Was dropping my vehicle off Friday evening for a Saturday service. Lawrence, without my knowledge, was incredible in fast forwarding the repair/service and getting it done Friday night. Then calling me while I was still in Wilmington, just finishing a doctors appointment and saving me a trip back Saturday. WOW!!!! 200% satisfaction!!! Well above expectations!!
And doing it all in a humble, happy to help, friendly manner.
