I made an appointment because I was assured I would be in and out relatively quickly. This is important because I have a toddler and an infant at home and work overnight so need to sleep. I said I could drop the car off if it would be better and again was told service would be fast given that I was making an appointment early in the morning. That appointment ended up being almost 3 hours! For anyone with little children this is not an option. I also had to make another appointment to finish up my services because by the time they finally looked at my car it had been too long for me to stay for the quick in and out I was assured.
