Track 21 Review

Really stupid policy claiming you have to be at least 16 and have proof of ID to ride the larger karts. Refused to let a 6'2" 14yr old ride in the larger karts and said he could only ride in the kiddy kart which he couldn't even fit in. Btw we were the only ones there on top of it....

My experience was terrible...when I first walked in they was using profanity over the walky talky then I get to the lady at the front with a terrible attitude ...I m 18 years old with a parent and didn t have my ID and she made me ride in the kitty area it s not air conditioning and it s a really bad odor the lady was very rude and disrespectful and I wouldn t recommend bringing your kids or friends here .

The staff there doesn t know anything racing they make everyone come to a complete stop if a minor crash occurs, they should only slow down the section of the track that people are around the crash. (Happened 6 times)
this affects everyone s lap times they have a bad attitude towards their customers they are very rude when you question them

Gas powered, but also gas powered. It's great for what it has, also not so great for what it has. Generate your own opinion, I had fun there.

Parking is amazing!
The cars are extremely fast!
The laser tag arena is 8,000 sq. ft. (most of the excitement is upstairs when playing against little kids)
I would recommend their Groupon. Racing prices are pricey in my opinion. $18 for 10 minutes.
There is only 1 soda machine, be mindful if it's packed.

I went with a few friends on Saturday mid-day and found it to be pretty empty. We did 2 races and we all really enjoyed it. Wish it was a little cheaper but I'll definitely be going back!

This is a really fun place to go! There are only 4 attractions but it's still awesome! Pricing isn't bad. The majority of the employees are pretty nice.

As their name suggests there is Karting, Lazer-Tag, a small arcade and miniature golf.

The pricing isn't too bad for each event or feature, but can add up if you're not careful.

The newer karts they have don't seem to slide as much as their old ones, but still a fun ride.

The 9 hole mini golf could use a little more variety, but wasn't bad.

The Lazer tag is definitely a blast, the arena seems huge!

No complaints here. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely come here in the future.

Trash customer service. Run by arrogant assholes. I won't be back.

The new karts are super fun! Every kart was a fast kart. Thanks to Austin & his team for the great service & welcoming environment for me & my friends!!

I was surprised to learn they have next to nothing in their snack bar. The management refused to allow me to order a pizza and have it delivered. I had 5 hungry boys with me, wound up having to leave early to get them some dinner. Very inconvenient!

Went there yesterday with my son, I have to say first off the place is really clean. I was watching the workers almost none stop cleaning tables, sweeping, etc.. The employees were very polite not once was my questions not answered, they put safety first. While driving the go karts all employees were watching to insure no one would be injured and if there was a issue they would explain to the children how to handle the car. I highly recommend this place, we will be returning regularly.

Horrible management n customer service . Child could not ride cause im the aunt n not the mother. .. management does not know definition of guardianship. I drove 45 minutes for bullshit

Me and my dad were suppose to be having a good day, I'm only 12 and 5'5!!
They put me in the kids carts and I don't fit! I mean it is a kid seat for like a 10 yr old!! And they would not let me in the adult cart, they ruined my day.

It s to high like 90.00 just to race for 10 mins
And everything is just to high

So far only done the mini golf with the family and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Next is going to be the go-karts and laser tag

I have very mixed views of this place. On the one hand, the go-karting was exceptional and that the machines were well-maintained and the course was fun. On the other hand, the arcade section, the laser tag, and the other amenities were run down and not particularly inexpensive. My laser tag him didn't work, and this is after we waited nearly 45 minutes to have our session. So, go for the go-karting but nothing else.

Wish they would group people with faster times together because once you re comfortable there is a higher risk to wreck with those who aren t but besides that, I love this place. Monday nights with membership makes this such an affordable hobby. Going on the night where the big track is open is super fun. Needs to fix the ac quickly though because it gets so heated in there with a bunch of heated engines.

Okay, I debated 3 and 4 stars, 4 it is. We got a package bundle from Groupon and saved a good amount of money! The track was fun gokarts are fast, they record your laps and give you a handout when you're done. The laser tag was a blast (don't wear a white shirt like I did:-/ or bright colored) but you'll see in my photos the arcade needs some TLC! To many games not working, and the air hockey just took our money and never started up. The mini golf area should just be shut down, or renovated. But if you're going for the track (like I assume you are) it's worth it. It would be better for the business to build their own building or rent a building, rather than using an old shopping center store. If you plan on making a trip my advise is use a Groupon deal, and don't go too late where there is potential for longer waits. Other than that, race on!

I never drove a very intense kart in my life. It's very awesome and the only thing that bothered me is the price but each extra race is half off. Gonna ride next time. :3

However we re having fun w/ our 2y/o child in the mini golf.. then as we went to wait for our turn to ride the go kart someone used our names w/o out ticket. So it s a no for me. Seems fraud for business wise. Tickets when purchase should be showed before enter any event.

If you want to pay 20 dollars to drive a cart fast that was made to go fast but put almost shakes you off the course because and I quote "the tires are new and they all do that" then come on down. I tell you what I'll add in a manager that not only doesnt believe you when you explain the issue but will let you know its probably because you are doing something wrong. I have been going to this place for years. I've been taking my kids there for years. I haven't gotten the chance to go in some time but finally I got some time and me and the kids wanted to re-live some good past experiences but the level of excuses that I get now and the utter disappointment of those cars I am going to have a hard time just looking at the place.

Kids really enjoyed themselves! My toddlers had a blast and everyone was really friendly. We will be back

Great Place to hang out with friends and race!! They have an adult track and it's very competitive! Staff was friendly and very supportive! These are real go karts and they are fast! Its about $20 a race on the weekend and each race is 10 min long very nice track with some tight turns! I will be going back with my group of buddy's again we had a good time!

Passed this place for years and finally checked it out. It was a lot of fun.

This is a fun place to check out! We come at least once a year for birthday parties with the kids. But get a group of adults in here, man hold up!! Such a blast!

Their karts & indoor tracks are the best in Houston, in my opinion. Awesome laser tag experience, and had a fun time with Mini-Golf. The Triple pack is great value!

Karts are super fast, tracks are awesome. I think Karts are fastest in Houston. I definitely recommend this place for young kids and adults, a lot of fun.

My family and I did mini golf. It was ok, the course is somewhat small and looks dated. It was only $5 per person so you get what you pay for.

Best place in Houston if you re looking for indoor fun. Karts are fast, and laser tag arena is huuuuge. Love love love it here.

This place was probably great when it was new. We bought the 3 event pass. The go carts were fast and the track was nice, but it was very hot in the track room and the go carts have not been maintained/replaced as needed. The steering is very bad on some of them. Four of us played Lazer tag and it was fun, but one of our guns did not work so a major let down. Mini golf was fine, but angles etc....we're not perfect making it more luck than skill. Employees must be used to complaints because they just blow them off and do not attempt to make it right.

Fun although it looks a bit old-fashioned decoration in general

The only problem we had while having my daughter's birthday party was that it took 30-45 minutes each time we bought tickets. They didn't seem that busy or crowded but there was only one register open and the staff was standing around doing nothing. I had a group of ten kids and what we thought would be a 2 hour party of laser tag and karts turned into over three hours with only three quick games of laser tag and two 10 minute races on the Indy karts. The rest of the time the kids were just sitting waiting for me to purchase tickets. Some of the kids had to leave after two hours so they didn't even get to ride the go karts. It was completely ridiculous. I rate a two star because the laser tag was fun and the go karts were fast, but their business process to move people along is awful.

Would not recommend AT ALL. The customer service was awful and when I asked to talk to the manager, the manager proceeded to yell at me and my group. Do not use Groupon because according to the staff, Groupon is not valid and they will NOT accept your tickets. We were lied to from the start and the staff did not have a care in the world about their customers. The wait to actually race was about 2 hours, so we were told to come back at 6 for our race time. We came back at 6 and were told our race heat already went and we could not get a refund for it. Again, this was not our fault at all and the staff did not care to help us. Thankfully, we paid for 2 races, so we were able to still do our last race. When our heat was called, the staff member who was getting us ready for our race had attitude and did not explain anything to us. When asked for a smaller helmet, she said "NO" and walked away. During our race, 3 staff members raced with us and proceeded to hit us from behind and cause 2 of us to spin out. We were told to slow down and get out of the way of the staff member, which does not make sense since we are the ones paying for the race. I will never be returning again and urge all of you to save your money and go somewhere else. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Bought a Groupon. Tried and called for reservation per Groupon and no one answer phone for almost 5 hours after being opened. After they answered the phone I couldn't make a reservation. Waste of time totally. Never made it there because no one answered phone or email. Got a full refund from Groupon. A week later manager still never contacted me or answered email. Poor business skills on GMs part. Stay away

It was terrible. Mini golf only has 9 holes, which they don't tell you, and there was no rhyme or reason. We went through the holes in order only to be skipped by numerous/groups. Would give zero stars if I coukd.

Workers are young and like most young people these days lack basic manners and respect when dealing with people. Need train your staff on the importance of great customer service. Showing up to work doesnt count! Smile, be helpful, BE NICE!

Super fun place for dates and families to go out o. Creative mini golf course that will make you smile. They have snacks and drinks! You can bring your drinks into the course too.

Both the go karts and laser tag are pretty great! Staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. They have made some considerable upgrades to the facilities over the past few years.

Been there before & had fun except for this last time I was there with my kids and a nephew. Adult and kids "waiver forms" are a hassle to start with. Their staff needs training on how to take care of a customer. Young & Rude behavior from the manager and the employees at my last visit.

This place is super expensive but it's worth it! I have a blast everytime

Lots of fun! Good training for inexperienced drivers. And really fast go karts. Not a place for little kids tho...

was attending a party here and the laser tag host the Hispanic guy with glasses and long hair was getting frustrated at the children's questions little did he know most of the kids there were special needs!

Track 21 is a great place to really let your Mario Kart speed demon out. The instructors may be young, but they seem to know there stuff and if you inquire about some tips to help you in a race they are not afraid to advise you. I have gone several times and I will continue to do so! Keep an eye out for their Groupon deals too, they are a steal!

My family loves laser tag! Although the small setting I'm sure is going to get old quick. Then we'll find a bigger venue, but this place will do for now.
