Hello Everyone if your interested in this Company I repeat do not work there they are races and they are trying get all the Black people out of there and they we work you any kind of hours and then when you call off because you sick or dying in hospital they point system is crazy. This Company is going down they have some many people Quit or they Just firing people. They fired me saying that I had 4points and I clock in and today they waited until 5pm to fired me saying I am pass at 4points

I work at trade global. I work for Mike in limited picking and I think that Mike is a good manager that just want the work done and not a lot of bullshit. Because I had a situation there and he was very fair. Mike just don't smile a lot and I don't blame him because he is there to be our boss not our friend. I enjoy working for Mike.

I like working with the people...I don't like we went to a bi weekly pay period ...the point system sucks needs to be changed and flexible . Otherwise it's a good place to get your skills and experience..I want to try other things like email or chat or help line but it seems like you have to be best friends with the manager who decides to let you try it...with my supervisor and manager experience I more than capable of handling it... otherwise I happy to be working here

This company has changed ownership 3 times in 3 years. They have lost 27 million and don't care to change. They will fire anyone for speaking up about broken rules. As a lead, I recommend ANYWHERE else. Joe pitman, Percy G are liars and will break rules left and right to protect themselves. They will give write ups to anyone they don't like and withhold write ups to those they do for the same violation. If you like being looked as disposable, this is your place. If you want more, keep searching.

Run before you start!! Low wages, poor benefits, no time off. Management unskilled, unknowledged. Horrible place to work for. No respect for others. You have to be in click or you are gone. Treated like a caged animal

My husband worked for trade global approximately a month ago and they shorted him 20 hours, he still hasn't received his money, it's days before Christmas and they are doing nothing about it. He worked through an agency and all they tell him is that they are waiting on the payroll department to verify his hours but it's been weeks, bad business.

My paycheck didn't post to my card. Had my manger contact payroll they gave me a paper check. I didn't think it be so easy to fix the mistake on my banks behave. But It was handled without me fighting with American Express for another 3 hours. They took care of me. Most companies will not do that. Great place so far love it.

Trade Global is is running a fulfillment center for large consumer brands with a suspect pattern of denying legitimate consumer returns. Hugo Boss is a good company but their online website is out-sourced to a fulfillment company called Trade Global in Cincinnati, Ohio who runs a shady operation. This company is helping their clients rip off customers. I bought a pair of shoes from Hugo Boss Online that were never worn. Instead of a sales person or employee of Hugo Boss processing my return it was outsourced to Trade Global at 5389 E Provident Dr, Cincinnati, Ohio. There a person scribbled a nonsensical message saying "there was dirt on the down side of the shoes and wrinkles in the leather". The shoes were never worn and in pristine condition. I called customer service which lied and said they were Hugo Boss corporate, there another person named Latisha who was a Supervisor confirmed that I was speaking with Hugo Boss Corporate and not an outsourced customer service center, she gave me a well practiced run around. I am filing a complaint with my Attorney General in NY and in Ohio. Companies like this should not be able to post a return policy they knowingly do not honor. Look online at Trust Pilot and Hugo Boss you will see hundreds of these complaints. As well as from other brands TradeGlobal handles returns for. Dave Cook CEO of Trade Global should be ashamed of himself. It appears this company has a system in place to intentionally deny legitimate customer returns in order to fulfill quotas for the companies he sells his services to. Worked at Trade Global as an in-between job for a quick pay check. The pay is good for how easy the work is but the company does not care about its employees at all, which is to be expected at a monolith warehouse like this.

If you work here for a staffing agency be prepared for a lot of hoops to jump through. Our orientation supervisor was 45 mins late on my first day. They said 5 times during the meeting that if you sign the clock in sheet you will be paid. 5 times. I sign the clock in sheet everyday and come to find out that they had not been reporting my hours. I actually got a call from my staffing agency asking if I had shown up to work, while i was there..... at work

It's now been 5 days since I was supposed to receive my paycheck and there is still nothing in my bank account. Note this had nothing to do with my staffing agency, they say this happens all the time. Trade Global is horribly managed obviously

If you are desperate this might be for you, just don't expect to get paid on time. Go find a job at a place that cares about its people.

The job itself isn't bad, sit down take phone calls, get a paycheck. but the environment was toxic. The supervisors play favorites, I was there for 2 years and never once got a raise. I did get to work from home for a year a half which was better because I didn't have to go "in house" and deal with all the drama. But it started to implode on itself after a while and the management tried to hide it from us for a long time. I feel like this jobs is definitely better for a short term solution IF you desperately need something. Because once you've been there for a while it seems like they do everything they can to push you out, just like they did with our Quality Control girl, trainer, assistant trainer, supervisors, and other employees.

They don t care about employees! They play with your money!

Jail. Management is very unorganized, they don't care about the employees lives outside of the company. They will change your schedule up to 4 times in a matter of 3 days. So be ready to kiss your social life goodbye. You cant talk or they fire you. Just a piece of advice. Don't do that to yourself.

This company will let you work a full day then call you after you get off, to tell you they eliminated certain times so don't come in. Shiesty work practices for slave work.

The fact is that there's mandatory overtime and noone tells you. The fact that I wasn't told I couldn't have my phone there. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Work my butt off for this place on time every day never miss a day but still get dismissed

This company unreliable and don't give a damn about people. Don't go to this company!

I worked for Trade Global, in the warehouse for about 8 to 9 months and it wasn't bad I liked the people I worked with all the Supervisors I got along with.... The pay could be a little better and need an upgrade on the break room and need a climate control building, cause it can get really hot in those buildings in the summer.

Horrible company to work for. Do yourself a favor and find something better. You cant have jackets on or anything, nor can you have your phone which is fine but they do not provide enough lockers for the employees to be able to store their stuff. They never tell you when you will be FORCED to work overtime, it's literally last minute usually right before its time to go home. They are constantly promising things and never actually sticking to their promises. They literally cant keep any of their employees because they fire them over ridiculous reasons or the employees quit because this company is a joke. Their point system is beyond ridiculous and even if you provide a doctors note you still get pointed. If you are even 2 minutes late they point you, even if its their fault. (only one security guard at times, one clock in clock working at times, NO PARKING)
Majority of the time my pay was screwed up and took numberous times of me bringing it to HR's attention before the issue was actually fixed. They don't always pay you for PTO days even though you put in to use it. Some of their supervisors are cussing out and degrading the employees which is well known by the higher ups but no-one does anything they just allow it.
Just all around horrible company with terrible pay for the way they treat their employees. Place is dirty and filled with bugs and roaches. I left every day with a new rash from this dirty place.
