My car's problem was quickly diagnosed by the service department, the needed part was ordered, delivered the following day, and work was promptly completed.
I had a rough ride problem. I was offered an appointment within half an hour which was how long it would take me to get there. They checked the engine by computer. The engine was fine but the wheels needed balancing. The problem was solved and there was no charge as my Camry is only five months old and had only 5000 miles on it.
Hendrick s performed transmission and differential service for me (fluid exchange). They were efficient and prompt, finished while I waited. Waiting room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service advisor was courteous and helpful. Price was fair. Definitely going back next time I need anything done.
I was appalled at the lack of adherence to state guidelines with respect to COVID-19 and groups of more than 10 people. About 1/3 of the customers were not wearing masks. Unlike every other public establishment, masks were clearly not required. I saw several service advisors wearing masks improperly, i.e., nose not covered. I found ONE hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall in the waiting area, and it was empty. Seating was not socially distanced. My service advisor wore his mask during the initial consultation, but not when the service was complete and we were reviewing the work done. There were no plexiglass dividers or barriers between customers and service advisors, nor was there a 6-ft distance between them. The lack of consideration, especially in light of the resurgence in the virus, was astounding. I would have waited outside if the temperature had been conducive to that. I will absolutely take my car elsewhere for service from now on.
It did take an extended time after I was parked and waiting to be checked in However after that I was treated with respect and concern Very good

I purchased a certified used car on 6/24. The radio was malfunctioning. I received horrible customer service regarding this issue and had to return to the dealership THREE times for several hours at a time before they replaced the radio. I did not receive an apology, or any type of compensation for the terrible customer service I received (sales would blame service and vice versa). When I was told "well you bought a used car that's not a Toyota" from a man in service, I knew that was the FIRST AND LAST purchase I ever make at this dealership. Perhaps they should not sell certified used cars if they can't stand by the product. I have been very vocal about this experience and am telling everyone I know to go to another dealership for their car buying needs.
I went in for routine service. Everything went well and was efficient. I did not like the persistent upselling. I don t mind when they tell you something you truly need but further questioning led me to believe that wasn t the case. Also I didn t like that none of the staff were wearing masks. It shows a lack of concern for the customers.

I called the service dept.because my oil light kept going on, even though the oil was just changed. A woman named Joannie told me to call her back from my cell, in my car and she would tell me how to reset it. I called back and she put me on hold forever. Horrible horrible horrible service, stay away. Last year I drove an hour for a maintenance appointment and when I arrived, it was canceled. That's a 2 hour round trip.I gave them nearly $80k worth of business. They took a trade in with handicap plates and said they would transfer the plate to the new vehicle. Guess what, I ended up with regular plates, no handicap plate. When they want your money, they will kiss your backside. I made an appointment because I was assured I would be in and out relatively quickly. This is important because I have a toddler and an infant at home and work overnight so need to sleep. I said I could drop the car off if it would be better and again was told service would be fast given that I was making an appointment early in the morning. That appointment ended up being almost 3 hours! For anyone with little children this is not an option. I also had to make another appointment to finish up my services because by the time they finally looked at my car it had been too long for me to stay for the quick in and out I was assured.
Amazing that I wrote a review a few weeks back and it never got published. I guess since it was negative about how shady and unprofesssional and lack of knowledge they are from top to bottom they chose not to publish. WOW. What a shame and disgrace.
I recently purchased a 2013 Avalon. I told the sales staff what I was looking for, and they found just what I was looking for within my price range. The finance expert was knowledgeable and very competitive with financing options. I'll go back there again when it's time for my next purchase.

The process is easy. Drop vehicle in sheltered area, staff member greets you and completes paper work. Wait time was less than one hour. Sylvia was especially helpful in describing details of warranty, and advised about when to schedule forthcoming appointments. Everything is totally professional.

I've purchased dozens of vehicles, from the age of 15 forward. Most good, some bad, several from franchise dealerships, but never one brand-new. After exploring every fathomable option for what I wanted (16-18 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road 4x4 A6, Quicksand paint, Graphite interior, no sunroof... yes, only slightly specific), I frankly wasn't thrilled with any used options nationally available to me. Keith in the service department was great. He addressed all of the issues I was having with my car and made sure it was done right. While they were fixing one part, a hose was damaged which they freely admitted and then replaced. I really appreciated their professionalism and Keith s kind and helpful personality.

It is the typical car dealership, maintenance, and repair shop. The wait area is nice. Most of the staff very nice. The children's wait/play area is disgusting. You would think they could spend a little more money to make it nicer. They have free coffee, water, and snacks with a nice size TV for viewing.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used car from Hendrick Toyota. The salesperson (Joe) was friendly, informative, and was never pushy. I can't recommend this team enough and I'll definitely be back when it is time to get another vehicle.

June, 2019 took newly purchased used car in for recall. Discussed transmission shudder issue and service adviser took care of it on extended warranty same day, and got me a rental car in case it was going to take longer than a day. Shudder issue is now gone. I'm a huge believer in the Toyota product, this dealer, and the the service adviser I dealt with.
The only reason one star is here is because I can't do zero stars. I have an issue with a direct relation to a recall they did and they wouldn't inspect the work to make sure it isn't their fault. They were persistent on having me pay a diagnostic fee if it isn't from their work. I asked them not to diagnose the vehicle and just to double check the work and theywouldn't

Hendrick provided me with the most informative and relaxing new car purchase I've ever had in 40 year of driving. I love my 2014 Prius. I can't say enough about it. Quiet, more roomy than I originally thought. Comfortable. Drives exceptionally well & has plenty of power for a 4 cylinder engine...which gets between mid-40's-50 MPG!

Such an enjoyable experience! Matt Leach helped my husband and I find our perfect family vehicle. After arriving to see one vehicle, we told Matt our needs and desires. We left with a better understanding of what we were looking for. I had a part to pick up and didn't realize that the Service Department wasn't the area for this. After waiting for someone to be free for about 5 minutes, I had to approach him for assistance.
There was a wonderful young woman that actually took me to the parts department after his "right around that corner" directions added more time to my visit, and the guys at the parts counter were lovely which is why they get a 3 and not a 1.

Buying a vehicle here is great! However, If you take your vehicle to be serviced here, even with an appointment, you will be waiting 2 hours or more. Every time I've had my vehicle serviced here (routine oil change, tire rotation) it has taken them in excess of 2 hours to complete the job. Everyone is very polite, just not quick.
I came here to view a used tundra that is listed on the website and was disappointed to arrive and find i am being shown a under construction vehicle that had not been cleaned yet... This is quite a agressive sales move, made me feel the sales person wasn't fully aware of the vehicles condition being was not able to test drive or fully access the interior. Left me concerned with potential corners that could be cut in order to rush the vehicle to point of sale. I went to carmax less than a mile up the road and found what i would wanted there.... Clean on arrival, disinfected, detailed and finished with presale services prior to my arrival.

Hendrick's employees were very accommodating and friendly as I drove into the bay for my Highlander's 5000 mile check up. Even though it wasn't scheduled, I did request an inspection which was done promptly. Fluid levels were topped off, oil changed, tires rotated, yearly inspection, and a free carwash! I appreciated the explanations that Frank gave me when I ask questions. He was very knowledgeable about my Highlander and explained everything very well. The service department finished more quickly than I expected. Great customer service. A+ to Frank and service department.

Waited 1.5 hrs before even starting service on my car. Service that I requested upon scheduling my appointment was not listed on initial work request. Will have to schedule another appointment to have initial work request completed. Maybe easier to drive to Lexus in Charleston to have service completed.

I waited 4 hours for an oil change, tires, and an alignment. After making an appointment and arriving early. The next morning driving to work I noticed my car pulling to the right.
