I think on the temp side Penny is absolutely amazing. I think there is a lack of efficiency on the permeant side. I find Chloe Hill very difficult person to work with as a consultant. She is rude, never replies, I have applied for over 30 jobs and not heard a single things back from her! Just goes to show her lack of thought to actually look at ones CV. I would definitely go to Penny for temping opportunities. I have never secured permeant role with TPP in the entire 5 years of being registered with them.
