My experience with this place is, that when you contact the Services Seta H/O you hold on forever until you are caller no 1 and then you hold on for 24 more hours and never get any assistance ... reason? The line cuts out just before someone can assist you and this happens almost all the time. My suggestion is that the Services Seta should get an appropriate switchboard that someone skilled is managing because there is nothing more frustration than to hold on to be helped with whatever the query might be and get CUT OFF just like that...after all...we pay for each and every call made to the Services Seta ... NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM YOUR FRONT DESK AT ALL!!!!! Feeling very disappointed at the moment!!!! Hope you do something about it and very soon. Lunch can be eaten in 20 min...you don't need an hour or more to go somewhere!!!!! Thank you!!!

Nomatter what time you call the Service Seta, their calls are hardly responded to. You can hold for over 30 minutes when the answering machine is continuously telling you, "you are currently caller number 1" This kind of service is unacceptable and frustrating.

I suggest the Seta looks at investing in a professional call centre which respond to callers' queries. My experience so far on 5 occasions has been way below par.

As a newly registered SDF, I too must admit my initial frustration of trying to secure just one supportive meeting with SSETA, it was nothing short of daunting.

However, months of persistence eventually paid off, I managed to secure my first meeting and have since then received outstanding support, guidance and professionalism from the Mandatory Grants/ WSP department! Well done and keep it up guys!

I have never seen a disorganized department like this one they do stick to their promises. I have been in a learnership with them since May but have only received my monthly allowance. They don't respond to my emails and Facebook posts or even answer their phone.

Can services seta do a follow up on their skills program and the service providers assigned to render the service. I was skills development program last year, the service provider was suscawatts in Middelburg and it was horrible and no skills were acquired by the end of it
Now I am with institute for risk management and it feels like we are being taken for ride as because we are asked to sign the attendance register for the week whereas we only attend once a week. The duration of the program is 12months but we are not getting any stipend

Yeah
