The only problem we had while having my daughter's...

The only problem we had while having my daughter's birthday party was that it took 30-45 minutes each time we bought tickets. They didn't seem that busy or crowded but there was only one register open and the staff was standing around doing nothing. I had a group of ten kids and what we thought would be a 2 hour party of laser tag and karts turned into over three hours with only three quick games of laser tag and two 10 minute races on the Indy karts. The rest of the time the kids were just sitting waiting for me to purchase tickets. Some of the kids had to leave after two hours so they didn't even get to ride the go karts. It was completely ridiculous. I rate a two star because the laser tag was fun and the go karts were fast, but their business process to move people along is awful.
