Reliance Security Services Review

I work for a rental company and I've been trying to get into contact with someone who can direct me to the best way possible in obtaining an employer verification for one of their employees. Whoever it is on the phone was very rude the first time I called and hung on me the second time I called before I could even explain why I was calling. I tried to call again and now he keeps sending me to voicemail. I feel sorry for their employee who won't be able to rent with us due to how unprofessional this company is being ran.

I had to do recertifications for my weapon and Eric was very nice & professional. I went into the office and it was very clean and quiet. My tan card came before 2 weeks right on time. Now I start orientation in 2 weeks. Thanks reliance

Wish i could give this place zero stars the man lie and said he had work for me an never call me back. On top of that the place have bugs all over walls there ots a faulty place and an that area. Dont come here your time, it will be wasted here...

May have a hard time at first, but once you get the hang it will work itself out.

You ll never get paid on time. You ll never have a relief. Good luck getting a recommendation after putting in hours and hustling. Not worth working here and people don t show up for details. Worthless company.

I had a interview here two days ago and I have to say that the place was jus unclean and the workers were unprofessional. The interviewer himself seemed a nice enough guy but there was no true interview process, just him trying to get me to sign as much paperwork as possible so that I could get started immediately. And he wasn't even the supervisor of the field I would have worked in which is unarmed security. The unarmed supervisor is truly unprofessional his first name is Eric and was in and out of the interviewers office room several times because the door was wide open leaving no room for privacy while they talked loudly and walked in and out. I truly feel sorry for people who apply to this company myself included and the employees who they no doubt take advantage of or exploit

I worked at Reliance Security a like under a year as a Office Manager. It s a very professional and fast pace business. The staff is very friendly and eager to teach. The owner is very open minded to new ideas, concepts and willing to try anything once. I really enjoyed my time there and am grateful for the experience.

These people are very unprofessionally and really need to be investigated about the department of labor.

Pick up your phones! Do you not want business? You can't be a customer oriented service provider and be afraid to pick up phone calls.

I call today to have some questions answer based on Armed Security guard costs? And the rude person hang up on me that is not a good customer service! Go to another place who is willing to assist you and tell you how much the costs are!

Professionally attended to. Nice and friendly instructors. Course material is very comprehensive and simple to understand. I sincerely recommend this Academy to all that are interested. Thanks.

THEY IS VERY RUDE AN DISRESPECTFUL, THEY ONLY CALL U WHEN THEY NEED U, THEY PROMISE U WORK BUT NEVER GIVE U WORK, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AN WHEN THEY GIVE U A CHECK THEY WRITE IT OUT TO U AN TELL U THAT IT HAS TO BE CASHED TODAY OR IT WONT BE ABLE TO BE CASHED BECAUSE THEY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT THE NEXT DAY, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND NOBODY TO RELIANCE SECURITY, U WILL JUST BE WAISTING YOUR TIME!!!!!

I was hosting an event and needed some security to for crowd control. Was referred to Reliance through a colleague who had only great things to say and decided to give them a call. They set up a meeting and completed a consultation. I was pleased with the consultation and thought the rates were fair. The were very professional and everything went as planned. Thank you Reliance I will certainly be doing business with you in the future.

This is not a good company to work for they don t stand up for you even if you are a good Employee they don t give write ups they don t give a second chance they just kick you out the company they pay you with a check they don t take taxes you have to do a 1090 at the end of the year

Hired them for protective detail. Prices are reasonable. Good company great service.
