Track 21 Review

First time we went there, it was fine. Went this last Saturday with my brother's kids and mine and the kids track was reserved from 11:45 until 8:45 pm. We showed up a 1:00 pm and nobody was racing. The kids couldn't race on the adult track so we went to K1 Racing and the kids had a blast. Didn't spend a penny at 21. Don't know how you can reserve a track for 9 hrs, have your potential customers see nobody racing and expect them to come back. The kids were very disappointed after the long car rides from Austin and College Station but K1 saved the day.

Very fun. Fast karts, fun black light mini golf. Ranked races also on the adult track.

Took my. son there with his friends they had a great time it was fairly organized and for a nice price you can do all of the things whether it's a mini golf glow-in-the-dark the track or laser tag you should try it

Great mini golf course... Had to wait to play air hockey as the 2nd machine was out of order. Other than that

I'm 27 yo and about 200lbs, the karts are pretty fast as long as you aren't trying to accelerate from a stand still. I went on a Friday night about 9pm and the wait was about an hour and a half. The races are every 15-20 minutes. The laser tag isn't great, but it's good to kill some time while you're waiting to race. I think the cost to race is a bit steep, you can find groupons fairly often. My nephew came along and he had no one to race with in his group so they combined his group with another so that he would have others to race with. A friend of mine brought his GFs little sister who was 17 an they wouldn't allow her to race without her parents consent, the 29 yo sister's consent isn't enough, it needs to be the parent.

Overall, it was a blast. The track was had quite a few turns and some good straights to get going. It was fun for someone my age and my nephew who was 8 yo. Just make sure the head sock is on well. His slide over his face while he was racing, making it difficult for him to see.

It's really depends on how new your kart will be... My first was the worth possible old and had issues with steering, my second was new and great and I bit everyone in my group on lap time.

Had fun!! $65 Groupon deal for 4 people that included laser tag, mini golf & go cart racing. Some of the carts are in better shape than others. No power steering so be prepared to hold on tight and work your triceps :) We went on a Saturday so ended up with some little ones in the laser tag (still fun, just had to play more gently ) but they group only adults together on the track, so that was no holds barred! Also, deal came with a refillable drink. Fun day

Kids loved it, I wish it was a little less pricey though!

I feel like a kid when i come here. Came for a 35 year old friend's birthday lol. We did the mini golf, go carts, and shooting. Fun fun. Remember to check groupon before you go. They almost always have a deal on there. Save a few bucks for drinks afterwards

best indoor karts in town, track is technical and flowing, layout is challenging for everyone. place is clean and has been updated recently to look fantastic. dont waste your time going to other places!

The place is great for family and kids. Both the laser tag and go karts are fun and well maintained. The staff is fun and professional but the waiver process online does not always work, so plan ahead.

All three attractions at this place are pretty good. The mini golf is standard, good enough if you get the triple deal. The laser tag is fun since the guns and suits are really responsive. You get some detailed info of how you did too printed out right after (hit percentage, times zapped, times zapped others). Finally, the main attraction. The F1 track is a good course with plenty of turns and chances to pass. The carts are fast, potentially reaching their advertised speeds of 45mph. Would come back here again.

Indoor track is pretty cool..carts are quick but get kinda bouncy at full throttle..not a smooth ride at all. Also it is super hot out on the track. You will be covered in sweat. The game room is a joke. Half the games didn't work. I'd only go back to ride the carts..even though it was super hot an the carts weren't that good. I had alot of fun.

Good for kids over 8 years old and adults. Lot of fun.

No one answers the phone called for 2 days multiple times no answer. Giving them two stars because they only responded when I sent them a message through google.

The staff was very friendly when accommodating my son with autism. My family had a blast and we will come back again. Great place to beat the summer heat and stay cool. Thank you Alex (Laser Tag), Renee (Front Desk), and Julian (Go Karts).

Fun place to visit with the family, but a bit pricey. Go-karts move quick, have so-so cornering, though the track is refereed well. Two tracks, one for adults and a smaller track for kids. Laser tag is fun, huge two level complex that allows you to move about with lots of cover. Mini-Golf wasn t the greatest, and the Groupon rules get to be a pain. Small offering of snack food and drinks as well.

Very fun! Played laser tag for hours and had a blast! Staff were very knowledgeable.

Track 21 hosted our birthday party. All was managed well and the kids had blast! This was our second birthday at this location.

We had sooo much fun here! The laser tag is huge, biggest I have seen. Miniature golf was to congested should be bigger. But the go carts was great! Seem like the riding time was long which I Iiked. The only thing is with your Groupon they put times you can use it. Not in evening cause its there big money time!

Good experience. Their laser tag field is awesome. The go-carts were ok, a little too wobbly for me.

I loved this place because it is a great place to hangout with friends and have and to have a birthday party.

If you want to have fun DO NOT GO THERE!!! Employees ride at the same time with you, of course they get "special treatment and you need to let them pass otherwise they will hit you from behind, they do not care if it's men or women. So if you want to have fun this is not the place, go somewhere else or you will end up very stressed!!!

Very cool. High speed go carts. The games need some updating, , a few did not work properly. But every thing else was fine.

If they say humidity they mean the track is wet. What a joke. $100.00 later and you can't even make it around the track without spinning out. Waited forever to hear sorry about your luck.

This place is truly incredible. Go carts are the best around. Lazer tag was great as well. Fun for the whole family. A little on the pricey side.

The place looks ghetto from the outside but actually really nice inside. Fair pricing and fun!

What a great place! Very organized process and safe. The adult carts are super fast and easy to drive and the kids carts are regulated to be safe but still fun and competitive. Its nice to have adult entertainment as well kids which makes going here easy decision. Laser tag was really cool too.

Best kart track in Houston hands down, the karts are extremely fast, and the track is very technical. They have a kids track with detuned versions of the karts for the kids, My 11 year old and 8 year old sons love this place and always have a great time. I have been going here for years and this the one of the most fun kart tracks I have ever been to. I have to say that this is very pricey and on almost every occasion it is very overcrowded, but still worth every penny. They have a pretty good Laser Tag arena and mini-golf for the kids. Once a month they combine the tracks into a monster combined track that has an epic straight away and even more turns to master. They have group packages for parties and corporate events.

Great fun for an adult outing. It was on the weekend so a lot of children were there

I liked this place , I used groupon and got a great deal of mini golf, laser tag and go kart racing for about 60 bucks. The entire family enjoyed it.

I had a lot of fun coming to Track 21, but much of the gear I was given for the different stations (go-karting, laser tag) was malfunctioning. My laser gun simply would not emit light which made it impossible to shoot, and I had many complications with my go-kart. The friends I was with also experienced similar difficulties, so I know for sure I wasn't just imagining it. An overall very fun place, but some of the fun was diminished by technicalities.

It is a great place to use for team building exercises. Besides, I have loved go-carts since I was young.

I took my nephew today for a 60 minute game. We had a blast. It was just under $50 for the 2 of us for the hour, but it was worth it. The people was friendly. I would definitely go back again.

Never again!!! First and last time here. Kids were not told to behave my either parents nor staff. Groupon was the only reason why I came.

As far as go karting, this place is awesome and the prices are not bad. I haven t tried other activities over there so I can t really say anything about them. Nice and professional staff.

Absolutely loved this place. All the staff was friendly, the race track was a pretty good size as was the laser tag arena (which was 2 stories). The mini golf area was a bit too small for my taste, though. I'm used to large courses. But to be fair, this was only 9 holes and my first indoor course. I've only ever played on larger, outdoor courses. The only issue I had was with timing. They didn't give us much room to breathe between our laser tag and go kart session. They were calling our group right as the laser tag session was ending. They had to give us a second warning because of how much time it took us to get out of the laser tag arena, put our gear up and get our scores. Luckily, the lady was nice and forgiving when we explained why we were late. But still, kind of embarrassing having your named called over the intercom for being late when it's not your fault. But overall, still had a great time and will be returning again. The Groupon deal made it even better!

Best go karts & indoor tracks in Houston bar none! Triple play pack is amazing value!!

Not impressed. Appeared to be mismanaged. Mini Golf was a free for all, no organization at all. Arcade was hardly that. Wont be back.

This place belongs in the area it's in. The business looks like it's close to the edge of shutting down. The laser tag gets my kuddos. The arcade is a black hole in the wall with most of the games that didnt work. We try'd to get change and the change maker didnt work. There birthday party rooms are upstairs in the attic. You go up stairs back to the 80's. This place ONLY has single rider go carts. Their employees were not so greeting or welcoming. I asked where to purchase the attraction tickets, she told me, same place you purchase everything else. I will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Waited in line 25 mins..girls at desk were super slow..then other girl let people cut infront of us..finaly after paying had wait another 30 mins. For my son to ride..then they say no this kid is foing all by himself..so we had to wait even longer..what a joke! We wont be back!! Better let my 2 boys drive the karts alone then too!?!

Not enough workers, it stinks, takes forever to do anything. Won't be going back.

He has a good time but not all karts have the same grip, change the experience when one can go very fast and with other skids easily and at lower speeds.

the manager was trying to be very rude and when i got big and mad and in his face he was very quiet tbh he almost got slapped and pieced up but i will never go back their not worth my time nor wont be getting my money

If you are looking for a place to play putt putt golf, look somewhere else. (Although I am not sure where.)

I honestly like this place even though go karting isn't my thing, there are many other things to do. I remember my friends birthday party was here and we had a blast. the prices are not bad and employee/staff weren't bad as well. I truly love their laser-tag and arcade games. the reason why i don't like go karting is because i literally touch the wall on a turn and they count that as a strike (there very strict in terms of disqualification like no bumping walls or other drivers and they give you three strikes and then make you get out of your kart). Overall not a bad place to have fun.

The staff was friendly and they're very conscientious of safety. Not a bad price for the track...after 10 minutes of steering these karts, you probably won't be able to do a 2nd round; your arms and hands will be sore and stiff! Kids under 16 have to ride a smaller and slower track, so don't expect everyone to be able to race together on the big track. Lazer tag and mini golf was fun too. Only suggestion is to have someone clean the restrooms more often.
