On 1/09/I7 had to get my trunk latch repaired on my sienna van. After I paid Joe Honeycutt the sales manager $300 for the service, he didn't even have the decency to tell me "thank you ".Then on top of that ,Instead of bringing my car inside the garage after they was completed, they parked my van way on the other side of the parking lot. Just to mention that it was in the mid 40's that day. SMH !!!

As a first time car-buyer, everyone at Hendrick Toyota made my experience virtually effortless. From the get-go, I was treated with respect and never pushed into anything I was not ready for. I sincerely appreciate how helpful everyone was in helping me navigate a fairly nerve-wracking (yet exciting!) experience. They were straightforward, honest, and extremely friendly. Even with many, many other customers milling around in the showroom, it really felt like I was the only one. Thank you all!

My husband I went to Hendrick Toyota Scion of Wilmington in September to buy a new car. I pretty much new what I wanted, but the salesman we worked with was so helpful. He showed us all of the different options so I could pick the perfect car for me. The process was quick and painless and I drove away in my new Highlander in just a few hours. I am very happy with my purchase and LOVE my new Toyota. I would highly recomend Hendrick Toyota to any of my friends or family in the market for a new or used car.

Called to get an appointment after was told could not get me in for a simple alignment on the vehicle and was going to leave the vehicle all day with them, the day before had a flat tire they couldn t take care of it, so I went to duke tire pro and they did a great job, there machine was down for alignment so they said go to the dealer they will help you, and now I got blown off by the advisor. I ve been to the dealer in Cary and got the same horrible service, it would be nice if the Hendricks group cared about customer service

Just got my Toyota Care Service! It was great! Ton of space to relax while you wait and FREE WIFI and STARBUCKS!! I also love the one on one attention you receive from their representatives. They come find you when your vehicle is ready and make sure they answer any questions. This is my second car from Hendrick Toyota and I will definitely buy my next from them!

As we were shopping for a new car we went to sever...

As we were shopping for a new car we went to several different car lots to look at a variety of makes. I have to say that not only was the car made better than others we had seen but the staff at Hendrick was amazing. Should you go please ask for Skip as he was very knowledgeable and so kind. all of the staff that we delt with were great, the finance person was also very good and explained all of our options. I would refer everyone to Hendrick Toyota for the purchase of a new car.

For the service department:
Came in because I found a nail in my tire and I purchased the wheel and tire package when I bought my truck. The service advisor told me it would be an hour(which I thought was a bit much) however over an hour and a half later they still haven t touched it. Service advice - underpromise and always over deliver. I would have given 1 star but I should have pulled in and brought a pair of pliers and pulled the nail myself to see if it was even leaking. That was my stupid mistake. Now I know why I drive to Jacksonville for service.
Update - nail didn t even cause a leak. They obviously didn t check tire pressures because all 4 tires are reading different pressures according the the display.

My husband & I were super impressed with our experience while buying a used truck (despite it being an old Ford truck vs a Toyota), which included the service staff, sales staff that were not making commission on the sale, a manager & of corse our salesman. I wish I remembered the names of everyone so I could put them into this review, but the main guy we worked with was Joe Wade. I highly recommend shopping at Toyota of Wilmington on the corner of Market & Martin Luther King.

I got a super awesome deal on my brand new Highlander. The salesman (Keith Simonson) was absolutely a dream to work with. He was very professional and really listened to my needs and wants and got me in the perfect vehicle. Everyone has been really wonderful to work with. We recently moved to the Wilmington area and realized our Prius was due for an inspection. We had always used our local Toyota dealership so we took a chance and scheduled our service at Hendrick.
The time options were varied and the scheduling lady was extremely helpful. Our dog was with us and we were pleased to learn he was welcome in their waiting area. We were unsure what exactly needed doing but they were able to look up our service history and fix us up. The waiting area was so nice and the people were very friendly. When checking out I asked if they might have a coupon for us and he gladly found us one; so helpful. All in all a great experience. We will definitely be returning for our future service needs.

Recently bought a used Toyota at the Wilmington location and had several things done to the vehicle, all on different days. Sean was the rep that has helped each time, and every visit was excellent. On days that I dropped off, my SUV was ready much sooner than anticipated, and on days that I waited, the wait was short and I enjoyed a complimentary Starbucks in the guest lounge. Nice touch! Everyone we've encountered has been friendly and pleasant, and the work has always been top notch. My husband bought a truck the same week and his experience has been the same! We are now a Toyota-Only household!

The process was very expedient and Eric was able to give us exactly the vehicle that we wanted with all of the options on the vehicle. Advisor Julie was very courteous and professional as was Bruce, Loyalty Guru, who, in a few minutes, gave us a no hassle look at our trade in and purchase/lease options. Went in for mileage check up and state inspection. In and out in about 60 minutes.
Waiting room had plenty of room for separation and distancing and was clean. Casey Meadows was superb. Friendly and professional.
Follow up. Went in for a major recall on Rav4. Brandon Brown was the service manager for me and was superb. He kept me advised every step of the way. When the repair took longer than expected,he let me know and arranged for a shuttle to take me home. Chet, the driver, was polite and talkative and made the whole inconvenience actually enjoyable.
Very impressed with that whole experience. Great job by the service department.

Pre-visit-Communication through email was not accurate regarding name or phone number mistakes from Hendricks employee- who was virtual communicator - -this experience deserved a three star

I bought a used Toyota Tundra two and half years ago. I came in on 3-8-18 to get a oil change and tire rotation. I was told that I had a nail in one of the tires. While the tire was being fixed I found out that this tire was dry rotted and I needed a new tire. These tires were put on by this dealership. A employee of Hendrick Toyota told me that these were cheap tires and should never been put on this truck. I know it doesn't matter but I will never buy a vehicle from here again.

I dropped my Prius off because the check engine light and a rather alarming looking warning triangle lit up. It turned out that a water pump was due to be replaced for recall. The team replaced it and another part due for recall, washed the car and had it all done in two hours. Nice job, Toyota :)

Nick Piper, who took care of my complaint was professional, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Mr. Larry, the courtesy van driver was polite, respectful, friendly, and a careful driver.

My husband and I had a fantastic buying experience at Hendrick Toyota. They gave us a fabulous price on a White 2013 Camry, which was the color car my hubby wanted. I had my heart set on a Barcelona Red Camry, and they even gave me the same wonderful deal on the new year 2014 model! We bought both cars at the same time and have both Camrys sitting in our driveways! No other dealer could beat the price deal that we were able to receive from Hendrick! They really took care of us, as it was the end of the month, and they were trying to move out the 2013 models, but they also helped us get a great price on the 2014 model as well! Thank you, Hendrick Toyota! We are loving our new vehicles from your dealership!

Appointment date and time was on schedule. Brad and his associate took my husband right in and set up his order information. He went for a run rather than waiting for an oil change and repairs. When Ihe returned, they offered him a bottle of water and advised the car wasn't quite ready. Guess his run wasn't long enough or he ran too fast. When I drove him back a short time later, the car was ready including a complementary wash. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant visit.

I've used this dealership to service my 4Runner a few times now, and while it's not the cheapest service I've ever gotten, it's by far the best. Great detail service, parts ordering/installation, and everything in between. Paul Eldridge is one of the most professional and considerate customer service representatives I've ever met.

I recently purchased a Priusv Five and had the most exceptional experience of any car purchase I have made. The dealership found a car with the color I wanted and had it shipped to their dealership. The car was perfect and the trade-in value I received was much more than other dealers offered. This is my third Prius and and am loving it. Also, based on previous experience their service department is super focused on customer satisfaction and they deliver.

Eric Coble is so awesome. He went above and beyond to help me to get approved. I loved that I told him what I wanted and he didn't try to sell me on what they need to get rid of on the lot, which I've gone through . I would definitely recommend Toyota Hendrick and definitely asking for Eric Coble.

Even with an appointment, we were still there almost 3 hours to have cross bars, window vents, and mud flaps (all preordered and received) installed. It is very frustrating to see people come and go while we still sit and wait. This is the case every time we go in for any service. The work is excellent, but the wait is HELL.

Lied about insurance,didnt give me a dealer plate to drive safely to ny. Didn't give me a good finance rate and I have excellent credit! They had us there for 4+hrs! Felt taken advantage of!
Thanks,but our experience could be better if they had people who are professional and kept there word about giving me a dealer plate to drive out of state with. Sorry doesn't fix that!

Our Highlander was in a wreck unfortunately, we loved that car, but can not believe the value it held after 5 years and over 100,000 miles. I had a great experience with Hendrick. My salesman was Drake, and he was awesome. He was real with me about what I could and couldn t do, was so friendly, and most importantly worked hard to get me into a vehicle I loved at a price I could afford. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, and Drake and Thomas (finance manager, also very friendly and real) made the process less intimidating. I would definitely recommend them!

The name on the sign owns 3/4 of the new car market in Wilmington. His prices are too high. Hes got real pushy sales people that flood the lot and try to corner you. I went to look at vehicle there and they made us feel like we were committing a crime if we left without buying. I wont be back to ANY of their dealerships. They own, all the Hendricks dealers, Stevenson, AND Jeff Gordon Chevrolet. They are trying real hard to get the monopoly on the new car market in a college town with alot of money! If your looking for a new car and need to stay in Wilmington I would recommend Neuwirth Motors. Otherwise I'd rather drive to Raleigh for a vehicle before buying from them.... which is what I did!

I wanted to share how exceptional Mr. Honeycutt and this dealership are, My service and inspection took slightly longer than expected and the service rep helped me by actually taking care of my registration and taxes online so that I wouldn t have to go to the license bureau! That was a huge timesaver for me and the extra mile for them. I sure do appreciate them and I will always stick with Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington!

My car suddenly lost power and I called Hendrix right away. Although there was nothing they could do for me at that moment, once I got my car there an hour later, they went right to work. After a thorough exam everything was fine with my car. They even washed it for me. Hendricks is one of the best Toyota service department I've ever used!

Short story: Overpriced bc only Toyota in town. Wanna be salesmen try sales pitches that are hard not to laugh at when speaking with them. Buy in Raleigh, Charlotte, etc.

Long story: Went to get prices on Tacomas. Hendrick was offering $25 gift card for test driving so figured I'd get paid to drive what I would eventually buy. Annoying sales pitches started from the beginning when I said I wanted their cheapest v6 tacoma for under 30k before fees (didn't care about all the features, just wanted a v6) and was told: "That is ridiculous to think you will have to opt for a 4 cylinder". "These are the best selling trucks in 'merica. Their yearly inspections are done by bald eagles instead of mechanics." "Do you realize you could resell this a year later and buy a Lamborghini bc they keep their value so well?" blah blah blah. Also, I asked about the student financing (which I knew I qualified for) and was told I didn't. Asked for their price on the truck after test drive, and when I didn't like the price the salesman started another sales pitch. "Oh oh I could give maybe 2-300 more off but thats it. You won't find it cheaper anywhere else!" ($1500 off MSRP or 4.5% off MSRP, laughing hysterically at this point). Find that exact truck on their website for $2k off (annoying that they don't even offer their advertised price, which to me is a form of lying). Asked about student discount (second time at this point) and was told no again (lying or just misinformed, either of which is unprofessional). Asked about gift card and wasn't given it because apparently I did the steps wrong (the steps were to print it off and then walk in and do a test drive, but it wasn't worth arguing and they had already lost my business at this point).

All in all, Hendrick is exactly what others have told me it was and now I know why they went elsewhere to buy (so did I).

Where did I buy?

Leith Toyota: New v6 SR5 Tacoma for under 30k OUT THE DOOR price (all fees). Highly recommend them or honestly anywhere outside of Wilmington since they have other dealerships to compete with.

Clean professional atmosphere. Service department is excellent and the sales team are very good at offering assistance without feeling pressured. I like to step back and analyze a deal so I can appreciate being given information to digest and not having people literally chase you down like other dealers I've visited over the years.

This was my second time choosing a car from Hendrick Toyota Wilmington and again they did not disappoint! Daisy took the time to listen to all my car needs and assisted me with picking the perfect ride!! Customer service was exquisite from start to finish and I highly recommend this dealership!!
