved ones.
I love this facility.. it is so nice to see some workers smiling and helpin the residents... i love barbarita she is very loving an good to my great aunt raphaela she is a very motivated an hard working person.

Use to work for this place. A place to call home I miss my family from there. Wumi is the best, she literally cares about every resident like they are her own blood. I highly recommend either working for this place or even taking your loved one on a visit.

My dad became a resident two weeks ago. To say I was apprehensive is an understatement. My dad has lived on his own for the past 20 plus years since my step mom passed and got very set in his ways. But since being at Forest Oaks I ve seen a complete 180 out of him. Mona was great getting him in and the staff has been outstanding.
Lindsey takes great care of the residents. She shows sincerity and that she truly cares about them and you can tell every resident loves her. She is a natural and a great caregiver and asset to the facility!
My mother was a resident there before she died and my family found the staff very kind, caring and accommodating. Mom was suffering from Alzheimer (believe me it is suffering) and Lindsey and Nicca took especially good care of her. They were willing to let her "assist" them with chores and stay in their areas where she felt comfortable. Leigh Dingle (director) and Mona Herreid (community relations) would take time out of their days to let her sit with them and visit and they always had time to listen to concerns from my family.
Forest Oaks Assisted Living is like home. The staff is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and helpful. They treat residents just like family.

Art Chatraw is an excellent asset to your manager team at Forest Oaks! As maintenance manager he is there to help in a moments notice when something needs to be fixed or repaired. He keeps your facility in tip ,top shape! Art is so helpful & caring to the residents and to my sister who resides there .He's always ready to lend them a helping hand, make them smile and laugh with a joke or two or a funny story. He is a fixer and gets things done and you have no worries when Art is in charge!
Forest oaks is a kind an friendly facility. My uncle is lives there and Barbarita Velazquez takes good care of him. Being he only speaks Spanish she translates for him so he can get the help he needs. I recommend this place to anyone
