Worked at Trade Global as an in-between job for a quick pay check. The pay is good for how easy the work is but the company does not care about its employees at all, which is to be expected at a monolith warehouse like this. If you work here for a staffing agency be prepared for a lot of hoops to jump through. Our orientation supervisor was 45 mins late on my first day. They said 5 times during the meeting that if you sign the clock in sheet you will be paid. 5 times. I sign the clock in sheet everyday and come to find out that they had not been reporting my hours. I actually got a call from my staffing agency asking if I had shown up to work, while i was there..... at work It's now been 5 days since I was supposed to receive my paycheck and there is still nothing in my bank account. Note this had nothing to do with my staffing agency, they say this happens all the time. Trade Global is horribly managed obviously If you are desperate this might be for you, just don't expect to get paid on time. Go find a job at a place that cares about its people.
