Awful company, told me they could possibly get me exam invigilation phoned up a month later to discuss this and they couldn't see the experience written on my cv despite the fact that we'd had a meeting and discussed a month earlier how I had that experience! They wasted my time getting my docs ready for work and they wasted the time of my references. They told me to volunteer to get more admin experience, they should live in the real world people need to earn money and I do lots of volunteering already. I've decided 1) never to use them again and 2) never to apply to admin agencies.

TPP were really helpful and efficient in sending me opportunities weekly and supporting me through the application/ interview process.. They were always open and available to answer any questions, responding quickly and in a caring friendly manner. I secured a job within 2-3 weeks of my first interview meeting with TPP and Penny and the team were fantastic in being of support throughout the process. The congratulation chocolates were a lovely surprise also and helped me make a good first impression on my first day! I'll definitely be using TPP in the future when looking for temp/permanent work.

They always gave me good roles to work on and I have worked with them for the past 3 years. Great agency with great people who are passionate about what they do.

You do need to chase them up a bit but that's only normal as they get busy during certain periods, but then again if you really want a job you need to be proactive and chase up! Some of these comments here are unfair and are certainly from people that don't put effort in.

I worked in a few roles with TPP (perm and temp) and also as a recruiter, they always offer strong candidates for the roles I recruited for. I recommend this agency 110% on both the recruiter and job seeker side.

Have recently engaged with the team at TTP for PM roles. Two weeks later have now secured an excellent role in London. Professional recruitment, communication and responsive service.

Really disappointing. Keep sending unsuitable roles and details of the same roles over and over again, even though I had to physically go in and speak to them in detail about what I was looking for. If I applied or sent emails, I wasn't responded to.

Experience with Michael Page and Harris Hill was much better.

TPP are one of the best recruitment companies I have registered with. Angela was very personable, responsive and kept me updated throughout the application process. The tips on interview prep were great and general feedback was very honest and genuine. I would definitely recommend them!

They send you emails asking which role you are interested in and after telling them,they ask for references but even after you give them that & everything they need..they still wont give you any work or help you.Its always "that role is taken" or "still waiting for the client to get back to us".Not great,seems like a scam if im being honest.REALLY bad experience,i wouldn't waste my time on them.

Hannah at TPP has been absolutely amazing. On the interview she called me to do interview perp, then a week before my start date she made sure that I felt okay about starting the job and on my first week she was in regular contact with me. I can not fault the help and support that has been given by Hannah throughout the whole recuritment process.

Life-changing guidance from my friends at TPP.

I was wallowing in the turmoil of not being able to find a suitable role and found myself lost in a terrifying sea that is the job market.

That was until I came across TPP recruitment. Called in to register by Toby Roberts of marketing and communications was the turning point of my professional life. Extensive and extremely useful feedback on how to tailor my CV for specific roles was followed up by the assuring hand of Kate Maunder and a mere three days later the delightful Sarah Maloney hooked me up with a pivotal role at the Medical Defence Union.

Following my company going into administration, I was approached by a few recruiters before I came across a senior level role being sourced by TPP. The recruiter, Alex Gittins, was absolutely professional in his approach. He went through each step of the recruitment process with me, providing support and guidance. Most frustrating recruitment agency ever. Seems as though they are busy with lots of roles coming in, send numerous email job alerts to which I continually responded to however they never helped me get any work whatsoever. Seem to rely on an automated sifting system to highlight candidates to new jobs, say that they will put you forward but never ever hear anything back. Absolute waste of time. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I have had a positive experience with TPP. I first registered with the agency last year and shortly after Gayleen secured me a temporary full time position. I would highly recommend Gayleen to anyone looking for temporary work - she is very efficient and easy to connect with. Thereafter, I successfully secured a 1 year fixed term role and I couldn't recommend Danielle Tramontin enough. I think on the temp side Penny is absolutely amazing. I think there is a lack of efficiency on the permeant side. I find Chloe Hill very difficult person to work with as a consultant. She is rude, never replies, I have applied for over 30 jobs and not heard a single things back from her! Just goes to show her lack of thought to actually look at ones CV. I would definitely go to Penny for temping opportunities. I have never secured permeant role with TPP in the entire 5 years of being registered with them.

Unfortunately, one of your 'bottom of the pile' agencies; all words, no action.

they offer free space for charities and non for profit which has been fantastically useful for my Workshops on dyslexia. on one occasion the room was pre booked so we had to go into a small room which was not ideal but at the end of the day I got a room for free and polite staff so I was very appreciative

Registration went very smoothly and based upon my skills and experience profile, they put me forward for a number of relevant roles within the education sector. I now have a permanent role through them. TPP were proactive in tracking my CV down from a number of on live CV databases and promptly contacted me to help me with my job search. Outstanding company.
Both application form and recruitment process is very fast, managed to start temping almost a week after signing up with company.
The consultant Grace who I interacted with on a daily basis was very helpful and understanding which was amazing she was always just a phone call / email away. In addition she was happy to take both the client and employee opinion into account in all circumstances.
Lastly the company helped me to find a full time contract with a company in under 3 months which I am very grateful for.
